I took my wife's 2020 VW Atlas to Eurosport for an 80K service, and was very impressed with their…read morequality of service and attention to detail. The service had a few things I could do, but things that other service centers couldn't do, like a full trans flush, Eurosport has the equipment for. And the dealership price would have been about 25% higher (at least), so the savings were substantial. I am a big believer in keeping up with maintenance, as we tend to drive our vehicles for many years (last car the wife had wore out at 20 years; my last one I finally got tired of after 15 years, but it was running like a top still with 250K miles). I believe that Eurosport is a shop with quality services, fair pricing, and honesty as their core principles. There are fwew shops like this around any more.

See text from Louis Longo to my daughter relative to neglected service to me. "I am very sorry. Wednesday night the vehicle was not done. We found a vacuum leak as well and wanted to correct that. We also wanted to replace the other old ignition coils. I ordered the extra parts Wednesday. I was just informed that one of the parts, a vacuum port from jaguar did not come in. I informed my manager to get in his car and drive to Land Rover to pick that part up right now. They will have the vehicle repaired today and I will pick your mother up. I was in the hospital yesterday due to an injury and was sidetracked. No excuse for this and I am as upset as you are. We failed you and your mother and provided horrible service. There is absolutely no excuse for it at all. I am angry at my team as well. When I do pick your mother up I am going to ask that she has the credit card she used at the last visit 6/29/2026 and provide her with a refund of 1378.96. There needs to be some repercussion to myself and my team for this gross neglect of customer care." With that response from Louis, just be sincere and honest with your customers as you did in the above text message, that is all we ask. Peggie Matthews

Coming home from spring break I ran over something on the highway that damaged one of my tires. I…read morewas 2 hours from home still, we found our way to Choisser auto services near closing time on a Friday. They helped me right away, took care of my tire and had me back on my way home in no time. They went above and beyond by checking all my tires, including my spare to ensure I didn't have any other tire issues. Everyone was friendly, professional and helpful. The place was clean and neat, the waiting room was comfortable. Excellent place for all your car needs!

Air filters, oil changes, even brakes. The first problem was getting an oil change I didn't have time to do. I have an easy access panel on an after-market skid plate, that they over torqued the bolts, and when I went to do it myself, I couldn't get it off. I took it back to them (after I went to do my own and realized the bolt was stripped) and told them to get the stripped bolt out and replace it and do an oil change since I'm not taking the whole steel skid plate down myself just to change the oil when the point of the access panel is to make it simple. They returned my vehicle. Never fixed it. They took off the entire skid plate and now left a bolt out of the skid plate completely. Next, called to ask for a brake quote. I did my own last time (cross-drilled rotors for cooling in traffic), but have much heavier tires now and can't get the things back on solo. They won't replace the pads without the rotors. Um, I just did them and just need pads. Maybe they're mad I do some of the work myself? or maybe they're just getting cranky, but I've taken both my vehicles there since I moved here. Now I'm looking for another place. Ps. There used to be a blonde lady who worked there that was awesome and friendly. Now you just get nasty comments when you ask them to fix something they broke.
