A part had arrived with minor damaged so it it took a couple days to receive the replacement. They did amazing work with the assembly of my new bike regardless of the delay. Staff was very inviting and helpful. When I picked up my bike they made sure I had everything I needed before I left. They have a limited amount of accessories, but it's enough to get you started if you're new or returning to cycling like me. Will update when I have to come in for maintenance and/or repairs.

The selection here is abundant and the staff is very knowledgeable about every single, solitary product they sell. As far as brands, they carry Giant and Liv, but those are the only two Your Host is definitely aware of. You may want to reach out to them (recommended) or stop in (more recommended) to learn what B3 carries first-hand. In addition, they have a huge selection of accessories such as bike computers, helmets (Darlings, please don't ride without one...seriously), maintenance items, etc. etc. etc. to keep you riding safe and your cycling adventures as enjoyable as possible. SERVICE: In a nutshell, top-notch, and turnaround time is fairly quick. In addition to the usual repair and maintenance services, they have a precision bike-fitter on staff who can properly fit you on your bike and make it as comfortable for you as possible. At our rental we were disappointed to find the bikes not ready for the summer season, so we called Shore Riders. Tim (and Ashley and Declan) all so friendly and helpful!! We were thrilled about delivery and loved the baskets for shopping. They provide helmets and keyed locks (much easier than combination locks) with each bike. Communication was excellent and the whole experience couldn't have been easier! We'll be calling with all our future bike needs. Huge priority for us on vacation and we were all so happy to find this total gem of a business. :)
