I LOVE AZ Mobile Spaws and have been using them for a couple of years now. It's so convenient to plan ahead and schedule dates online. We have Vanessa come every 6 weeks for our 2 Pomeranians who absolutely adore her! She is so good w them and they come in bathed w a fresh haircut and sooo happy after their visits w her! She sets up right out front of our house on the street and comes to the door for one dog at a time. She is professional, so nice, and does such quality work and my dogs have now learned her name so when I tell them "Vanessa is coming" they get hyper and bark and run in circles hahahah!

Stephen had great communication via text with arrival/travel time. Thank goodness they were able to take my dog last min because another person cancelled. Ralph's fur was very matted and Stephen explained he was going to have to give Ralph a restart. I waited so long because the last time my dog was groomed he was nicked and he developed a bad wound that took forever to heal. I explained this to Stephen and he assured me this would not happen with his work. Ralph did very well, no nicks or cuts at all. I will be using them again.

Stephen does fantastic job - always prompt, efficient kind and my pup loves the experience. I highly recommend to go this route - no wait in the kennel for your dog , the whole process is done in little over an hour, convenient and fun for your dog. My pup loves seeing Stephen every time he goes for his next grooming. Thank you!!

Absolutely amazing! I needed same day service for my two pugs and they made it happen! Cassidy was so nice, helpful and patient! I could not recommend them more! Will definitely use again! Plus they send pictures of your pups when they're done and added on cute little ties!

Stephen is amazing!! This is my first time using AZ Mobile Spaws and I couldn't be happier. You can tell Stephen cares a lot about making sure the dogs are comfortable and well taken care of while being groomed. My golden came back so happy and looks so good!

Trying to find a good groomer for my dog Teddy is so important. My first expierence with AZ mobile Spaws was not the best one. I initially reviewed them and it was not a good one. I have sense removed the bad review as I believe what initially happened was a fluke and I do not believe that review represents their business. And for those reasons is why I give 4 stars. Fair enough? This time I got Megan. I really liked her and so did Teddy. When Teddy first met Megan he leaped to give her a kiss. Megan instantly was excited to work on my Aussie, she said that was her favorite breed of pups. Teddys groom was perfect she even brushed his teeth! When he walked up to my door with Megan after the groom you could tell Teddy was so proud of how clean and fresh he was he also smelled fabulous! I also need to give a shout out to Jeremy the owner of AZ Mobile Spaws. My Aunt's geriatric kitty had lots of mats knotted all over back legs that happen to many older cats. We could tell she was uncomfortable and the clumps of hair were hurting her. Made an appointment via phone, received a confirmation email, Manuel called 30 minutes before he arrived- right on time. Manual was SO gentle and patient, I would highly recommend him as a groomer. Our groomer (Sarah) texted me when she was on her way and arrived exactly on time, which on its own seems to be almost a miracle with any appointments these days. She informed me of available options for my cat and when my cat didn't need as much work as I thought she proactively took off the additional charges. Sarah was very sweet with my skittish kitty and listened to all my concerns. She was able to do a full bath and grooming despite my warning to just get whatever she could manage done :) Overall a great experience. The price was reasonable, especially considering I didn't have to cart my cat around anywhere and didn't have to take any time off work to get it done! read more

I'm staying in Phoenix this month and didn't have time to get my dog groomed before I left Houston. I searched through Yelp for mobile groomers and saw all the positive reviews here. Now I see why. Yesterday Stefan showed up exactly at 8am, as scheduled. He took Bentley into the little pet spa trailer and in just over an hour, Bentley came out looking like a million bucks! I highly recommend AZ Mobile Spaws. If I ever find myself living in Phoenix again, I will definitely call them! read more

Jeremy After reading your comments on bad reviews given by customers speaks volumes. I've used your company 3 times. First 2 with Nicole were superb. Gave you huge review on Facebook as well as here until I removed. I contacted your office. Waited for 4 days after speaking to your assistant. Never received a response except you'd been out of office but would get back to me. After texting her again demanding a refund for half of the charges $120.00 I never received a response. I'm addition to my conversation I sent pictures. How you could not respond shows that your work ethic is as bad as my pup looked. Be cautious people. Terrible experience for my dog. read more

Just finished our first mobile grooming appt w/Rhaven...wow! She was so sweet and my 11.5 year old Shih Tzu (who has a generative disease and is becoming paralyzed) seemed so relaxed and happy afterward. Very poor customer service, I booked 2 dogs online 8 weeks out. When the groomer came to my house they said I was only scheduled for one dog even though I put down 2 dogs, they said the online scheduling software will only show one dog. I asked if they can fit me in today because I desperately needed my other dog groomed. The groomer told me I would get a call right away and never got the call. If you want good customer service and lower rates call Lori's Grooming and Boarding. They're not mobile service however I would much rather go to them. read more

