All I've ever bought from here are movie posters, but every time I wanted one they either had it, could order it for me or their selection was so good I bought a different one. read more

I left my mother's cherished Woodstock tickets with Aztec and I came back to them beautifully, professionally, and creatively framed. I had some heart palpitations leaving family heirlooms of such value, but I was assured by Barbara that they would be taken care of like her own - and they were. Family owned and fantastic. read more

Came here to have an awkward, nonstandard sized poster framed. They were able to trim it to fit in a pre-built frame, which saved me money and time. I appreciate that they didn't try to up-sell me to a more expensive custom frame. Service was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable, and in my experience, much less expensive than Michael's or Aaron Brothers. I will definitely be back the next time I need a frame. read more

We love this place! So well stocked and lots to choose from. Helpful staff and they want to see that you're happy when you leave.

We've been here several times to have artwork and classic posters framed and have been happy every time. Staff is pleasant and helpful, prices are fair and the outcome is always terrific! read more

Impressed with price, service, and quality. I'd definitely come back here for future projects. I had a photo double matted and framed, and two canvases stretched. The woman and girl who helped me were very attentive, and gave great advice, as I had no idea what I was doing! Laid back atmosphere, but very professional. read more

I've been coming here for years. Best for framing in San Diego. Great work, great prices, and if it's not just right, they fix it! You can't beat it! Highly recommend. read more

I wanted to get a special gift for my boyfriend for Valentines Day and finally decided on a framed vintage poster... I looked all over the internet and all the site were pretty expensive so I checked Yelped and found Aztec. I had been there 12 years ago and bought this amazing vintage SURFER magazine poster but for some reason I thought they had closed... To my happiness they are still open and still have great art! After scouring the collection I settled on a print that I am really excited about, one that I have actually loved for years and I know my boyfriend will love as well. They lady there was always ready to assist and super helpful with sizing for a frame, she worked with me to cut the print to my liking to fit my chosen frame. $50 for a great quality frame and amazing print is a real bargain, I would highly suggest going here, there's nothing like seeing the prints in person and making a selection that your truly happy with. read more

Aztec Graphics - Picked a print and a frame that I love and she assisted my with putting them together perfectly!! - Framing Near Me - San Diego, California

Excellent job at framing some Dali posters of mine. Recommend them for all your framing needs.

I've used Aztec for many custom frames and mirrors over the years and been pleased in every case. Barbara and Anita are great at suggesting frame and matte combinations and giving me plenty of options in different price ranges and styles. When I had a delicate fabric painting, they were very concerned that we preserve the piece properly and brought the framer into the discussion of how best to mount it. I enjoy working with them and recommend them for quality service at a fair price. read more

This store is a secret framing treasure. The staff are very helpful and extremely patient with customers indecisiveness. The prices are amazing and the quality is excellent! I will definitely be returning for my future framing needs. read more

Lovely selection enhanced by excellent customer service and flexible prices. I'm especially fond of their greeting cards and prints here - there are some by local artists that are very San Diego and very beautiful. Of course, there's always the standard Endless Summer/sailing kissing his wife/Scarface posters, but if you decide to branch out you won't be disappointed. Great attention to detail and insight for custom framing as well. read more

This place is great - they framed my professional certificate in an elegant dark wood border, and did it at prices much lower than Aaron Brothers. Plus they had a great selection of retro prints that look great on any wall. Recommended! read more

Great service on two occasions. Very happy. Worth he drive from Otay Ranch.

I have been using a small independent framer in the Hillcrest area for YEARS. Although the pricing was right, the quality and time needed to complete my project was getting worse and longer every time I would go in. I purchased a print on http://www.orangeandpark.com/ for a housewarming gift and decided, like all men do, to wait until the day to find a frame. On the orange and park website they listed Aztec Graphics as a place to get your framing done so I thought I would check it out. I walked in and was greeted by Barbara. Although she was with another customer she pointed me to the premade frames for my 12x12 print. The were a black simple frame with glass for $18. A great price though I was looking for something a little more custom. She suggested a whitewashed wood frame that looked awesome. So here it comes right!?!?! The bait and switch!!! Not even close.... she did it for $20. $20? For a custom frame? I couldn't believe it!! Next she said she would have it done the next day, which compared to my last framer I used, was incredible. I said very meekly "Any chance you can do it today?". She said "Let me check and went into the back. She returned a few seconds later and said "Sure we can"! I was shocked! Great Service ~ Great Price ~ Great turnaround ~ How does it get any better than that?!?!? My extended family frames A LOT and I promise we will all be using Barbara and her team from here forward! read more

