Of course when i placed the order it was cold and raining, delivery day we've had a heat wave and it's been almost 90 so i was concerned, but as it turns out everything was just fine. We decided to take the key lime section out and freeze the rest. It was delicious. The gf crust is really good. No one else in my family needs to eat gf but they said it was delicious. I'm glad I put the rest in thy freezer otherwise I'm afraid id be eating it with my coffee. It lasts 3 months in the freezer, it probably won't last that long. Will order again!