I love this company! Easy to book, and pay. Manuel in SE Valley is the best. We have two elderly dogs. The big one has always been exceedingly nervous and is even more frail now. Prompt accurate grooming. Convenient. Done as requested. Hopefully our dog who is terrified of loud noises will get used to the sounds. This was a different and new experience. Favorite!! The last couple appts our appt had to be changed but it didn't matter, as I work from home. They come to your home and park out front until theyre done. The staff are EXTREMELY prompt and very polite. I have an 11 month old MGD and he got his first "groom" from Ryan when he was 4-5 months old. Our pup seems super excited once they are done and come back to the front door. Do yourself a favor, book an appt with them and you'll probably be stuck forever. Appointment and payment options was a breeze to set up. However, on the day of my appointment I receive an email confirmation, with a different time and price for service. At was upset and decided I would not use the again. But Kaitly- dog groomer- was very polite and professional to say the least. I had my first appointment with Shellie from AZ Mobile Spaws this week and am beyond thrilled at the result. It had been awhile since my furbaby's last grooming appointment during which the groomer unfortunately cut her with scissors. I found AZ Mobile Spaws online and based on the reviews and amount of time people were willing to wait for appointments, knew they had to be good. Shellie did not disappoint- my dog looked and smelled so good and was so happy! It was so convenient having them come to my place and the appointments itself lasted about an hour, a stark difference then the hours I would have to leave her at the groomer. So happy with the service and already have my next two appointments booked! read more

Update after using this service: I liked the groomer and the dogs looked great, however, unfortunately my smaller dog had a couple of VERY minor 'cuts' on her nipples.. They were hardly visible and didn't really bleed but they scabbed over. I thought about it for a day and then contacted Jeremy and he was a little 'off' borderline rude - basically implying I was a bad pet owner as I hadn't noticed it straight away. He offered to refund me money to change my YELP review, however I really wasn't looking for 'a discount' or money I don't think the groomer was incompetent or nasty I just wanted to make them aware they needed to be EXTRA careful with small dogs such as mine and as minor as this is (in the grand scheme of life) it's still not acceptable. I am giving one star because I really do not think Jeremy is a person with integrity. I can not recommend this service. Update to original review: Jeremy contacted me promptly after I posted a Yelp review - looking like a miscommunication of sorts so hopefully all will work out for the best! I am feeling optimistic! Original Review: Really disappointed with the fact I haven't even had a response to my voicemail, multiple calls, and email!! Had high high hopes to book this company as a regular thing for my two pups based off of a glowing referral.... Waited two days and still nothing. read more

He came back tail wagging, not frazzled as he usually is after groomings, and looking great. Even and bright, better than we ever had him groomed back East where we are from (and for half the price). I wanted to try mobile grooming because my dog hates the process of being boarded and near other dogs. I find when you use a regular groomer they are there for HOURS doing I don't know what. This experience was so quick and easy! She was able to come early and completed his grooming in about an hour. He looked so fluffy and clean and not as traumatized as he normally does after the groomer. I will be using again :) read more

I wish I could give Az Mobile Spaws zero stars because my experience was beyond terrible. If you're looking for a grooming service that values professionalism, respect, and basic human decency, steer clear of this establishment. From start to finish, my encounter with the owner, Jeremy, left me feeling frustrated, disrespected, and utterly disappointed. Let me walk you through the nightmare that was my attempt to schedule a grooming session for my beloved dog. After hearing about Az Mobile Spaws from a friend who claimed they did a decent job with her poodle, I decided to give them a try. I called the number listed on their website to book an appointment, and that's where the trouble began. First off, the person who answered the phone sounded like they were half asleep and completely disinterested in helping me. It took several attempts to even get through to someone who could assist me with scheduling. When I finally reached Jeremy, I was met with the most appalling attitude I've ever encountered in a service industry professional. Instead of greeting me politely or asking how he could assist me, Jeremy had a rude and unfriendly tone. He sounded annoyed that I was even calling, as if my request for a grooming appointment was inconveniencing him personally. Ignoring his rudeness, I proceeded to inquire about available time slots for grooming my dog. Jeremy's response was nothing short of shocking. He snapped at me, saying that they were fully booked for the next two weeks and didn't have any openings. When I politely asked if there was a waiting list or if I could be notified of cancellations, he scoffed and said, "We don't do waiting lists, so you're going to have to schedule the grooming three weeks from now or find somewhere else." I was taken aback by his blatant disregard for customer service and common courtesy. Feeling frustrated but still determined to get my dog groomed, I asked if there were any other options to get my dog in sooner than three weeks or if he could recommend another groomer in the area. Instead of offering assistance or providing helpful information, Jeremy rudely dismissed me, saying, "Figure it out yourself. I don't have time to hold your hand." At this point, I was beyond livid. Not only was Jeremy incredibly rude and unprofessional, but he also displayed a complete lack of empathy or regard for me as a paying customer. It was abundantly clear that he had no interest in providing quality service or fostering positive customer relations. In the end, I hung up the phone feeling utterly disrespected and disheartened. It's awful to encounter such blatant disrespect and unprofessionalism, especially when all I wanted was to ensure my dog received proper grooming care from a supposed "professional". In conclusion, I strongly advise against patronizing Az Mobile Spaws. Save yourself the headache and frustration of dealing with Jeremy and his appalling attitude. There are plenty of other grooming services out there that actually value their customers and treat them with the respect they deserve. Avoid Az Mobile Spaws at all costs unless you enjoy being treated like dirt. read more

