First time at B Sisters Cafe, surprised that I had never noticed it here before. Despite being right off of Route 9, it is a very cozy atmosphere, and quite peaceful. I'm sitting here now, and there's some nice music on, and the 5-6 other patrons are quietly occupied on laptops/phones/reading. I am generally not a coffee person, and don't really like the taste of coffee, and have been experimenting lately- I ordered the Cafe Mocha and am enjoying it. It's served in a cute sayings mug, and had the lovely decoration which I saw in so many other reviews :) Their food menu also looks to be quite extensive, with sandwiches, breakfast, and they have a little bakery case. I'm sitting in a fun little fireplace area- there are also stools at a windowside counter, and your regular cafe tables. I expect I will be coming back at another time for a nice relaxing cup of coffee! read more

Probably the worst meal I've ever had. If I could give it no stars, I would. Not one thing we ordered was correct and they came out at three different times, for three people. Thought it was a cute idea since I was visiting my sister for her birthday with my other sister. The cashier didn't even understand the menu and we all got, mostly, the same item. Each one was prepared differently. The first one came out wrong, but she decided to eat it anyway. The second two came out, when the first was almost finished, and they were both wrong, and sent back. The third time, one came out, almost correct, and she was done by the time the last one came out, wrong. Finally sent it back and didn't reorder. Would not recommend. One of us didn't eat!! There were six or seven employees standing around behind the counter, and boy did we catch attitude the moment we arrived, and that was even before our fiasco even began. Need I say more? read more

Food and coffee were shockingly bad. We ordered a double espresso, iced latte, and two sandwiches. Here is what we got: the espresso tasted burnt and the iced latte tasted bizarre. The turkey club had rotten lettuce on it, had way too little mayo and was on cold, painfully dry toasted bread resembling sandpaper. The second sandwich (the B Sister egg - that had been recommended by the employee at the counter) came cold on a burnt brioche bun and the avocado was so unripe and hard that it was still crunchy. The egg patty looked like a pre made fake egg patty. This sandwich was also garnished with rotten lettuce. This was some of the worst food we have encountered at any cafe style place in many years. Everyone is right, coffee amazing flavor in a nice big cup! I got gingerbread, very good. Food had fresh ingredients, i got avocado with fried egg. But the taste was off. The cold pesto and cold clumps of cheese took away frok the warm yummy toast.. egg on toast was excellent though! I recommend changing up pesto & sauce for simple tomato.. something is just off with the flavor and ruined other components, tasted like too much balsalmic... I judge a cafe by its espresso. By that standard, there's not much to look forward to here. What I was served was at best an extra-strong dark roast coffee. I guess I might rate this place better if I try the paninis. Overall, it has a nice breakfast cafe vibe where you can sit and chill. Grab a Dunkin before you get here though. read more

Uummm filthy! There were stains on all the leather seating, salty foot prints in both the entry ways, no clean tables, and to look at the base of the tables, it's like the mop never got down there. As Mr T. Once said, "You got time to lean? You got time to clean." Okay the food... I can't stand an apple as a choice. I'm out to eat...apple...no. My tuna was weird...was that mint in there? I caught up with a friend here the other day. It was raining outside and I couldn't have been in a better place. B Sisters Cafe has a cozy atmosphere definitely conducive to having a long conversation with a friend. I ordered the Mayan Mocha (it might have been a different name), which was a hot mocha with whipped cream, cinnamon, and dark chocolate. Even though it was a bit too sweet I still enjoyed the warm drink particularly due to the weather outside. My favorite part though was that they had pao de queijo--aka this Brazilian cheese bread I haven't had since I was 10. You could get 3 small ones for $1.33. Even though it's easy to come across pao de queijo in Framingham, due to the high population of Brazilians, I enjoyed the fact that I could eat some while drinking a mocha at a small cafe. read more

