It was just OK. I had pizza and it was good, my mom had linguine with clams which she enjoyed. My sister didn't love the chicken parm. The service was ok. Our server, Alex was a young kid who was sweet but my biggest pet peeve is auctioning off food. There aren't that many tables in the restaurant so you should use seat numbers and know what your guests ordered. He kept making jokes and was trying to be funny but we weren't the right audience. We love the drunken square pizza and in general, everything we've tried has so far been great. Can't wait to try more entrees and the sandwiches. I've eaten in and gotten takeout. By far I prefer to take out the square pizzas than anything else. The square pizza is probably some of the best pizza in the area. However, the Drunken Brooklyn (Brooklyn with vodka sauce) didn't have enough sauce on it. The meatballs on the meatball sandwich were dry, so pass on them. The "tangy" tomato pie sauce clearly has anchovies in it (not listed on the menu), so avoid the tomato pie if you don't like anchovies. It was also a little spicy but not too much. The pasta looked really good, but I didn't have it. Maybe next time. It's in a great location to dine in because it's next to a Wine & Spirits, but I'd come during the week to avoid a long wait. read more

We went with a large group of people and had a great experience. The service was friendly and attentive! Our waitress was Melissa and I would ask for her again. She is just awesome! For appetizers we had the long hots, the meatballs, and the calamari all were good. The calamari was my favorite! It was the right balance of crispy and tenderness. For my entree I ordered the special Osso Bucco de Bacco. All I can say is wow! It came none in pork shank over a bowl of risotto. The risotto was one of the best I have had. The pork was cooked perfectly too with great flavors. The table was jealous of mine and there was a lot so I shared it. We didn't get desert but they looked amazing so I will definitely go back for more and I recommend trying this place! read more

My daughter took me here for Father's Day. Our first here and we will be back! We ordered the meatballs as an app. While delicious, they weren't very hot. Just tepid. We told our wonderful waiter,Jordan(who couldn't be more accommodating!)who promptly took them back. He returned in about 6-7 mins or so and gave us brand new meatballs. The app has two per order for the record. This batch was hotter, but not as hot as we would have liked. That being said, simply for the fact that we weren't given the same meatballs back obviously from a microwave, we were fine with what we were given the second time. My daughter ordered the drunken gnocchi which she very much enjoyed. I ordered the drunken Brooklyn pizza. Good advice, provided by Jordan, who again, went over and above, suggested to order the square iron oven pizza which has a thin crispy crust. They do have two other options as far as the crust goes. A regular thick crust or, for an additional cost, a cauliflower crust. The pizza was phenomenal! Prior to getting our meals, we were asked if we cared for any condiments for the pasta and the pizza. We ended up not finishing our meals, which isn't a problem, since then you have leftovers. Jordan brought out a container for the pasta and a box for the pizza. He did what no one has done in a very long time, he packed up our leftovers! Jordan was beyond attentive and helpful. First time checking out the new location and was so happy we did! Haven't had a pasta dish that good in quite some time. I got the lasagna and was blown away. They make their own lasagna noodles and fresh sauce, it was unbelievable! They offered indoor and outdoor seating. One of our new favorites! Their pizza reminds me of the great pizza from Tag's Pizza in Croydon that we ate as children. It was the best and this is close to being as good. The place, experience and atmosphere is only top notch if Jordan is working. If Jordan was our server 100% of the time, this would have been a 5 star rating. Any time that we've gone and Jordan was not there, even the food was just ok and sometimes not good at all. I don't know if there are different cooks but it's not very constant. I was supposed to receive a round plain pizza not square, the wings were supposed to be boneless, and the taste of the pizza was not good. The calamari was tasteless with a side sauce which was more Asian then Italian. My husbands gnocci was soggy and swimming in tasteless sauce. We had fun, but the dinner was a comedy of errors. Missing 2 of 4 silverware/ napkins even after food arrived. Bread was tough and had neither butter nor oil to help it out. Friends' pizza came out 8 minutes before the appetizer they