Mahamadou and Mohammed arrived 10 minutes early, came prepared with all the necessary equipment, did a clean job assembling/disassembling our furniture, and were very careful with our furniture and the walls/floors. There was also an issue with my roommate's bed, where they had to break a few of the screws in order to disassemble it properly (we bought it fully assembled), and they made sure we were fully informed while doing that and let her know that she would have to buy new ones. For reference, our 2b2b apartment move with a ~10 min address shift took about 4 hours. Overall they were friendly, courteous, and efficient - I would definitely recommend them!

HT moving and delivery unloaded my POD after a long distance move and were so courteous,…read moreprofessional and reasonably priced. They helped with the set up of a lot of items and also were really great about charging us for the estimate even though we were more than prepared to pay the hourly rate after it took longer than anticipated to try and build something. I would most definitely work with them again on future moves and recommend them to others. They responded quickly to Yelp messages and the entire process was smooth. It's hard to find good movers that aren't crazy expensive, and HT was worth every penny and then some.

We had a tough move and had a small child so the team helped us pack and did a great job of keeping our stuff perfect. They had such an awesome attitude and we're all always friendly and smiling and seemed to really enjoy what they were doing. They were kind, patient and very communicative regarding my things and their placement. We even had worked out codes by the time we arrived at my new place! Joe was referred by my AMAZING real estate agent (Thomas B Cordell; a review for later) and did it all in one shot. Unpacking has been a bear but the move was a breeze.

We hired them to move from north mercer island to south mercer island to a house with a STEEP…read moredriveway. They called within the window, showed up on time and with the exception of smelling like sweat they were quite professional. The smell I can discount as they were very polite and summer is peak moving season. Our walnut furniture had to be moved around complicated stairs and they were quite helpful. During the move to a new house we found people online who were selling furniture that we wanted. We coordinated with the movers and they made two additional stops during the day and both of the homeowners commented about how quick and knowledgeable the movers were. We started around 4 PM having them move and I think we finished around 11:30 that night. Aside from the amount of time that it took to move which you don't realize how much stuff you accumulate we got them pizza because they were just so tired and we are happy to have them help. Again aside from a few small scratches on a piece of the woodwork that we have which I can buff out with some 300 grit sandpaper. Yeah these guys were heroes and I can't imagine trying to move on my own. I highly recommend this company, movers can be rude, crude, or abrupt but these guys were Superman

[Move was executed some time in 2022]…read more Handling was good, but the crew spent 2X hours for X hours long job. It was the most expensive short distance move I've ever experienced, even 4 years later. I still don't understand how did they manage to spend so much time. Regardless of what was actually required to load and unload my stuff, even if everything was well packed and prepared and no stairs to fight, gents worked very slow and sat in the truck doing nothing. I had my belongings moved 4x the distance and it was 40% cheaper just a year prior to this move and a few times after this move years later. Perhaps booking a 1 bedroom move when you actually have 3 bedrooms would somewhat speed things up because they won't be allocating entire day to your move and doing their best to charge you for 8 hours in the end because there are no other moves to do in the same day. Finally, Google reviews have all disappeared who knows why and FYI, moving companies are consistently guilty of paying for positive reviews and removing negative ones, so do not trust those, especially 5* short reviews praising how everything was great in a few sentences with no substance. *** Funnily, business owner replies minutes after posting this: "3 yrs later ypu leave a review. Thats holding on to something way to long. Let it go you'll feel better. We wish you well". Perhaps you should be spending time improving your business, not posting disgusting replies to fair online reviews.
