Ordered the grandma pie, Buffalo chicken Caesar sub and the drunken chicken wrap and it was so delicious. That Buffalo chicken Caesar sub was to die for. Easy parking with a huge parking lot and place is small and very clean with like maybe 6-7 tables. I found them through a viral tiktok video and I'm glad I get to finally try the food. I've stopped in here twice now to eat in for pizza with my oldest son. Parking was easily found in the large parking lot and the seating area inside has about a dozen tables. On both visits there were plenty of open tables. The service is fine, they had a couple of young kids taking care of us. They were kind and polite with prompt service. The inside was nice and wasn't looking too bad for a Friday and Saturday evening. We ordered fresh pizza's and they were out quickly both times. I'd say if you like slightly more cheese than sauce you'll like this pizza. The extra cheese by design gave it a little bit more of a saltier profile, but not too much. For my liking, I would have rather had a bit more sauce. The crust itself had a very light char and came out a tad crispy, but soft on both occasions. I couldn't find anything wrong with their pizza, but I couldn't find anything that stood out either. It's just decent average pizza. On both trips they brought me a to go box for the remainder of my pizza that was a slice or two too small. Not nit-picking, but just a minor observation. Both Large Pizza's came out to around $20 which is slightly higher than some closer and better competitors. read more

Been back twice and time for another review. First off, so friendly and accommodating. None of the servers nor the chefs have said no any change requests. For us, this is key because sometimes a slight change from a starch to a veggie or less cream etc makes all the difference. This trip my wife ordered the eggplant rollatini as an app for her meal, which honestly could have been a full dish. So flavorful, so light you could have swallowed without chewing. Not oily at all. So good. I ordered the veal scaloppini with fresh mushrooms & marsala wine. The marsala wine sauce had to have been one of the best I've tasted since relocating from NYC. Very rude service when I contacted them due to our order being over 20 minutes late and the driver calling because he's at the wrong address not once but twice. Just an update-- 6 years later and still feel the same. New ownership has lead to more food options that remain high quality.

Ordered for pick up last night for the first time. Absolutely loved the food! I'm very picky with my fettuccine Alfredo and it was delicious, almost as good as my grandmother's. Highly recommend! The meatballs were perfectly seasoned and the sauce was on point. The young woman who took the order was very nice and attentive. I could hear how busy it was in the background but she still took the time to read back my order. Wonderful service. Additionally the food was packaged very well so it was still steaming hot by the time I got home which is pretty good considering it was very cold last night. The owner is a great guy, got to chat with him about all my favorite pizza joints. Good food and good service will have me coming back. We wanted to try something new and we were definitely disappointed. The Brooklyn pie we got was so wet and sugary. Maybe it's the canned tomatoes they use? We tried cooking it longer, even pan frying it but we ended up throwing most of it out. Their plain pie was fine, but nothing to rave about. We won't be back. read more

I'm really torn on this as I feel that it was misrepresented. I see a picture of an amazing round pizza on here and think, OH MY...That looks amazing. Then I go to the web page and see the listing for a Brooklyn Pie...and I say to my self, THAT ROUND PIE LOOKS LIKE THE PIZZA!! That's EXACTLY what the pies look like when I'm working in Brooklyn. So, I order one and have it delivered to the hotel. I'm so excited. So, the pizza arrives and it weights a thousands pounds...I'm thinking, wow, that's heavy for a round pizza. I open the box and it's square, it's covered in chunky tomatoes and it took me a moment to even see that it was the pepperoni pizza that I ordered. I called and said that I think that they sent me the wrong pizza. They said that that's how the Brooklyn pizza is, and sorry that it wasn't what you thought. It wasn't horrible, but I'm not a fan of whole crushed tomatoes instead of sauce, and that's NOT how Brooklyn pizza is made...this is more like Sicilian or Grandma's pizza than a Brooklyn. This rating is for the misrepresentation, the horrible website that doesn't explain what anything is, and the attitude when I called back asking what in the hell they sent me. So, I have 20 dollars worth of pizza that I'm not going to eat...and at least I know better the next time I'm in town to not order again. I got a pizza that had a metal food tie in it. I called the place and they were very ignorant about the entire situation. Stopped in the other day for a late lunch. This was a first visit since this pizza parlor changed hands, and it was immediately apparent that the entire shop had had a makeover. The kitchen was now in the back, and the dining room in front; a reversal of its original layout. New walls and floors made the place feel more upscale than the old place. Nice use of stone, wood and paint. We opted for cheesesteak and eggplant parm sandwiches. Both came with fries. The steak was a full load of chopped beef mixed with onions and mushrooms on a lightly crusted roll. Very good. The eggplant was thin sliced, breaded, sautéed in olive oil, and then grilled again in the oven, after which it was dosed with their homemade gravy and mozza. Again, very good. The rolls were notable for their crunch and pleasant taste. The fries were really unnecessary, and were the weakest part of the repast, as frozen crinkle cuts. Reasonable prices. Friendly service. Will definitely return for the pizza and more menu items when in an Italian mood. read more

We decided to try something different for a change. Wish we stayed with the tried and true. The margarita pizza tasted like they added for too much sugar. It was actually difficult to eat. We even tried to "doctor it up". Our two year old granddaughter, who loves everything pizza, asked for something else to eat. The regular pizza was okay. We will not be returning. We Ordered takeout last night. I rarely order an entree, its usually a sandwich or pizza. We both decided on veal dishes. I was hesitant at first, because veal can be tough. We ordered Veal Parm and Veal Piccata. They were both amazing. Veal was tender and the pasta was cooked to perfection. The meals included salad and garlic bread. The prices were reasonable, the quality was excellent and we actually had enough for two meals. The folks that work there are really nice and pleasant. We will be back. read more