A great framing shop right in the heart of PB! I needed a few certificates framed last minute and they saved my life. The owner and her son were working when I stopped by and they were very nice and helpful. I think she said they had been in PB for 27 years. They also mounted and wrapped the certificates for free! I'll definitely be back. read more

Tim helped frame two prints. In an age when customer service is hard to come by, I felt he went above and beyond to help me pick, try out frames, and then assembled the hangers an the frames I chose. He also offered to help me to my car. Not to mention I was very pleased with the frames. read more

I love Aztec Graphics! I was sixteen years old the first time I had a print framed here. My parents framed a beautiful poster for my birthday and I still have it on display in my own home sixteen years later. Aztec Graphics is family owned and run and has been in the same location for many many years, which is not something you can say about most Pacific Beach locations. My most recent experiences at Aztec have been incredibly positive. The owner and her son (both names escape me) were attentive and helpful while I selected frames for a couple vintage prints. I plan on framing future projects here and hope you do too! read more

This is a great local shop. I brought in a huge map (over 6ft x 4ft) that I wanted to get framed for my partner for Christmas. I had an idea of what I wanted and they helped steer me towards a frame that looks amazing with the map. I was really worried about the cost given the size (and I've used Fast Frame in the past), but their pricing was really reasonable. They were able to get the job done in time for Christmas and the quality was phenomenal. I believe it's a family run business (based on other comments left here) and I had interactions with all of them (mother, father and son) and they are all great and you see the pride they take in their work. read more

We've been going here for over 10 years, and we have always been happy. Had a wedding prayer framed, some of the kids artwork framed, I've bought a few framed prints. We've always been very pleased with the quality and the value. Thanks Aztec Graphics! Just bought the yelp deal so we will be back soon. read more

Family-owned, local business, which is always nice. Friendly and fast service. The owner was helpful and patient with us while we tried every frame and matting imaginable. Most importantly got a print framed for about 3 times less than Aaron Brothers quoted me and the finished product looks great! I would definitely use them again for any framing needs. read more

Hands down the best place to get your stuff framed, it took me forever to even pick up my stuff when they were finished and they STILL held it for me which was so awesome because I personally would have given up! Highly Highly recommended as they are super friendly as well. read more

This is the place for your "finishing touch". Great selections of posters and many were on my sons wall at college. It's on a main avenue and I happened to walk in passing by to see what the pricing was like and what they had to offer. So it started with the posters but then I brought in some work and I had no idea of matte color or frame selection and they were sooo helpful. The work is beautiful and even custom. My favorite was a shadow box frame that I have with some collectables. Pricing was better than the "box" stores and your work is unique. It's a framing store that definitely deserves a visit. read more

The best frame shop is Aztec Graphics! Extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and reasonable! They've framed many works of art for us and we're always very pleased with the results! Recently, one of our large pictures came crashing down off the wall in our home. Barbara is such a pro in this field; she was able to resize it and solved the problem. Barbara is such a kind person; she loves doing this and the end result is always amazing! read more

Great Place Very Personable. Tim and Barbra was Very Professional and on Time with my Art. I purchased a canvas print on Etsy with an idea of how I wanted the finished project to look but no idea how to achieve it. I shopped around and the price was comparable to other specialty shops but the customer service was what sold me. I was having difficulty in being decisive on the framing options (their selection is great) but there was no rush. I felt like it was very much personalized to what I wanted and loved the end result. I will be back for my future custom framing needs! read more

