Still love Marathon! Those are my guys. They always do a great job with my sandwiches and wraps. One of the latest sides I've really enjoyed is their blackened chicken pasta. Please do yourself a favor and get it with your sandwich or sub. Sheesh. It's that good, and I can't order from there without it now. Another goodie is their chicken milanese salad if you want something lighter and fresh. We've done takeout a few times while visiting the family. They make solid sandwiches and subs that's filled with meats and veggies. My kiddos wanted the chicken broccoli pasta and the BLT. The chicken broccoli pasta was tasty but the ziti was a little too soft for me. The sauce was light (less dairy; more broth) and there were loads of broccoli and chicken chunks. The BLT was filled to the brim with bacon which made my eldest very happy. My husband got the Dixie. Chicken was moist and it was on good bread. He wished it was spicy or had another sauce other than just mayo - his fault for not asking for it, though! read more

Good wraps with fresh ingredients. Somewhat skimpy and pricey but if you don't mind paying a little extra they are tasty. Order in advance because parking is tight. There are better choices in the area if you are looking for quantity for the money. Will you go wrong there, no but its not my first choice for wraps and sandwiches. read more

I had never been here before. I asked the owner for a chicken parm sub and jokingly asked if theirs was good. He said they sell a lot of them. When I got home it was eggplant parm. I called the deli and the owner said I had ordered eggplant parm. I know what I ordered. He offered to make me a chicken parm sub but I said no. Drove out there today with a friend after reading about 10 deli restaurants that were highly rated in the metro west area. We were not disappointed. We had hot subs...I the steak bomb and my friend had the veal parm. Both of us agreed it was well worth the ride. We both ordered the large subs and both of us took half home. First time there it is easy to be overwhelmed by the extensive menu posted over the counter so suggest you look it over online. This was a completely accidental find while in the area for work. I was immediately impressed with the menu and more importantly the staff and their customer interactions. We ordered our food... which was fantastic and then we settled up. I have been back three times and the the owner (I presume) has mentioned thanks for coming back. Small and can get really crowded, especially after work. Everyone behind the counter is really friendly and they do their best to get your order to you as fast as possible. I usually get their wraps..the cape coddah is ah-mazing. It's a chicken salad wrap with cranberries and walnuts.
