The meats aren't dripping in sauce which is often used to moisten a bad cook or to disguise poor flavors. Nope. If you want a saucy meal, it's a "self-inflicted wound" in my books, because you're missing out on some great well cooked meat. We didn't go there for side options, so reviewing them isn't the point. The meal started at 7 pm and before we knew it, the final course came and it was 10 pm. We really had a great experience and sampled foods we would have not normally tried. Outstanding!
