I started out optimistic with researching reviews and getting an estimate. From there, this company did not reply to my inquiry via Yelp. I came to find out from Vince that the phone number that Yelp listed was incorrect. However, since I did connect and start working with Vince and my serviceman, Dylan, the service has been great. Dylan has provided maintenance and updates for 2 weeks now. Vince has been on top of the communication and making sure my concerns were addressed. Appreciate both and look forward to less work and worry about my pool moving forward. read more

AZ Pools has been great. Vincent has been very responsive. I like that they send a detailed report with a picture after each visit. Gives me peace of mind that it is being done right. read more

If you're wanting a weekly Pool Guy these guys are decent. They show up. If you're wanting pool repairs forget about it. I reached out to them via phone and email numerous times to replace and in ground cleaning head and no response whatsoever. Their pool guy even texted the Owner Vince to let him know that I was trying to reach them to setup maintenance repairs AND still no response. Unbelievable!!! Is this how you treat all your customers? Finally had no choice but to fire them via email. Yep, you guessed it, that email was received. How unprofessional. Would not recommend. read more

We are first time pool owners to a new pool. I went online and saw good reviews for AZ Pools. I love the email I get after they visit. They tell me the status of the chemicals and what they had to add and then they take a picture when done and include it in the email. So if I'm not home I know they came. Very competitive pricing for weekly maintenance. Very happy with AZ Pools! read more

I feel very confident going forward that Vince will provide me with excellent service.

We just had our second child at the start of the year and I fell behind on taking care of our pool. It started turning green unfortunately. These guys came out and had it looking good within just a couple days. Y the next weekend it looked like our pool was filled with sparkling arrowhead water and had looked that way since. The weekely service fee was also very competitive. So far we are very pleased with everything. read more

We love the service at AZ pools! They have never missed a week of service. In fact, when the regular technician wasn't available, the owner took care of it himself. He returns calls promptly, and has never tried to sell us something we don't need. When he can't fix something himself, he's always given us the name of someone to call, and his referrals have worked out well. His pricing is fair, and he really is someone you can trust. We highly recommend him. read more

I found them on yelp and was able to get a quote within an hour. They were the best price out of all the companies I spoke with and I appreciated the speedy communication. They have been coming weekly for a few months now and I'm very happy with the results! Vince is responsive by text to any requests and I can tell he takes pride in his company. They also put up with my big German Shepard swimming and wanting to play, thank you!!! Definitely recommend! read more

Quick and good service. I think it's a family business so the person who I was talking to was the one to come out which was nice. Cheaper than most other places I was looking and willing to negotiate prices. Communication was great. read more

Absolutely fantastic. On time, every week and leave the pool sparkling. Highly recommend.

Pool pump needed replacing, AZ Pools did a fantastic job with communication & service. Vince and his team are great to work with!

I have not been reviewing in awhile, because I feel like it needs to be completely worth it what I'm going to review. AZ pools has to be one of the most honest and affordable pool maintenance company I'd have the honor to deal with. Due to an accident I was not able to keep my pool clean, it was getting worse every day, and as I was looking at it getting green, I was thinking to myself that it was going to cost me a lot of money to get it to the way it needed to be. I wasn't able to walk due to an ankle surgery, unable to work I was really worried about the amount of money it was going to cost me to clean my pool. I send 4 quotes on Yelp, since I had great experience doing it that way. I had all 4 quotes coming in and when I look at them my heart started raising. Most companies were charging me between $450-$695 to clean my pool. They're recommendation was to empty my pool and pretty much start all over again from zero. I couldn't afford that. Vince from AZ pool send me a quote of $295. Yes, $295, to clean my pool without empty it. I know the different in prices is huge. I will definitely recommend them, and will keep their business for maintenance, without a doubt. Thank you Vince, we are appreciative of what you did for my family in times when we needed it the most. read more

We only recently starting working with Vincent but he has done AMAZING work! We just bought a house with a pool and it didn't look awful but with the weather warming up we really wanted some help and to make sure we were doing it right being first time pool owners! He's been extremely professional and my dog (who is a good judge of character ;)) loves him! Anyone who has stopped by since he started cleaning our pool has made so many comments about how good it looks! So thankful we found AZ pools! read more

Update to the review I posted on 6-4-2021 Vince did try to contact me once not multiple times seven weeks after I posted the review He wanted me to change my review because he discovered he wasn't getting the inquiries through Yelp that he had been getting as a result of my review. Ask your self if he fudged when he said he made numerous attempts to contact me and he waited seven weeks after the review to contact me...do you want to hire him? read more
