If I could give zero or negative stars I would. This place is so dirty. I am embarrassed I even took my child here. The doctor had zero clue why we were there and kept referring to my son as a she. Clearly he did not read the charts and prepare for our appointment. Everywhere you look it's dirty. The main front window it's shattered. The office is disgusting. No one should ever get anything done here. It smelled nasty. No one who works there is friendly the doctor is rude and very strange. There is no way I'd want him anywhere near my butt. This place needs to be shut down. No one should have to go here for any reason. Was sent here for a consultation for surgery. There is zero chance I'm letting this creepy man anywhere near my child's butt. The fact he couldn't be bother to read a chart before talking to us and couldn't tell by looking that my child was a boy is disturbing. If it was solely up to I would never have gone inside this building the broken window and how rundown the outside was enough for me to know what the inside would be like. My surgery was successful with no issues at all. But if you're a sensitive person looking for a fancy office , this might not be the place for you. Wow I am surprised by all the negative reviews. They were able to accommodate me last minute & schedule everything in a short time frame. Wait time was short. They do make you wear a mask & let certain amount of people in at a time. I was nervous and scared about my procedure. I had a list of questions and was never made to feel bad about it. Dr. Wali was thorough & answered all my questions. Even asked me if I had any other questions about my surgery. He was honest - something I actually appreciate (no sugarcoating). Told me the negative side effects/ consequences, what to expect & his opinion. The surgery went better than expected. The following day, I hardly had any pain! He really is a kind, caring doctor. The most terrible doctor we have ever seen in our life,first of all he thinks too much about himself and doesn't have any respect to his patients and the ppl he works with.He put a big crown to his head probably he thinks he is God lol but sorry to tell you Dr.Wali,you are acting very unprofessional,arrogant and silly. Haven't seen the doctor yet, but based on the waiting room alone, I'M FREAKING NERVOUS! I'm here for a surgical consult and the cramped waiting room is so stuffed with people that the line is out the door. I had to fill out my paperwork in my car. There are big signs that they will register you for Obamacare for free. The signs are in English and Spanish. That makes it seem like they are trolling for walk in candidates since, if they were referred by a physician, the insurance issues would presumably be worked out before they even got here. Others have complained about staff rudeness. I have not encountered this. However, the reception area is super cramped, has papers everywhere, and there's a bunch of coloring book pictures adorning every space and adding to the clutter and chaos. Since this is not a pediatric office, I presume the artwork is supplied by a staffer's child. That should be kept at home because it adds to the total K-Mart feel of what SHOULD BE a highly-professional office. The walls are dirty. It makes me want to paint. Seriously! There are little X's of scotch tape on the ceiling, which, from some remnants, I assume helped festival the room with snowflakes during Christmas. I both love and appreciate Christmas decorations but the lack of attention to office cleanliness and order scares the hell out of me. Not sure what kind of surgeon has to go trolling for patients like this, but I need to speak with my PCP to see what other options are available. I'll update after I see the surgeon. read more

The office was so crowded that people were standing up against the wall. Why the overbooking? The office is old and unattractive. They didn't have water for patients although we were experiencing a heat wave. He told me I needed an operation but didn't explain anything to me. I sensed he was in a hurry. Office manager Sandra is so completely incompetent indifferent rude and short. I cannot believe the Dr would have someone with her demeanor and attitude as the face in the forefront of his business. Not only did she FORDGE the Dr. signature on a PRESCRIPTION RX PAD for my husbands " sick note, " but she also asked IF my husband ( the patient ) KNOWS how to ask questions. She also wanted to differ my husband and I to a different dr because and I quote " I ask the same questions so she doesn't have time" is just so completely WRONG. The dr comes in and says two words to the patient and leaves. Was late to surgery. Overheard nurses speaking on his shortcomings. Today is my husbands post op day 1. I called office to ask what type of stitches he has and if they are dissolvable, no one could answer my question. High key concerned that not even the dr. Knew because not only did he not do them but he also left no note as to what he did. Just one phone call after surgery to let me know it went well and that it was sticky and to do a post opp app.... Literally so shocked at this level of care. I would not have filed a medical complaint if Sandra Rojas knew how to be a human being and not treat patients as she sees them. She clearly thinks of us as idiots and was surprised I advocate for my family. I will and always am going to do that that is my right and responsibility and I would hope she would learn hers as well sooner rather than later. Also every licensed dr under the medical board MUST have their certificate in plain sight for patients should they have questions or concerns with their care under their Dr. along with their license number. Sandra Rojas failed to provide that also. She is clueless condescending heartless and disuseful in this office and has no business being in this field. I was recommended to Dr. Wali after having hemerrhoid issues for several years. Honestly, I want to say that he was so very thorough with my concerns, and went above and beyond to make sure I got an ultrasound, and colonoscopy to ensure I had no serious issues (family has a history of digestive disease, and