ordered to eat first. Had no plates to put pizza on. Friends' app. meatballs cold when they arrived with my chicken sandwich. My husband's meal was another 5 minutes after that, so his was WAY late. My chicken panini was the blandest thing ever. Tough, dry chicken; no discernable taste of sauce. Bacon utterly tasteless. Served on what looked to be pizza dough configured into round panini bread--also tasteless. Chips were thankfully good. We had a good time, lol. Husband's fish meal was good. I tried the Brooklyn pizza pie my friends ordered. Did not begin to compare with another local restaurant's version of this. The waiter was very nice and comped the meatball app since it was cold, but really, so many things went wrong. Still, the place has a nice vibe and I hope they succeed, especially since they're BYO. My fiancé and I got engaged in February (not 2/14, I faked her out and did it on 2/15). We were so excited to have an engagement party to celebrate with our friends and family. Unfortunately, after planning the party at a local brewery, the Coronavirus interrupted those plans and we had to wait. As things opened up, we tried to regroup our plans at the original location for the party, but they were more concerned with leaving room open for their regular patrons to come back (and rightfully so). My future mother in law called Bacco because she knew we loved their pizza - and I'm so glad she did. Robert and Justin were so friendly and accommodating - I quickly realized we were in great hands. While we had to limit the size of our party due to the virus, the team at Bacco did everything they could to make our event as special as possible. We had the entire inside, they allowed us to decorate however we wanted, and they were extremely flexible with the menu choices. They played our playlist on Spotify, they cut our cake for us (with no cake cutting fee) and it was BYOB. Most importantly of all, the food was outstanding. Our guests loved the pizza and were all surprised there was more food coming after that. The pasta and the entrees were excellent, everyone left extremely satisfied. We couldn't be happier with our experience, from the atmosphere to the food to the service - it was all a 10/10. We went here last night. Party of 4. Only waited about 20 minutes@ 6:30 on a Saturday night. Not bad. The place was very crowded and slightly disorganized. However our waitress was very good and we started out with the Vodka squareee pizza for an appetizer . It was excellent. 2 of our party got the chicken parmigiana over rigatoni. I have to say that it was the worst chicken parmigiana that I've ever had. It was either freezer burned or just way overcooed. The other two meals were just average. Our waitress Holly gave me some pretty angry looks once she saw we were paying with 2 cards. She also refilled my drink without asking and then charged me for it. i truly never try and give places bad ratings, given what the world has went through the past two years but i feel as if this one was justified. 20$ for a soggy cheesesteak that makes for a laughing stock of the philadelphia area, and uncooked cold fries. i dont mind paying 20$ for a meal from a local restaurant, but this is just truly unacceptable the way the food tastes and looks. i would at least expect a little more care to be taken while making customer's food. Nothing tasted like it was seasoned, and just feels like it was very "thrown together" much like something you would expect from McDonalds on the go and not a BYOB restaurant. I had gotten mozzarella "sticks" as well that are actually cut up triangles, but i will settle for those because they were decent. I thought this place would be much better since it is fairly new and they push their "thin-crust" pizza in advertisements I was with a group of 10 for lunch and 4 of the "thin-crust" pizzas were burnt - also, not a peep of apology from the so-called "chef", nor the waitress. If the crust is "black", don't even bring it out to the customers. Why is that so difficult for young people to understand? I am forced to give this place one star - but I'd rather not leave any stars. My fiancé and I went out for a date night and decided to try Bacco's because it was new to the area. It took a few moments for the hostess to acknowledge us because when you're at work, apparently that's the best time to be texting on your phone. We eventually get seated and the place has nice decor and the food looked and smelled awesome from the tables near ours. We were really looking forward dinner. Well, that NEVER happened because after being seated NO ONE ever came to our table after 25 minutes. There was wait staff all around but NO ONE came over to even acknowledge us. We got up and left.
