The bike came back with the same problem I brought it in for, so I'm out the money with nothing to show for it. On top of that, my bike was returned with a slashed strap that was not damaged when I dropped it off. When I raised my concerns, instead of a professional response I got verbal abuse from the staff. That's not how you treat a paying customer. I've documented the damage and kept my receipt. I'm currently pursuing a refund, and if the shop doesn't make this right I'm prepared to dispute the charge and take it to small claims court. I'd caution anyone considering this shop to think twice. Paying for work that wasn't done, getting your property damaged, and being treated with hostility is not acceptable.

Right off the bat Christian was very polite and extremely knowledgeable about the bikes and equipment they sell. Christian made me feel welcome and didn't rush me at all. He asked great questions about my riding goals and terrain I hit. Most of all he worked within my budget and got me a killer deal on a Emonda SLR. Called the owner said might be something small in the tire. Brought back today she looked at it for me(awesome) Come to find out a piece of metal was sticky out of the tire. A supposably a new tire 2 weeks of wear and tear would not make that happen. So, the guy charged for a new tire and gave me a used one. So, my initial $140 has increased to $172. I like their mission and their service however this time shady business

The owner, Tyler, is extremely knowledgeable, very kind and helpful. We knew we trusted him and wanted this place to be where we go to get every bike our family will own for the rest of our lives within 5 minutes of meeting him. He is genuine, will not mislead you, very knowledgeable, not judgmental on how little baseline bicycle knowledge I have, supportive, patient with kids, appears to be a great teacher (teaches kids and adults how to ride a bike), and takes immense pride in all things related to bikes- which is exactly what you want from whoever you purchase your bike from. He is great with kids and both my sons were excited to not only be in his shop but to start zooming down the streets of Manasquan on their bikes as soon as possible- neither one of them know how to ride a bike yet. Tyler also helped adjust the seat for my son's Strider bike so it fits my younger son to use. We purchased a bike rack to attach to the car and they helped teach us how to install it and offered for us to return anytime we needed help with any of the equipment we purchased.