cancer). Dr. Wali was always willing to answer any questions, and was always very thorough in his findings, and concerns. I really want to thank Dr. Wali for not just disregarding my health issues, and ensuring he did everything to make sure I was ok. He is a great doctor and I would highly highly recommend him to family and friends! Most doctors will just push you off to the side, and write you a prescription, but Dr. Wali makes sure that he identifies the cause! Super grateful! Dr. Wali knows what he is doing! This place was horrible. The waiting room was crowded and no place to sit. People were standing and waiting to be seen. The waiting room was hot. Patients were sweating as I wal in. I had to tell the receptionist to turn on the AC They overbooked the appointments for the same hour. I should have checked the reviews before heading out to the office. This office is the worst! Request a different physician for your needs. This office has no communication skills whatsoever they are in it to get your deductible and then not update you in hope your referral expires so the don't have to do any work. This office will see you for about five minutes and refer you out to other procedures before they could do anything. Then they will not update you or inform you regarding the findings of those procedure referrals. Also when you call them to inquire they will be rude and unhelpful, making you believe you didn't do your part. I requested another physician because this one cannot do any expectations that are within reason. Also this physician is only as good as his staff which is below standard.... read more

I scheduled a consultation appointment with Dr. Wali and that is the furthest it went. The receptionist and staff were all nice and professional but my main concerns are with Dr. Wali himself. In the waiting room, I sat next to a woman in excruciating pain. She told me she did two major surgeries by Dr. Wali in ONE MONTH and showed me her surgery pictures on her phone which looked gruesome. When I first met him, I was taken aback by how much older he looked. I'm not an ageist, but I found out online that he is 79 years old (I do not know if this is accurate) and I believe a person in that age range should not be doing surgery for multiple reasons. When Dr. Wali found out he was the third surgeon I had scheduled a consultation with he was adamant on finding out the names of the two other surgeons. I at first said I could not remember their names and he literally kept asking and waiting until I could find and give him the names of these surgeons. I remember thinking, "why is this so important?" He just wanted to know if he knew them... that's why he kept asking. He spent more time taking about these surgeons than about me and my concerns. Also, as he took down notes with his right hand, I noticed he used his left hand to BLOCK MY VIEW. He literally used his left hand to block and hide what he was writing from my viewpoint which was a red flag for me. Then he asked to check my stomach so I had to pull up my shirt. Just for your information, I am very overweight and keep my pants buttoned over my stomach but he was the first doctor to ever ask me to pull my pants down until my entire stomach was out. What offended me was that he waited until my stomach was completely out and he was poking and touching me to tell me "you need to loose weight." Um.... I'm sorry but I'm like over 300 pounds... it's pretty fucking obvious that I need to lose weight. He could have discussed this with me from the very beginning. He then wanted to do another procedure from what I was originally there for which I thought was weird. His front office said they would call me the next morning to schedule my first procedure but instead they called me almost a month later. Regardless, I went home and had a bad feeling about him. I then decided to look him up online and found at least 5 different websites, plus Yelp, giving him very poor and low reviews. I booked a consultation with a 4th surgeon a week later, and got a much better and more positive experience with a surgeon with super high ratings online (all 5 stars, on different websites). And I'm booked for surgery next week. I feel completely at peace and feel like I dodged a bullet with this surgeon! read more

Four stars because the doctor and one staff member. The doctors is supposedly the best and I can say after emergency surgery that I had no issues after and felt way better. I was really happy that he squeezed me in because it was a lot and the doctor in my network refused to see me even though it was an emergency. Bad though on the fact that the office manager could not take the 35 minutes I was on hold to answer me and simply email me a copy of my receipts. I ended up hanging up. The first time I ever met doctor Autar K Wali (10 months ago) he was very rude and didn't even want to look at the knot under my arm which they thought could be breast cancer. I left his office upset because of how he was talking to me, I went back a few weeks ago under a new doctor to talk about gallstones. i just got my gallbladder removed on Oct 26 when he saw me,he didn't say nothing to me the only person that made me feel comfortable & told me not to be scared was the anesthesiologist the day of the surgery. Another problem I had with him was my appointment surgery was for 12pm on Friday and night before surgery I got a call telling me it was changed to 2pm, when I got there they told me it was moved to 4pm. If you care about your health and safety please don't go to this Doctor. His office is pure filth and his ethics are as low as they come. He should be prosecuted for insurance fraud. I went to him for a simple procedure and he made a huge deal over it to collect more insurance money. He told me he would only make 60 dollars from my surgery and said I would probably have a bad scar afterwards. After 4 visits to this Doctor I decided not to have him do my procedure. He didn't seem confident and his motive was all about how much money he was going to make. I had the procedure done elsewhere by a professional in one visit and have no scar. I'm going to pursue a complaint against Wali with blue cross and the medical board. I'm so glad I didn't let this guy mutilate me. Best surgeon I've had in my life! He is my life saver. Took my cancer out and helped me with a 10 year battle of Ulcerative colitis. Had my surgeries done and still come to have my check up with him. Despite of the outlook of the office people come in and out of there with wheelchairs and other walking devices that may mark up the walls. But like they say Dont Judge the Book by its cover. The Staff is awesome Tina and Vicky are great with everyone. They truly show compassion towards patients. I have been coming to this office for 5 years. Nothing bad to say about them. read more

