We had a wonderful tea/coffee and lunch here today! The staff is so kind, and there were lots of staff working today. We loved the iced tea that was brewed directly from loose leaf tea, so you can have a large variety of types/flavors, and they made me a super special half caf/half decaf coffee with steamed almond milk that was awesome. They also have some Brazilian treats like the option to add Brazilian sausage to your salad (which was delicious!) and a ton of acai bowl varieties. It is also awesome to support a small business. Ordered an egg with turkey and provolone sandwich on a bagel. Something basic.. the bagel wasn't toasted, the cheese was so melted that there was practically nothing left in the sandwich and the turkey was the tiniest amount of deli meat- like 1 slice folded into a 2 inch square. Not worth the $7 plus tip. read more

I'd always wanted to try this place. Finally did- and I wasn't over impressed. The cashier and barista were very friendly. I asked what the BSisters Sandwich was because the description isn't on the menu and she said "egg and tomato with arugula on a brioche bun". Okay, I'll have that. Turns out, it's an egg white with pesto and tomato and field greens. Tasty. Just not what I was told. I also ordered an almond milk latte. First asked if they had almond milk, the barista said yes. So I order a large almond milk latte. They gave me a soy milk latte. I'm fine as long as it's not dairy, so whatever I drank it. But, it had grounds in it and was very bitter. The atmosphere is nice, the crowd was minimal- a little busy for a 10am weekday. Mostly business men or casual meet ups. I sat and read for quite some time on a really comfortable couch. 2 stars for the food considering both weren't exactly what I ordered. Threw on an extra star for the atmosphere and the staff. read more

Right off of Route 9 this is a little coffee shop that is quite cute and quaint. Room to relax and enjoy and space to do work as well if you wanted to stay and get things done. The barista brought everything over on a cute tray. The menu is quite pricey. We got two cappuccinos an avocado toast, breakfast sandwich, and 3 cheese balls for $27. The cheese balls were warm and absolutely delicious, strongly recommend. The sandwich and avocado toast were okay, nothing special. If you are looking for great coffee drinks and AMAZING sandwiches, this is your place. The highest quality breakfast sandwich I have ever had. The sandwiches take a few minutes to make so if you are in a hurry call ahead and they will have it ready for you. They even have a drive thru now. A nice local option. The service is friendly. My 3 year old loves the little Brazilian cheese bread and it's a great price so we bought extra to take home too. While they have food like omelettes, it feels like more of a coffee shop than a restaurant to sit and have a meal. B Sisters Cafe is a quaint little spot for a bite to eat right on the 9 East in Framingham. Inside you will find a small bakery that serves small bites, pastries and coffee. In the afternoons they serve lunch as well. Recently they put in a drive thru for their frequent customers which is a nice addition. Unfortunately, I feel there prices are a tad bit steep but that's my personal opinion. If you haven't been there I would check it out but if you are looking for an everyday stop this place will hurt your wallet. read more

I've been to this place multiple times, and I absolutely love it! Food is always fresh! I've tried their breakfast sandwiches (amazing), crepes, paninis and some of their loose leaf teas. My favorite drink though is the nutella latte. I haven't tried their muffins yet, but I always see them coming out of the oven. The staff is always so friendly and attentive. They all very nice, and helpful, also, they'll let you know what's new with the menu. The place is also very clean and cozy. Overall just a great atmosphere. This is hands down the best takeout breakfast we have ever had. We got grub hub delivery and crepes are super hard to have transported and have them "age" well -- yet these were hot and delicious when they arrived. I have a toddler and called in advance to ensure that the Nutella and strawberry crepe would have very very light Nutella (our daughter rarely eats -- and somehow doesn't seem to really enjoy -- sugar, lol). Marina assured me she would be packaging the order herself and that everything would be done correctly. I also asked her about some off-menu coffee selections and she said no problem. When the order came not only was it executed perfectly to my somewhat annoying specifications but every item was labeled carefully. We will absolutely be ordering again!!! I like this place. It's cute and in the neighborhood. Staff is usually friendly but they can be snobby at times. The prices are pretty steep but the portions are fair. They don't offer refills on coffee which I get, a chain wouldn't. But given the type of place I was hoping it would for sit down meals. Overall, this place gets 4 from me. read more

