Delicious sandwiches made from high quality ingredients - turkey and pesto was fab - as are the breakfast sandwiches on a homemade sourdough English muffin. Pastries, croissants, cookies, honey & rosemary biscuits, and a variety of breads, baguettes and focaccia. So hard to choose! Especially for a carb lover. Inside is bright and spacious with lots of tables, the hexagon combs of a bee hive decorating the walls which are shades of yellow and brown like a bee. On a nice day, sit outside and enjoy your meal. Open until 5pm which is rare for a bakery but convenient for those of us needing nourishment in the late afternoon. If you don't live in Candy, bookmark this bakery and visit the next time you are out at Swan Island Dahlias, it's just a few minutes away.

When you're in Canby Oregon make sure to stop in for fresh bread, pastries, and coffee! I really love the morning glory loafbread. With a sprinkle of powder sugar on top, it's fabulous! This fun couple running the bakery really have skills! She makes the sweet side and he makes the savory creations. Thank you for your delicious baked goods.

It's welcoming, cozy and well maintained. They have cute decorations, plenty of seating and the staff is always friendly. They have a broad menu of drinks and food options. I ordered the Italian panini and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup for my daughter and I to share. The sandwiches come with chips and the most heavenly pickle. The sandwich was delicious with sautéed mushrooms and onions in the mix. The soup was nice and creamy and loaded with fresh broccoli chunks. The most perfect, craveable kind of lunch. They do have a rewards program, so be sure to sign up to save because I promise you'll want to add Gwynn's to your rotation.

Does it taste over extracted? Etc.) and I can say that today's doppio was perfect to my tastes. The only thing that could have made it better would have been to have had it served in a small ceramic cup or a shot glass instead of an 8-ounce paper cup. The cashier was friendly and pleasant, letting me take the extra time to register as a loyalty member, and the barista even called my double-shot a doppio. Good on ya! It's a nice quiet location with background music as well as lots of tables and some comfy overstuffed chairs and sofa; it's very clean and bright inside. There are also some tables & chairs outside on the sidewalk area for sitting outside on a beautiful PNW fall day like today. Free WiFi is an added bonus!

The smallish parking lot was almost full when I arrived a little after 2pm, but most people were shopping for shortbread in the shop section. They have an impressive range of different types and flavors of shortbread on offer here. Reservations are required for afternoon tea, and I would recommend calling as opposed to filling out the email form on the website. I walked in to the cozy tearoom and was quickly seated. The room was cozy and the table set with items from Britain. Additionally, they had nice holiday decorations out, which lent a festive air. Service was very friendly, and we never felt neglected, even when the shop was busy. While I waited for my tea companions, I perused the tea selection. Lots of options, from fruity herbals to traditional black teas. My family soon arrived and our tea orders were taken. I went traditional in my selection of PG Tips (a British black tea blend). Each person received their own teapot, with cozy. The teapots stayed hot the entire time, which was nice. We had sugar cubes and milk to add if so desired. Everyone seemed happy with their tea selection, my niece even finished her teapot of blueberry tea. The tea tower of food came out soon after our teas. The sandwich/savory tier had both cucumber and roast beef sandwiches, along with sausage rolls. All were hearty and delicious, and the bread was soft and fresh, not dried out. A tangy mustard sauce complemented the sausage rolls nicely. Then there were three large scones, one plain and one cranberry. These were served with butter, strawberry jam and cream. The top tier consisted of fruit along with lemon curd, chocolate mousse and cream tarts, each with a shortbread base. All delicious and perfectly sized. Their was more than enough food for us, and I ended up taking quite a bit of the scones and savories home with me. The sweets were the biggest hits with my niece. After the tier was removed and boxed up, one more treat was served. It was a delicious combination of chocolate, whipped cream and a brownie base. It earned a thumbs up from my niece. I grabbed a couple shortbread treats for later on my way out. They were all rich and flavorful, as were the leftovers from the tea itself. This was a wonderful holiday treat, and a friendly and tasty introduction to afternoon tea for my niece. I will be back for some more shortbread and another afternoon tea with friends and family. Highly recommended.

Looking forward to returning, and trying other items on their menu, and of course some pastries. Make sure to give Elka Bee's a try.