No complaints! Went here for my first time this morning and already can't wait to come back! Got delicious banana nut caramel crepes and they were so yummy! Huge portion. Delicious caramel sauce, lots of whipped cream, bananas and nuts. My boyfriend got a turkey club which he said was delicious and looked really good. The place was cute and busy but the girls had no idea about coffee. Isn't this an important aspect of a coffee shop? I asked her how many shots come in a iced latte and she said 4. I said 4 seemed like a lot. She asked another girl who said "we fill it halfway." I said do you guys not pull actual espresso shots? And she said she didn't understand what I was asking. Sat down after placing an order for a muffin, egg and cheese, and iced coffee at 10:25. Coffee took 20 minutes. After 25 minutes I asked for my money back on the sandwich. A 20 minute wait for food is what it takes for dinner service. Not a counter service café. There were three guests in line before me. If your kitchen can't handle it, it is time to cut down your menu. I hadn't been in for a year because of the slow service and mediocre food. I decided to give it another shot today. Good stuff, bad customer service, OVERPRICED - repeatedly. We've been coming here for a while and with each visit, the experience has been bad to worse. We kept coming in the hope that it was a one off experience but seems like that's how the staff is/trained. In all fairness, their coffee and food is good but extremely overpriced. I've paid less in a better coffee shop in Boston. But please stay away from their useless, sugary over the top expensive smoothies. $7(with tax) for a small smoothie full of flavored sugar syrup and a cup full of ice?!! This place use to be amazing! I use to come when it was Panache. Even in the beginning of the new ownership to B sisters, it was great , but over the last year or so it got worse, much much worse. Every single time I walk in it reeks of chlorine, and then music is wayy too loud so distracting for studying or conversations. The prices are absurd ($7 for HALF a tuna melt that they won't even melt bc they don't want to put tuna on the panini grill..? $9 for a grilled cheese??). It's not even about being picky about pricing but it's so not worth that money! 1 star for the lattes and 1 for comfy seating. Blah. read more

See this is why I hear "Yelp is unreliable." 37 reviews, and 4 stars overall but a few very bad 1 star reviews led me to have doubts about this place. Get out of your own ego's way and become actually observant, their is a 'no tip' and 'custom tip' button as well as set amounts. Again small business modules allow companies to spend less money on accounting and 'back office' expenses keeping prices down and profits up. This is not a DD where you have a very set menu, the blackboard was a bit overwhelming at first, couldn't find the breakfast sandwiches. The counter girls were very kind and patient, tried to sell me on the B Sisters sandwich, but no sale, I went for a egg, cheese & 1 meat (sausage) on a plain bagel with a large coffee. While waiting I noticed it's a trendy place, Starbucks w/o the overtly "we're uppity but please don't point out we're really just a high price burnt coffee fast food chain." feel. Many small tables, some 2 tops setup for a 4 top, but really if it's a coffee only breakfast. There's one booth with a sign stating minimum 3 people, of course some *ahem* larger person was sitting their by themselves laptop set up & bags taking 1/2 the booth. One of the counter girl's, politely explained that if a party of 3 showed up the person in the booth would be asked to move to accommodate the party. The coffee was good, nothing to do a cartwheel about but a good cup of joe. The sandwich was HUGE!!! lots of egg, good size sausage patty and I think it was cheddar, certainly not American, cheese in it. It was served piping hot, and stayed hot in the bag as I drove to FSU and walked to the library to write this review, still hot. Overall $5.99 for this breakfast sandwich was a fair, to good price. $2.29 for the coffee, for this cup, a bit high, even after a rt 9 Natick/Framingham markup. By the time I was done, they built a breakfast sandwich for my boss which made me look freakin' amazing! Mind you, I went to three previous places to try to get her a decent veggie breakfast. I discovered this place back when it was Panache, loving it even more now -- known as B. Sisters Cafe. The staff is a large part to their success. They are always friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere offers different areas to meet with friends, clients or to simply enjoy some alone time by their fireplace. The gluten free muffins are my go-to treat. They once only carried a few, stored in the refrigerator, now they have a great display right at the counter. There is an endless array of delicious items to choose from~something for everyone. I got a b sisters sandwich which was supposed to be on a brioche bread but it was frozen... so I had it on a bagel. For the price I expected something a little better tasting. This is a really nice and intimate coffee shop , unlike the two major chains which are crowded and noisy. The service is quick and unique in that the server knew exactly how we wanted our coffee and how to prepare our snacks.
