After a few years, the pebble colors tend to fade out due to hard water deposits. After the Acid Wash I could see the pebbles looking colorful and shiny again. Aqua Harmony was great from the initial call to schedule, and workmen were right on time (for draining yesterday) and the acid cleaning today. The technician that did the cleaning today was Zack. He is a very polite individual and consciences about his work. He made sure I was happy with everything before he packed up his equipment. Then I called Joe in the office to inquire about how I am supposed to pay. Joe was very helpful during the initial call to get the work scheduled. And he was very helpful today, and asked me more than a couple of times if I was happy with all of the work. They truly want to do a good job and want to make sure the customers are happy. The next time I need to acid wash, or need any equipment repairs, I won't hesitate to call them for help. I am very happy with their work and with the quality of their employees. My husband and I recently purchased our home without realizing how bad the calcium buildup was on our pool tile. We were even told that it was one of the worst cases the company had seen, so we were worried that we were going to have to bite the bullet and spend a lot of money replacing the tile. Luckily, Jarin's crew was able to completely remove the buildup and restore the tile to its original condition. I'm truly amazed with their work! Additionally, the company provides a superior level of customer service. They had some equipment issues on the day they arrived to drop the pump to drain our pool and had to come back the next day, pushing our completion date back one day. They were very apologetic and ensured us that everything would be taken care of as quickly as possible. However, when the guy arrived the next day to drop the pump, he was unable to locate our sewer clean out. We were told that they typically locate the clean out during the estimate, but they forgot to look for ours so he couldn't drain our pool. My husband and I were panicking over this news. We had scheduled our cleaning a month in advance and were on a tight deadline to get our pool finished. I spoke with Jarin right away and, after reviewing our city's laws regarding pool drainage, we came up with an alternate plan. Not only did Jarin guarantee that our pool would be completed the next day, he personally came out to our house at 8pm that night to drop the pump and drain our pool. His crew arrived first thing the next morning to clean our pool and started refilling it by 10am. THAT is customer service! We had some hiccups, but the way in which this company remedied them was very impressive. We've received many compliments on our pool and we owe it all to Arizona Pool Blasters. The receptionist, Dawn, said the owner must be running late and she'd contact him then call me back. Fifteen minutes later she called and said the owner said we needed to have the pool polished and they couldn't do that for 3 months and that would be too hot to drain the pool. Why I had to wait 2 and a half hours to find out they couldn't even service my pool was amazing. I had other questions, but Dawn couldn't answer them and eventually said have a nice day and hung up. If the owner makes someone wait 2 hours with no phone call then tells the receptionist to tell me they can't even service me, then I'd hate to see how bad the actual service is. 4/12/17-The owner called and was very nice. Not the owner that didn't make the two hour window, but at least I received a phone call from someone. He tried to offer discounts and help, but I don't review to get discounts or freebies. So I said thank you, but based on the none call I just wouldn't use your company. I moved my review to 3 stars for his effort and hope this was just a one time thing for the sake of his company.

They cleaned our grids in our DE filter and found two that were damaged and instead of trying to sell us a whole new set, they simply replaced the two damaged ones at a nominal fee from ready stock on their truck and also fixed a leaky pump with a gasket also on the truck. Their quoted rate was lower than most, the work was efficient, communication was good and we were thoroughly satisfied with the whole job. We weren't charged a trip charge either as they coordinated our repair with other work they were doing in our neighborhood here in Troon.
