Nice staff took our order and did fantastic!!!! This is the halfway point to Grandma and grandpas for the girls ... we dined in and the food was piping hot. Our order was accurate and I definitely will return when in the situation of hunger and the girls request this for dinner as they did on this night. I am not a huge fan of McDonalds by any means; in fact the only time I will stop at one is if I am road tripping from AZ to MO with my dogs and need something quick and easy. That's how I stumbled across this place, and I have to say that this is probably the best McDonalds I've ever gotten a burger from. The burger was hot, and cheese dripped merrily off of it. It was cooked correctly, and it looked like an actual burger, not some sad hockey puck as one would expect from Mickey D's. The fries were smoking hot, yet not covered in grease which was nice. I'm still not a huge fan of the franchise, but if I gotta stop at a McDonalds I'll wait until the next time I'm passing through Bristow. read more

service was awful! I am a very patient person. they were rude and the girl at the first window wont give me my receipt. I asked her to even send it to a different register. she said no. after I had to come in for my own food after sitting out in the waiting area of the parking spot, I asked the lady for an extra dipping sauce for my daughters nuggets, and she told me no, and I asked her again very nicely and politely, I said, can I please have one more chicken nugget is a kids happy meal with six pieces instead of four and she was only letting me have one, and I asked her nicely twice she told me no also they shorted me a Dr Pepper and I didn't realize it but I couldn't do anything because the lady at the first window would not give me my receipt . read more

You could be the only car in the entire drive-thru line and still have to wait. They give you your total after you give one item for the order. When you say there's more to the order they vocally over the speakers groan. They're always rude and it's always slow. read more

No longer safe. To preface this I worked at this store for 2.5 years and we had ALOT of ups and downs during that time. However, when the Covid-19 pandemic hit, the General Manager insisted that the crew could wear masks under their noses and on their chins. Crew who asked other crew to wear mask properly and social distance were retaliated against and treated disdainfully. There's a culture of corruption and toxic work environment that I can't really recommend at this time. Management needs to be trained on safety procedures, it's probably a COVID-19 Petri dish now. read more

This was the 3rd time I've been to this McDonalds while passing thru Bristow. I told my husband I hate going here they are always rude, we went anyway because the kids wanted ice cream. We all go in, it doesnt say on the door that dining in is closed, we dont live here so we didnt know until we were inside. We went ahead and waited to order (1 other person in front of us). Ordered our ice creams and the girl put masks up on the counter and said you all need to put these on I said no we can just wait outside, (dang cant eat in there anyway). So we go outside to wait assuming they will let us know when its ready, nothing, so 2 of us go back in to check there it was melting away on the counter gee thanks for letting me know it was done. They were taking other people food out that they had pulled forward a "yours is ready would've been nice" Strike 3 your out I will not be going back. Always rude, if you hate your job find another. I went to get breakfast this morning. Drive-thru was a little busy, but moving. I know my orders are usually large, so I don't mind being "pulled up." Before I moved I told her to make sure the sauces get put in bag. I didn't check bag, so when I got home there was no butter or syrup for the hot cakes. I found syrup in my pantry, but didn't have butter. I expected the condiments to be in bag since I asked twice. Next time I'll be sure to check my order. read more