We tried this place for the first time a week ago. We felt best going with a mobile groomer so we could be there, because one of our dogs (55 lbs) is so horrible with being groomed that it's almost a 3 person job and we felt better about being there to help keep him calm. The first time she came out, my husband spoke so highly of her. However, because of how difficult he is to deal with (especially since a bath was involved) there was only so much she could do since the calming agent we gave him didn't do anything for him. I was impressed that she was even able to do what she did. I called the next day to set another appointment to have his shaved evened out and the customer service was great. She came back out today to finish the job and I was able to be here this time. Watching her interact with him was great. She was truly wonderful and my dog looks amazing. He was so happy to get to see her and even happier when she was done. She did an unbelievable job. Especially considering just how difficult he is. I truly applaud not only how well she cleaned him up, but also how calmly she handled him. We couldn't be happier with the grooming, the customer service and our groomer. My senior dog has such anxiety when going to the groomers, vet, basically anything that requires him to leave the house. I rescued him a year ago after his owner died unexpectedly and this 14 year old boy was hard to place until we met (love at first site). I didn't have any info on his likes, dislikes, etc. so it has been a learning process but have figured out he doesn't like baths or car rides. Due to his size I wasn't having much success bathing him by myself. I scheduled with AZ Mobile Spaws and wasn't sure what to expect, but thought I would give it a try. I was blown away with the service and groomer, Ronnie. He arrived right on time and was fantastic with my old boy. I really like the fact that my dog didn't have to be kenneled while waiting for his turn at other facilities Having an anxious senior dog at the groomers for several hours was just not something he (or perhaps me) was too thrilled to do. I highly recommend AZ Mobile Spaws and Ronnie. I am sure all the groomers are great but I was extra pleased with Ronnie. So glad I found this and booked! WOW! I am new to Phoenix and have been searching for a groomer for my 110lb German Shepherd for the better part of 6 months. Every groomer that we tried in the past would leave him shedding everywhere for days after his visit. A friend of mine recommended AZ Mobile Spaws, so I would give it a try. I am SO glad I did. I first contacted the office to go over a few questions I had regarding some of the add-on services and pricing. When I spoke with Jeremy in the office, he was able to explain how everything worked. Polite and professional. He even helped walk me through booking appointments online, so that I can do them myself going forward. On the day of my appointment, Ryan called in advance to let me know he was on the way. He arrived on time, was incredibly polite and seemed extremely knowledgeable. I explained the shedding issue I have been having with other groomers, and he explained his techniques and assured me that it wouldn't be an issue going forward. Sure enough, my dog came back excited, happy, and NO SHEDDING. I cannot recommend AZ Mobile Spaws enough! This is the first time using a mobile groomer. We just moved here from Albuquerque, New Mexico and had our English Springer groomed in a salon there. Although our groomer was awesome, our dog suffered fear and anxiety every time we dropped him off. So, when moving here, we thought to try a mobile groomer. Kara was our groomer and she did a really good job with Merlin. I did have to walk into the trailer with him because he put all 4 stops on, haha. But, he did really well and was really sweet to her. Kara was so friendly and welcoming to him. I did give a 5 star rating and I will use you again, but the next time, I would like to see the top of his head and his ears groomed a little better. It looked like they were not clipped at all. So, I take full responsibility and will communicate this better next time. I know a Springer is not easy to groom with all their beautiful feathers, you want them long and flowing, but also neat. She did a great job. All in all, great job AZ Mobile Spaws and Kara. Tried AZ Mobile Spaws for the first time this week after a couple of less-than-great experiences at other local groomers. Due to their popularity and limitations of scheduling because of the mobile factor, it was nearly 2 months before I could get an appointment - but worth the wait. The company, and Shelli, were very communicative up to the appointment by sending reminders and Shelli texted the morning off to let me know she was on her way. We had a nice chat before the grooming so she understood exactly how I wanted my little guy cut. It took about an hour and despite being overgrown and matted in some places, Shelli did an amazing job of getting him detangled and giving him a cute puppy cut like we wanted. She also did a great job of trimming his nails so that they weren't sharp (an issue we had with the last groomer we tried). I rebooked on the spot. Mobile grooming is about $20-30 more than we normally spend on grooming, but the convenience factor (especially while working from home) and knowing my pup isn't put in a kennel is worth it to us. read more

