The chicken I enjoyed on this visit wasn't dry and it had a good smoke flavor, not as deep as I would like, but it was definitely there and noticeable. So they get five stars in my book just because they can do chicken right. We also had some pulled pork and it was very tasty as well. Barbecue shouldn't need sauce to be edible, the sauce should be in accompaniment and nothing more. When you walk into the restaurant, you get a definite feel that this is not your glamour palace barbecue shop. It smells like smoke, and I'm not talking about cigarettes. It's clean and the interior has the feel of a Barbecue shack. The kind of feel that makes you feel comfortable that you're gonna get something good.
