Against my better judgement of his personality, or lack-of, I decided to make an appointment with him anyways. He removed a simple, small, fatty mass that I had. It was in a very simple to reach area where it was nice and flat. To my surprise the gauze he put on was so bloody by the end of the day I had to switch it out. He really butchered the small incision that only needed like 4-5 points. The pics will speak for themselves. You best believe I already filed a formal complaint through the CA Board of Surgeons and I really hope no one else falls victim to his lack of professionalism.

On the second appointment she had with Dr. Lercel a week ago the same attitude surfaced from the receptionist and it got to the point that she threw at my daughter who was accompanying my wife a card to her face prompting my daughter to throw it back at her telling her to have some respect towards the patients and to our surprise Dr. Lercel called our primary physicians office saying that he did not want my wife as a patient anymore!! Where is the "Humanitarian" side of these two doctors?? I'm a businessman and my advise to Dr. Gupta & Lercel is to hire people with a pleasant attitude towards his present and future patients otherwise the reviews of his business are going to have a negative impact on their offices.