I recently went to Aztec Graphics to frame 3 vintage posters and received amazing service at a very good price. I love the fact that it is family owned, and they really took their time in helping me find the right frame that fit both my needs and my budget. They even took the time to help me put the posters into the frames. I don't have much experience at other frame shops, but the next time I need any artwork or framing jobs, I won't hesitate to come back to Aztec. read more

I have bought many of pictures from Aztec and they always take care of me. Now I finally bought my first piece of art and Aztec took great care of me and my Shepard Fairy! Its fun shopping with them unlike Aaron bros or Micheals and they have great prices! read more

Really great prices. Other stores were quoting me 600 for a frame while Aztec Graphics quoted me under 300, which included a plexiglass and free hooks. What a deal! Recommend them to everyone. read more

cool stuff inside but what i love about this place is that all 3 main employees took great concern when it came to a project of mine for my parents. They offered recommendations on where to get both projects printed and used their contacts there to "rush" my projects before I took off to visit my folks. All very knowledgeable and creative, helping me pick out colors and different set ups. Was a lot of fun to work with them and will def be back! read more

Super friendly and helpful. They also had a large selection of posters which most frame shops don't have. The posters are also good quality on sturdy paper. Definitely worth checking out if you're in need of some decor for a beige apartment. read more

I have been coming to Aztec Graphics for all of my art and framing needs since 1996. They have always been courteous and professional, and my art always comes out much better than I had imagined. It is the only place I trust with my framing needs and will continue to be a loyal patron. read more

I have tried Aaron Brothers and custom framing shops in Encinitas and La Jolla and Aztec Graphics beats them all. I gave them my budget and the estimated worth of the art I was framing and they offered me advice a selection to work from. I have moved 3x since framing some art with them and have no problem. The frames done by Aaron Brothers is now falling apart with the same treatment and handling. I have a lot more prints that I will be bringing to them and appreciate their honesty and help and always feel like they are giving advice from experience and client satisfaction and not just to drive the cost up. read more

I came in contact with Aztec through one of the deal services, i.e. Groupon, Reader City, etc. The service was professional, polite and punctual. I plan to return and have a few more photographs and print framed. read more

I have gone here a few times. The staff have been knowledgeable about their inventory and great with color suggestions. I feel like my art is in good hands while it is framed. read more

Barbara helped me pick out some frames for my (oddly sized) prints. She cut the boarders for me and helped arrange the print that was pre cut just a smidge to small perfectly! I really appreciated the great customer service here and everything was reasonably priced. They also have a wide variety of prints, something for everyone! I will be back. read more

After waiting patiently for half an hour, I was rudely greeted. Offered no help even when I asked for it. I have no idea how good their work is because I decided not to have them do any, and wont be back. read more

Discovered through a groupon and now I'm a customer for life after at least six separate jobs. I don't remember names but the entire staff/family has been incredibly helpful and it's just a pleasant place to be and to browse and their prices are waaay below other places. read more

Aztec Graphics does great work at reasonable prices. I used to go to a place in Del Mar near the racetrack that was excellent, but also cost an arm and a leg. Then I tried Aaron Brothers (I know, stupid) and they were not quite as expensive, but also not very good (or helpful). Aztec Graphics had a Groupon, and I thought, "Why not?" I've since been back many times, and have a lot more artwork left, so I'll be returning soon. Their prices are great, they are extremely helpful and patient, super nice, and they do really good work. (It's usually Tim who helps me, and he's always given spot-on suggestions for mats and frames.) Aztec Graphics has done a lot of archival framing for me, and everything was handled well and came out beautiful. I have a stack of things that need to be framed that I kind of thought would be sitting around a while, given the price of framing, but with Aztec Graphics' regular pricing (not to mention their occasional email discounts), it looks like my walls will be getting prettied up sooner than I thought. Also, it turns out that a lot of people I know use Aztec Graphics, and I had no idea until I mentioned how great a job they'd done, and at such a fair price! I only wish we'd compared notes earlier. read more

Good prices. Extremely friendly staff. I was there to get my first two framing jobs done, ever, in my entire life. I didnt know anything and they took the time to explain my options and different prices. Couldn't be happier. I highly recommend them to everyone looking for a good quality frame job. read more
