While the selection still seems great and most of the associates seemed friendly, the associate I ended up with did not seem interested in talking with me. We spoke briefly but in the end I didn't feel there was space to ask in depth about what I was looking for and I ended up leaving without buying anything. Still 3 stars because I do love this store and plan to give it another chance next time. I ended up going to the Manhattan location and had an excellent experience there.

Kimera's experience is extremely personal and dedicated to your needs and wishes. She's got ideas, talent, excellent suggestions and planing ahead. For my dress we had 5 sessions from design and fitting until it was ready to pick up. I also wanted an special fabric after she showed me some samples.