Ignore all reviews that give 3 or less stars. Seriously, those were obviously rated by unbearable, narcissistic divas. This place makes amazing sandwiches and coffee! I have recently decided to boycott Starbucks because of their GMO campaigns. Besides, their drinks tend to upset my stomach. So I started coming here and I have tried at least 3-4 different types of their sandwiches and fell in love. Everything is so fresh! Plus their drinks, be it hot or frozen, never ever upset my stomach. Ever. Hell, their medium sized frozen drinks are bigger than Starbucks. What? Yup yup, you get more size for the same price. I came here a few times over the years when it was under different ownership and called Panache. It was always a little lackluster. The coffee was so so and the price didn't quite fit the quality of the product. Seeing a new name recently, I decided to stop in. The new ownership seems to be doing it right! Friendly service with a smile. The menu is a lot more extensive and the coffee is tasty. The baked goods looked great and I'll definitely try something on a future visit. After some difficult experiences at Paul (recently opened at the Natick Mall) my associate and I were very hopeful about the potential of B. Sisters Cafe. Our first visit was quite encouraging with friendly, attentive service, toothsome baked goods, and passable, thoughtfully prepared lattes. Our subsequent two visits evidenced a slight decline in quality, but the service was not lacking. Our most recent, and final visit, however can only be described as an unmitigated disaster. I was alarmed to see, in place of the comely young woman who normally mans the espresso bar, a sickly, surly, passive aggressive, bespectacled, bald-headed man. This cretin spent all of eleven seconds preparing my latte and wordlessly shoved the cup in my direction resulting in some of the contents being spilled upon my new cashmere topcoat. This concoction - it could scarcely be called a latte - tasted, quite simply, like a filled ashtray. In light of all these gross inconsistencies, it would appear my associate (much to his unending chagrin) and I will be going back to Paul... read more

I really, really wanted to like this place. My husband and I were fans of Panache, and the first time we went in after it started changing owners, the woman working tried to insist the drinks were the same--just different names. The B Sisters Mocha is supposed to be the Panache Mocha. It's not. We've been in 4 times and each time left pretty disappointed. They can't seem to make a consistent espresso drink. Another reviewer commented about their iced mocha that was actually iced chocolate milk. I think I had the same thing happen this morning, only having read that review first, I made sure to ask if there was espresso in the drink because I hadn't heard the espresso machine. The man working said there was espresso and I think I taste something coffee-like, but I really can't be sure. I can be sure that I won't be giving this place a 5th try. First and last time I will go here. As soon as you walk in you are hit with a strong chemical smell from cleaning products they are using incorrectly it would seem. The good were the croissants. That's where it ended. We ordered two açaí bowls that were not fresh or good at all. Frozen blueberries on top?! When have you ever had an açaí bowl with frozen fruit? The furniture is old and dated and needs updating. As far as the service... very nice employees. But when the young man who checked me out kept his gloves on to take my credit card and use register and then looked at me when I asked if would change his gloves before making the food because he had a thumb pulled out he thought this was ok to use contaminated gloves and then while trying to eat but decided we couldn't finish the bowls they were that bad we observed both the younger man and another employee. Handling bottles of cleaning supplies and then grabbing and preparing food without changing the gloves! Just a bad feeling overall as they are. It observing board of health regulations. read more

Probably the worst meal I've ever had. If I could give it no stars, I would. Not one thing we ordered was correct and they came out at three different times, for three people. Thought it was a cute idea since I was visiting my sister for her birthday with my other sister. The cashier didn't even understand the menu and we all got, mostly, the same item. Each one was prepared differently. The first one came out wrong, but she decided to eat it anyway. The second two came out, when the first was almost finished, and they were both wrong, and sent back. The third time, one came out, almost correct, and she was done by the time the last one came out, wrong. Finally sent it back and didn't reorder. Would not recommend. One of us didn't eat!! There were six or seven employees standing around behind the counter, and boy did we catch attitude the moment we arrived, and that was even before our fiasco even began. Need I say more? read more