His office is overcrowded. Over scheduled. Staff is not organized. My mom checked in and they said oh ok we will call you. I asked my mom, did they even get your name? She had to go up a second time to make sure they know who she is. There is no sign in sheet. There are people standing up because he's overbooked.We waited over 2 hours to see him for literally 3 minutes. It was just a follow up for colonoscopy. He wrote his SOAP(medical term) notes the whole time he was taking to my mom, maybe just 3 eye contacts that lasted seconds. When SOAP notes done, we were done. Great surgeon! Just had a partial lumpectomy on my breast in order to get out the cancerous lump.. He is a great surgeon and explained everything and answered all of our questions.. Highly reccomend... the staff is also extremely helpful and they try and work with our schedule in order to book appointments.. they are extremely accommodating.. If I could give them a 0 star rating I would. I had to reschedule my appointment numerous times because they failed to give me accurate information. They called me 30 minutes before my appointment telling me that I couldn't see the doctor if I didn't have an authorization. Never in my life have I ever heard someone call 30 minutes BEFORE an appointment to tell me that I didn't have my paperwork. They should have made it clear when scheduling the appointment that I needed to bring something or needed an authorization. On top of that, they were extremely rude telling me that they have to give me an appointment if I asked for it and the rest they won't care about it unless they need info from you, they will call last minute. I had to cancel our other appointment and reschedule because the people in the front desk don't know how to communicate. I came to Dr. Wali after several attempts to resolve the issues I have been having for over 9 years. I have seen 4 other Doctors, two which were Surgeons who supposedly were "top of the line" Dr's in Las Vegas with these elaborate offices and this high tech this and that, whom were unsuccessful in resolving the issue even after several surgeries. Then along came Dr. Wali, small office, small staff, not a huge presentation, but a huge passion for his career and taking care of and solving the problem at hand, which is actually the most important issue to me than an office staff member being a little "gabby or chatty" like some of the reviews say, and they don't overbook either, Dr. Wali likes to help and tries to fit everybody in before his surgeries that day, very busy man (people are always going to complain about something their just miserable anyways). Tina was great and ALWAYS scheduled my appointments at a perfect time considering I live over an hour away, only had to wait a few minutes and she also greeted me with (Butterfinger Cups)! The very, very most important part of all of this is my surgery experience. Dr. Wali's staff was prompt, efficient, professional, organized, from the nurses, the anesthesiologists, to the after care, everything ran smooth and comfortable and effectively. I just wanted to say thank you to Dr. Wali sooo very much for taking care of this long ongoing pain in my ass (literally). Dr Wali is extremely rude and does not listen. I had a tumor removed from my breast/chest wall. As I was going into surgery, the anesthesiologist wanted to wait for me to show Dr. Wali were the tumor was so he could mark the exact location before putting me under. As I began pointing to the location of the tumor, Dr. Wali ignored me completely and abruptly marked my entire right breast shoulder as the surgical site. He did not speak to me after the surgery and discharged me with no medication. I was in incredible pain following the surgery which was done on Friday late afternoon. I called the doctor on Saturday to discuss my pain level and concerns I had about the wound. Again I was ignored and told to take Tylenol. I called the office on Monday to schedule a follow up appointment which I was suppose to have within one week. I was told the Dr was leaving that night for a 3 week vacation so I'd have to come in that afternoon, which I did. I confronted Dr. Wali in detail about my concerns (bruising, swelling, stiches popping inside, were mussels cut? pain,etc.) I kept asking him "Why?" in regards to these issues. He said nothing. Finally, I said, "You don't remember me, do you?" He shook his head "No." It had been less than 3 days. He prescribed me medication for pain and said he wanted to see me in 3 weeks when he returned. Two weeks later, blood began oozing from the stitches. I called the office and was given the name of another surgeon (Morteza Sajadian, MD) covering for Dr. Wali. Knowing something was wrong, I called Dr. Sajadian's office for consult and obtained my medical records from Dr. Wali's surgery. I discovered that Dr. Wali had CUT ME IN THE WRONG SPOT closed that wound and CUT ME AGAIN DEEPER to remove a very large tumor. The entire procedure took him 15 minutes. A few days later I was admitted through ER for exploratory surgery and opened back up by Dr. Sajadian. He spent over an hour cleaning up the mess. I had a tube put in my chest wall which drained the excess blood into a bag I wore outside my chest for about 10 days. He followed up with me every day in the hospital, explained what was happening, answered my questions, and genuinely cared. He continues to follow me through my healing. I'm so grateful that he was on-call. Dr. Wali acted more like a butcher than a surgeon. BE CAREFUL !! read more
