All were prompt in their responses and provided well written proposals. Only Grayzer included the cost of a permit in their proposal. Further a friend had their wall panel upgraded and their Tesla Wall Connector installed by Grayzier and recommended them highly. After looking at the reviews for the different certified installers, and given that a permit is required in my town to install an EV charger, I went with Grayzer. They provided a date and service window ( a week in advance of my appointment ) and the electrician, Max, pinged me about an hour prior to his arrival. I showed Max my ideal location for the Tesla Wall Connector and he was able to accommodate without having to cut away any drywall or running conduit outside the wall ( YMMV ). Very friendly, professional and knowledgable. He took the information/pictures required by Tesla and by my town's permitting authority, commissioned the Wall Connector, showed my how to add it to the Tesla Application on my iPhone and verified that it was charging at the specified rate (48 amps). He was happy to answer any questions I might have, and I am just delighted by the service and work done. I would recommend highly to friends, neighbors, et al. We couldn't install a parking structure because of the narrowness of the lot. Making an appointment is easy. They came out to do an estimate, drew up the plans, and got us on the schedule for the following week. Communication was prompt and friendly. Installation took two days, one to dig the holes and insert the poles, and another to install the shade itself (both processes are very fast, but I think the concrete needs time to cure). Price was extremely reasonable and there are several colors and sizes to choose from. We are extremely happy with the product and service. Highly recommend!

The job was never completed, parts of the lighting were left tangled around wiring, and their ladder remained at my house for weeks. I repeatedly called, texted, and emailed Anthony trying to get the work finished and received little to no communication. Anthony did respond once, but after promising to return the following week, he stopped responding again and I've never heard from him. I made multiple attempts to resolve this directly before posting a review. Unfortunately, the project was left unfinished and communication was extremely poor. The ladder is still left in my yard after months and cords and project not completed.
