(After all, what better way to burn those calories after visiting those dining establishments Your Host has written about here??) Whaddaya mean you ain't got no bike?? How do you expect to get them cycling miles in?? Luckily, we got this B3 (Bike, Blade & Ball) place to get you rolling along and out on the road (or the trails) to your future adventures! SELECTION: The variety of bikes here run the gamut from road to mountain/trails to kids bikes (gotta start them out young!). The selection here is abundant and the staff is very knowledgeable about every single, solitary product they sell. As far as brands, they carry Giant and Liv, but those are the only two Your Host is definitely aware of. You may want to reach out to them (recommended) or stop in (more recommended) to learn what B3 carries first-hand. In addition, they have a huge selection of accessories such as bike computers, helmets (Darlings, please don't ride without one...seriously), maintenance items, etc. etc. etc. to keep you riding safe and your cycling adventures as enjoyable as possible. SERVICE: In a nutshell, top-notch, and turnaround time is fairly quick. In addition to the usual repair and maintenance services, they have a precision bike-fitter on staff who can properly fit you on your bike and make it as comfortable for you as possible. Darlings, there is nothing worse than being on a bike that is uncomfortable for le tush or worse being on one that hurts your joints. If you are going to make an investment on a bike, take this excellent advice and get a proper fit: your joints, and your tush, will thank you for it...profusely! I had got work done and something happened to the fix so I had brought it back in and they said it's probably the zoom brake brand and it's leaking and I would have to pay for it again to fix it which is totally not how to run a business read more

They seemed to push buying new Giant bikes. Not a fan. Turnaround time on repairs seems slow. The prices for tune ups etc were high. Ima pass. Oh they wouldn't even acknowledge that I was there. God I miss SC Action. Now that was a top notch bike shop! read more

This store is horrible. Texted bike was ready to pickup from service on Friday. Come to pick it up that Sunday (today) and they didn't even complete all tasks that were assigned *never put on a new kickstand* to be performed on the bike. get it home and the chain is off the main gear what kind of shop are you running I am not driving 25 miles back and forth again for this crap after already doing it to drop off and pick up already. I purchased a new Liv Langma Advanced 2 today! I was so lucky that they had it in stock and in my size. I received impeccable service from Ian Kowal. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and patient. He spent over 2 hours with me making sure I was properly fit on the bike. I was able to test ride it which is pretty much unheard of these days due to the worldwide bike shortage due to Covid. He also showed me how tubeless tires work. Unreal service. I needed a couple of items and Moshe worked with me through every detail. It's easy to give top of the line service when a customer is purchasing a $1000 bike etc. However, i was buying a simple bike, and some accessories. Moshe called me when I emailed him and helped me choose all that I needed patiently. That shows B3 truly cares about their customers. After finding my bike, I now needed a bike rack. I've been doing research and heard great reviews about the Kuat racks. However finding a dealer who has it in stock was another story. Due to Covid, everything was limited. I finally found B3 which was about 1 1/2 hour away. After driving for about 10 mins I realized I should have check the hours bc bikes stores are not open 7days a week. I pulled over to check on the website and found it was closed. However I decided to call and fortunately the website was not updated and they were open. The salesperson really didn't know much about the rack and referred me to a bike mechanic there. I wish I remembered his name. He was tall with a ponytail. He was awesome. He bought me out back to their parking lot to show me the difference between the models I was interested in. Couple employees had the rack attached to their cars. He was very knowledgeable and was able to show me how both racks works to help with my decision. read more
