So far the experience has been fairly decent. The office is very clean, spacious and organized. The PAC made a mistake of not writing orders that I could reschedule an appointment sooner than my follow-up of 3 months, therefore when I requested one at the front they denied it, twice. Couple weeks later, I ended up calling 911 due to shortness of breath, weakness, persistent daily fatigue, and needing about half gallon of blood drawn from my body every 4-6 months to lower my UNSAFE high red blood cell count -Hematocrit, Red Blood Cell, Hemoglobin. To prevent blood clots, heart attack, stroke, or long term blood cancer (Leukemia), etc... Fortunately, my insurance only bills about $4000 for the ER. If it was $800K USD, Medicare could go broke by 2030, then no more Medicare for anyone. =)

I'm 78 and have dealt with a lot of Drs over my years, but I have NEVER faced a bully before. This man truly has a god complex. He has recently started practicing in San Luis, but in researching him, I see that he has practiced in many locations over the years . Average rating 2. I met with him twice. He was rude and dismissive and actually started yelling at me "it's not my job" when I asked if he had any suggestions on what to do next. Under no circumstances should your physician yell at you. In conclusion, if you have a choice, choose another DR.

Other places you might be waiting for 45+ minutes or falling asleep before they have to slap you on the face to wake you up. The PAC was compassionate and attentive towards my needs that I needed to donate plasma for my income. Obviously, it helps that after donating plasma for over 2+ years, it could help save one person's life.

I've been biting my tongue about my experience with the office staff for quite some time just…read morebecause the doctor I was seeing was somewhat helpful with my diagnosis. However, today was my absolute last straw. A large number of the office staff here are unknowledgeable, unprofessional and immature. 1. I've called on several occasions asking questions, and the person on the phone constantly puts me on hold to ask someone else, then returns back to the phone with some regurgitated answer. I've also received answers/responses over the phone from one staff member, and then receive a totally different answer/response in person at the office. 2. At one point, I called and asked about submitting a continuity of care form, and the girl had me slowly enunciate "continuity" over the phone and spell it out for her so she could ask someone else about it (what it is, what to do with it, etc). From that interaction alone, I felt less than confident with the office staff handling my questions, forms, file, etc. 3. I received call that my continuity of care form (that was filled out, signed and submitted by this office and approved with an authorization code by insurance almost 2 months ago) was not being recognized and that my final appointment (mind you I'm in the middle of treatment and do not have another doctor to take over my treatment yet) cannot be fulfilled. I asked the staff member about the continuity of care form, and she said "We're not submitting those for anybody." Completely dumbfounded, I explained that my form was already submitted from the office and I have approval for this last visit before I see a new doctor (because I'm in the middle of blood tests, ultrasounds, and prescriptions). I received zero empathy from the staff members regarding my concerns of why the form is suddenly not being recognized. She was wholly unprofessional with her responses. My overall experience was subpar here, at best. Staff can truly make or break your experience, and in this case, completely broke all of my interactions with this office. The only positive comment I can confidently leave about this office is that the chairs in the waiting room are comfortable.

There was NEVER a time that I didn't feel cared for and important. And I LOVE that EVERYTHING I need to do to fight this disease is ALL IN ONE PLACE! Makes it easier and convenient for the patients. Livia was my first contact and she set the precedent and no one has disappointed or fallen short. My medical oncologist (Dr. Chaudhary) and radiation oncologist (Dr. Gorty) are wonderful and patient doctors taking the time to explain everything to you. My Chemo nurse are AMAZING!! It is truly a work of heart for them . I would definitely recommend this group of oncologist should you ever find yourself or a loved one in need of help to fight this awful disease. Be well and God Bless

She is exactly the kind of doctor I'm always looking for. Sadly, she's a specialist and not a general practitioner, so I can't see her for everything. The office staff are friendly and helpful, and the building is very nice and inviting. It feels less like a hospital and more like a comforting, welcoming space.

Center Lake Ontario recently started taking patients on Sunday and what a wonderful thing. I did…read morenot have to request time off from work. I was able to schedule my appointment quickly and get in there for my procedures. I had exams that are typically "scary" but the technician-Jasmine was so patient and kind, too her time, reassuring me and giving me options if I got too anxious. From the minute I walked in on Sunday the receptionist Cindy was pleasant and accommodating to all my needs. I've used this location many times in the past but this time I felt I needed to compliment Cindy and Jasmine who were exceptional and to highlight the benefits of the weekend schedule!

UPDATE 8/4/26: *****BEWARE!!!!! YOUR INFORMATION IS NOT SAFE…read moreWITH THEM!!!!***** I still went despite the debacle (see below) because Claudia's supervisor, Carmen, apologized, had Claudia call me to apologize, and she was able to request my records directly from my previous healthcare provider. After the visit, Centrelake Imaging sent me a link to set up my patient portal account. I was instructed to click the link and simply create a password to activate my own account. Instead, when I logged in, the account already contained another patient's protected health information. I was able to view this patient's full name, date of birth, home address, home phone number, mobile phone number, insurance information, and medical records dating back to 2008. This is a clear disclosure of another individual's PHI to the wrong person due to Centrelake's failure to properly provision patient portal accounts. Additionally, I still do not have access to my own health information through the portal -- my account was never correctly set up for me. I have reported the violation to the US Department of Health and Human Services. 1 star. Save yourself the headache. If I could give negative stars, I would. As a new patient trying to establish care with a new PCP, I was told to email my prior mammogram report -- simple enough, except the office gave me the WRONG email address. Three separate times. Three separate calls to follow up, each time told "oh, that's not it, try this one." I was handing over my personal medical history to random inboxes because their own staff couldn't get their act together. On the third round, an agent finally said just bring the report to my appointment. Fine. Then, the day before my appointment, a reminder call informs me I now need the actual mammogram images too -- something I have never seen or been given a copy of in my life. When I asked whether it made sense to jeopardize my care over a technicality when I had a full written report in hand, the agent escalated me to her supervisor, "Claudia." That's when things went from frustrating to genuinely unacceptable. I opened by saying I was venting because the whole process had been a mess. Claudia interrupted me -- repeatedly -- talking over me every time I tried to finish a sentence, telling me to "just listen to her." When I pushed back, she raised her voice and told me flat out that she did not have to listen to me. A supervisor. Raising her voice at a new patient. Refusing to let me speak. This isn't a one-off bad day -- it's a pattern: wrong information, no accountability, and a "supervisor" who thinks yelling over patients is an acceptable customer service strategy. Now I understand why this place has such a low rating. Do yourself a favor and find a practice that treats new patients like human beings.
