The rest involved waiting well over an hour just to be seen. The most recent incident was beyond unprofessional. My appointment had been canceled without any notification. I only discovered this after arriving at the new office location, where other providers informed me that Dr. Williams had not even moved in yet. Apparently, no one thought to notify me (or another pregnant patient who showed up at the same time) that our appointments needed to be rescheduled. As for the care itself, it has been inconsistent and unreliable. Dr. Williams consistently appears rushed and lacks basic bedside manner. More troubling, he has interpreted the same diagnostic imaging three different ways across separate visits, each time expressing complete confidence while directly contradicting his prior assessments. This level of inconsistency has completely eroded my trust in his judgment. I cannot recommend Dr. Williams based on my experience. In fact, I would encourage you to look elsewhere.

I was told at my 6 week postpartum appointment that the shape of my pelvis was not made to give birth naturally and that I would never be able to give birth vaginally. When I asked if I could even consider having a VBAC, I was told absolutely not, especially because "babies typically get bigger with each pregnancy" (my first born was 8lbs 7oz). A few years later we moved and I got a new OB. Since then I've had two incredibly easy VBACs, amazing birthing experiences, and two babies less than 8lbs. My last delivery was so easy that our baby's name means "rest." I credit both of my VBAC experiences to the Lord's gracious blessings after the complete fear of childbirth and the postpartum depression that came after essentially being told I wasn't built to have children. I give two stars because my child was delivered safely and there was one nurse on staff that was always very friendly, or else I would only give one star.

Then my insurance changed again and I had to see a new Dr, all the drs I saw before weren't seeing new patients so I decided to give this new doctor a chance. I saw Dr. Ann Terai-Escamillo. As soon as she walked In the exam room, she was cold and not friendly at all. I requested for her to check my hormones as I been suffering from mood swings and issues with my menstrual cycle. She denied to do any blood work and wanted to do a biopsy and said I might have cancer even before giving me a Pap smear. She made me feel crazy for how I was feeling, I suffered from postpartum pretty bad In the past. It's unfortunate that this office has Dr on staff like this. I will never come back if I have to see her.

I have been going to her for several years as well as some of my family member and some friends. We agree that Dr. Brady is fantastic. We love her. The office staff-ladies are nice and helpful... The only problem I have is when calling the office. They throw you on hold for a long time. Not always the case, but it does happen more than it should. Definitely give her 5 STARS.

I was referred to Dr Brady by my gynecologist when I had a ruptured ovarian cyst and painful…read moresymptoms from what turned out to be severe endometriosis and adenomyosis. I went for a consultation with Dr Brady for a hysterectomy. My first impression was disappointing because I felt that Dr Brady was very condescending about the work that I had done with my functional medicine doctor and she was condescending about any remedies or supplements that were not typical "western medicine". I also did not believe her to be compassionate about the painful symptoms that I was experiencing. I brought in my latest blood work, pelvic ultrasounds and uterine biopsy information and she told me that blood tests to check my hormone levels were not "good medical evidence" and that I should be weary of "so-called menopause experts" My doctor, who she referred to as a "so called menopause" expert" is a leader in functional medicine with an MD and an exceptional reputation look her up (Dr Yen Ingrid Lai). I decided to move forward with Dr Brady because she was within my network and I was in so much pain and didn't want to wait for another consultation with a different office. I believed she would be a competent surgeon and that I could return to my functional medicine doctor after the surgery. I had to wait 3 months from my consultation visit for a surgery date even though I told Dr Brady and the surgery coordinator that I was suffering. I called several times asking about cancellations or anything that could be done to move me up on her schedule and there seemed to be no sense of urgency to help me find some relief. The surgery was successful and I am grateful to Dr Brady and Dr Williams (who assisted). Dr Brady did tell me after the surgery that it was a much more complicated surgery than expected and that I really needed that surgery, which was validation for me. At my first two post op appointments I arrived 10-15 minutes early and still waited 10-15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to see the doctor. Today I had my 8 week post op appointment and arrived at 8:50 for my 8:45 appointment. I was 5 minutes late because I thought my appointment was at 9:00am (so I thought I was 10 minutes early). I was told by the office staff that Dr Brady was on a tight schedule and would not see me because I was 5 minutes late. I was extremely frustrated and left the office. The office staff called me when I got into the parking lot to try and reschedule for the following day and I told her that I will not return to Dr Brady's office. I waited for her many times for up to 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment time yet I'm sent away because I'm 5 minutes late- that is ridiculous and very disappointing! For these reasons I would not recommend Dr Brady or her office.

I regret not trusting the reviews I read before choosing this OB. From the start, appointments feel…read moreextremely rushed and impersonal. During our ultrasound, he literally said, "I'll show you real quick," which felt dismissive and took away from what should be a meaningful moment for expecting parents. There was no effort to explain what we were seeing, no reassurance, and we weren't offered any ultrasound printouts of our baby at all. The entire visit felt transactional, like he was trying to get us in and out as fast as possible. He also asked me in front of my partner if I had an std in the past. Granted me and my partner share everything with eachother, the doctor doesn't know our dynamic . Typically, doctors ask these questions in private, either on forms or one on one time, to respect patient privacy and reduce embarrassment or discomfort. Pregnancy is an emotional and important time, and bedside manner matters. Unfortunately, this provider comes across as rushed, dismissive, and lacking compassion. I would not recommend him to anyone looking for attentive, patient-centered prenatal care. Safe to say, we are searching for a new doctor. Also, the front desk girl is very rude. She doesn't greet you at all. She rudely said " name?".. THAT was my greeting. So cold and rude.

He doesn't overbook appointments, so you won't find yourself waiting one to two hours like at many other clinics even when you arrive on time. Here, appointments are honored, and your time is genuinely respected.  He was incredibly thorough, even drawing a diagram to help me understand. After seeing four other OB-GYNs, he was the first to clearly explain my condition and help me easier to weigh the pros and cons. He is extremely patient, listens carefully and takes the time to answer every single question without rushing. Honestly, he's a rare find. I was also surprised and impressed that the clinic accepts credit cards and provides receipts in digital format. It's a very modern and up-to-date practice. They even have a well-designed website where I can view my appointment details and ask simple medical questions online. The fact that they've invested in making things more convenient for patients shows how much they care. Dr. Wood and his clinic truly stand out.

Today we walked in for her 6 week postpartum appointment and they had no record that we had scheduled the appointment. She ran into the exam room and quickly, as she was trying to walk out of the door, gave single word answers to the questions my wife was asking. She was dismissive and wanted the appointment over as soon as humanly possible. I've also been trying to get her office to complete some insurance paperwork since March, and they continue to not fill out the paperwork that I've requested - as such, my insurance hasn't paid and a lab company wants nearly $4,000 for a test that should be covered under my plan. As we were leaving, we found out she is retiring TOMORROW and couldn't be bothered to end her patient relationships she spent so much time building with dignity and professionalism. Enjoy your retirement.
