And the customer service isn't good. You bring the phone back to get "repaired" again and they charge you more because it "left the shop working". To me it's just unprofessional, and money hungry to charge for a repair that needs fixed twice . Won't be back, won't recommend. They're also very vague with what they do repair, they say they order parts , replace things and do all this and that. But you never exactly hear what was done. It's not written down it's not answered when you ask the owner . They say they have "paperwork" but no copier . The paper work has no details. No pre inspection notes , no parts no replacements . Phone battery died after it left the shop, worker told me it left with good battery #s and it's extra charge to replace the battery. Note says it was shown and documented Low battery numbers yesterday, didn't mention it , didn't show paper work till I asked for it today . NOTHING . A joke . Scam scam scam.

According to the SONY website it could be a possible failure of the LED backlights. I emailed American Consolidated Electronics to see if they agreed that was what they thought it might be. They emailed me back the next day, and confirmed that that was probably the problem and gave me an estimate of how much it would cost and since they don't make 3D TV's anymore, I thought $285 was reasonable to get it fixed.