Elizabeth is such a sweetheart! First things first, she called to let me know she was running 10 minutes late and gave me an exact time she would be there. Not many companies have their employees do that - it is usually the "arriving between 12-9 PM" type of deal. So I was very appreciative of that. When she showed up, we brought our dog out and Elizabeth was so loving and made sure to ask questions about our dog. She told us an estimate of how long it would take and took her to get bathed. It was so nice not having to lug our 80 pound dog to get groomed. She came to the door when she was finished and made sure to let us know that she didn't dry out dog because she was deathly afraid of the blow dryer. It was nice that she didn't try forcing that and made accommodations for our babe. My fiancé and I have gone through about 6 groomers to find one that actually listens to how we want our dogs cut. We have two golden doodles and every other groomer says the longest they can keep them is an inch and ultimately ends up shaving them down. If you own goldendoodles you know they are meant to have the long hair, otherwise they look terribly awkward. We found AZ mobile spaws and booked our appointment with Elizabeth. She was truly amazing, and cut our golden doodle exactly how we asked. She even went out of her way to get a 2 inch attachment so as to not cut them any shorter. It was above and beyond the best experience we have had with a groomer, not to mention I don't have to drive anywhere as they pull right up to your door step. Yvonne is a master at what she does my 2 dogs don't like very many people and they are so scared of grooming other places I have had them groomer they would come home so depressed and so scared of every little noise would make them jump. This was my first experience with mobile grooming. I chose AZ Mobile Spaws primarily due to the rave reviews on Yelp. Herbie is a seven year old Cavachon with some arthritic issues. I felt that standard groomers would not be receptive to the special handling he would require. Ryan is a terrific talent. Herbie took to him right away. The result: the best "haircut" he has ever had. EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE WAS OUTSTANDING. We recently moved to Phoenix and have always used mobile groomers - or for a VERY long time. We have two dogs and one is a little fearful and high strung and she is totally calm now, or as calm as a dog is when they are getting groomed. Evonne is amazing and so careful and sensitive to our little ones. GREAT service, definitely matches the rates, timely, efficient, clean, professional and fast! I used to wait 4-6 hours for them when they would go into a grooming salon, and for the sake of my time as well this is the best. I HIGHLY recommend! We've been using AZ Mobile spas for several years and have always had great experiences. We started with three dogs, one who was elderly, and has recently passed away. But before passing, he LOVED his spa experience and they were always gentle with him. The other two younger dogs still get groomed several times a year and come out happy, well-groomed and smelling so sweet. Lately we've been with Cassidy and I love the way she texts me the morning of the grooming to let me know when she's coming. It's the small touches that make AZ Mobile Spas fantastic. Do yourself and your fur baby a favor and use this grooming service. My first time using them and WOW most amazing groomer ever. Elizabeth called and asked if she could come early I then told her I wouldn't be home at that time and she was very sweet and kind and then told me no problem so we agreed on a earlier time. She spent over 1 hour on my dog and now he looks like a show dog! The staff on the phone were as kind and helpful as anyone could ever ask for. Can't say enough about Elizabeth skills. I would definitely recommend Yvonne! She just finished grooming our super furry 15 year old Australian Shepherd mix for the first time. She called ahead to say she would be a couple minutes late, but made up for it and then some by taking the time necessary to get our pup cleaned up and feeling so much better. Our old girl has difficulty standing for long periods, and is usually pretty ornery, but Yvonne took her time and gave her breaks when she needed to rest. She also let me come out and help make it easier on our doggy when she was doing the trimming. We will be using her again! read more

I love that my groomer is always on time, communicates with me, and my dogs love her. I have two yorkies, and have set up an appt. every 6 weeks for them. It's so nice not to take them somewhere and have to leave them all day. It's less stressful on all of us. Thank you, Nikki! You rock! And my yorkies- as bratty as they are - look amazing! What a wonderful experience. Yes, the grooming was done beautifully (and I have skittish dogs), but the real plus for me was how easy it was. I was able to book the appointment online several weeks out, which worked well for men Booking online, paying online and good follow-up from the company. I got an appointment reminder a week out, the day prior and the morning of. All automated and emailed, so that worked great for me. Then the groomer called the day of the appointment to let us know when she was on her way. No fuss, no hassle, and beautifully groomed dogs. Thank you. read more

Anyone with a Furr baby who needs grooming knows how terrified they are when they walk out of a groomer without their Pet and are subject to the wait game most Grooming facilities play, not here!
