We got very lucky turning to this business. Forrest was prompt and considerate of our needs. He offered us an appointment the same day and, working from home, he gave us advance notice when the work would get noisy so not to interrupt our meetings. As he worked, he offered information and insight that would help us care for our air conditioner in the future and improve its efficiency. I can confidently say I've never experienced a more excellent service professional. Our air conditioner is aging and isn't perfect, but the leaks are largely gone and the unit is cooling so much faster than it has before. Pleasant Run A/C & Heat was able to give us an affordable repair instead of a costly replacement, and my family is very grateful. Thank you, Forrest!

While I was out of town, my wife called this company about a small leak around the base of our…read moretoilet. They came out, but instead of simply diagnosing and addressing the issue, they had her wait while they spent roughly 45 minutes sitting in their van putting together three "proposals." The options started at about $1,000, with a second option around $2,000 and a top-tier option around $3,000. As I recall, the $3,000 proposal included replacing the toilet, while the first two were various levels of "repair." That seems like an awful lot of money for what turned out to be a bad wax ring damaged during a flooring install. I have since removed the toilet myself, replaced the wax ring, and everything is fine. No major repair was needed and certainly no $1,000-$3,000 solution. No wonder their address is on "profit dr." If this company isn't private equity-owned, they're sure doing a good impression of the private-equity playbook: upsell aggressively, present multiple expensive options, and turn a simple repair into a major sales opportunity. What a rip-off. Get a second opinion before agreeing to anything. Buyer beware.

This company is straight up garbage. I purchased a home in late March (before closing, the outside…read moreunit had to be replaced because it was "improperly installed" and the invoice claimed a comprehensive check of the entire system) I moved in by april, and received my first electric bill in May. The bill was $1,678.70 for 1 month. The meter was physically checked and verified for accuracy. Switched off all my breakers except for A/C and saw the system pulling +100kw/hr (extremely high). Looked at the invoice that I was provided and called 3 different numbers to get someone back out to fix it. The guy put some freon in the system and just told us to keep our windows closed, change the filter every month, etc. I smelled that BS from a mile away, so I had to call a Master HVAC technician to come check the system. SURPRISE, the whole system was wired wrong! From the outside unit, to the thermostat, to the inside unit! MY HEAT WAS RUNNING AT THE SAME TIME AS MY A/C. My system was fixed, and now I have working A/C just before summer, no thanks to these clowns. Don't waste your time here, they can't even install a unit on a brand new house. They don't know what they're doing or don't care. I am reporting them to the city.
