And the customer service isn't good. You bring the phone back to get "repaired" again and they charge you more because it "left the shop working". To me it's just unprofessional, and money hungry to charge for a repair that needs fixed twice . Won't be back, won't recommend. They're also very vague with what they do repair, they say they order parts , replace things and do all this and that. But you never exactly hear what was done. It's not written down it's not answered when you ask the owner . They say they have "paperwork" but no copier . The paper work has no details. No pre inspection notes , no parts no replacements . Phone battery died after it left the shop, worker told me it left with good battery #s and it's extra charge to replace the battery. Note says it was shown and documented Low battery numbers yesterday, didn't mention it , didn't show paper work till I asked for it today . NOTHING . A joke . Scam scam scam.

I shopped around to get the best deal and this place ended up having the best price. They also had a relatively quick turnaround. I was quoted 3 days, but it was ready within a day, which was nice. They fix all types of cell phone, tablets, and computers. Not only do they fixed cracked screens, they sell used/refurbished products as well. They also do general repairs like battery replacements, fixes charging port or software/boot up issues. The shop is kind of tucked away in a small strip mall, but not too hard to find. They were very responsive to my request and needs. I called an asked them how much it would cost and they gave me a straight forward answer. The man working the counter was very friendly and helpful. My kids iPad was as good as new and now has a new life. Having two young kids, I am sure that this will not be the last time that I will need a screen repaired. This will probably be my first stop when I do. I highly recommend checking out this place for your cracked screen needs.

On August 15, 2024, I brought my device into a MacExperience shop with a pairing issue. The clerk observed the pairing issue and advised that my item was under warranty and would be repaired. The "system" was down, so I hand wrote my name, email address, mailing address, and phone number on a sheet of paper that contained no disclaimer or "fine print." More importantly, the clerk, after examining my device, wrote "won't pair" as my device's issue. As detailed below an shown in the exhibits, MacExperience (1) confirmed the diagnosis and (2) provided written assurance to repair or arrange for the repair of my device. On August 16, 2024, I received the following update from MacExperience: "Our technicians have diagnosed your repair and ordered part(s). Once the part(s) have arrived, the technician will begin the repair and you will be notified when the repair has been completed." (See Exhibit B). On August 19, 2024, I received the update that, "Our technicians have shipped your device to one of Apple's repair centers for repair. Most mail-in repairs take 5-10 days from the time they are shipped to be completed and returned to our store." However, MacExperience, notified me that would not honor their written promise because an Apple technician detected "liquid damage" with no further explanation. Neither the MacExperience clerk nor I observed any liquid damage when the MacExperience clerk examined my device; again, after examining, he wrote "won't pair" on the intake form. When pressed on honoring its written promise, MacExperience blamed "automated notifications." Keep this lack of integrity in mind when determining where to go for a Mac repair.

Didn't like being out on the road and having the GPS go out, so my wife recommended trying this little shop located within the Meijer in Camby. When we arrived, we hit the dinger bell to let them know we were at the counter. We were greeted and were told they didn't have my type of battery in stock. We were given an estimated time for when it should be available and the price for parts. They have a standard rate per hour for repairs and were given an estimate for that as well. Unfortunately, the battery didn't ship on time and we were delayed. I also didn't notice they are closed on Sundays, so that visit was a "no go", but I simply didn't see the small sign with their hours on the counter. When the replacement battery came in, we were told they suspected it had a defect because it took a long time to charge. It seemed to work okay, but they were going to get another battery to replace the replacement and there would be not additional charge. Finally, I was able to drop it off when we got the notice the new battery was available. Everything seems to be working okay, though I noticed this new battery still takes a long time to charge. It does seem to hold the charge though, so I am not 100% sold that everything is working perfectly. I got the impression that the individual who worked on my phone understood the problem, but wasn't certain why the charging issue had sprung up. If I have a problem that isn't something I can easily adjust to, then I will take it back for one more try. I think they are trying their best to be helpful, but I seriously don't know how anyone can keep up with all the technological changes and upgrades. They are small staffed, so the turn around on repairs may take longer than you would like, but I prefer it to work the first time, not just get it back and then have problems. Review #3800

Jeff was an amazing Pc repair man. He is very knowledgeable and gives his all into his work and you…read morecan tell by the final product. It did take a while for our computer to get fixed but let me tell you it was so worth the wait but majority of the time was waiting for parts. We had a hp omen and took it to a different shop at first and had them put the guts of the omen into the new case so I could put a bigger liquid cooler in. Then that shop started telling me that they couldn't get the liquid cooler to work with the hp omens motherboard. So they sold me one of the motherboards they had and put it in. When I got it home it was reaching super high temperatures and sounded like a jet the whole time it was on. That computer shop did a horrible job and sold me a bad motherboard. When Jeff got into the computer he confirmed that the motherboard they sold me was bad. I regret us taking it to another computer shop and not just going to Jeff. Jeff was very understanding with what we wanted and what had happened. When jeff got into the computer we decided we wanted him to put everything into a new case and put in a different liquid cooler. When Jeff opened the computer up the whole thing was pretty much bad (not Jeff's doing though). The parts we ended up getting was a new case for more airflow (NZXT H7 Flow - CM-H71FB-01 - ATX Mid Tower PC Gaming Case), a bigger liquid cooler (NZXT - Kraken Z73 RGB 360MM Liquid Cooling System), a new power supply because the one I had the cables were to short to reach everything (NZXT C850 PSU (2022) - PA-8G1BB-US - 850 Watt PSU - 80+ Gold Certified ), four fans (NZXT AER RGB 2 - HF-28140-B1 - 140mm), led strips (NZXT Underglow Accessory, AH-2UGKK-A1, Two 300mm RGB LED Strips), and then I changed from AMD motherboard to a intel motherboard. The new one is NZXT - Z590 (Socket LGA 1200) USB 3.2 Intel Motherboard with Wifi. The processor we bought is a Intel - Core i9-11900K 11th Generation - 8 Core - 16 Thread - 3.5 to 5.3 GHz - LGA1200. Jeff communicated with us about everything and was very patient with us when ordering parts. He takes his time with his work and cares about everything he does including wire management. Jeff also helped carry the computer and parts to the car because my boyfriend could not lift due to having surgery a week prior. I can not express how thankful we are to Jeff for getting the computer fixed and how caring he is. He texted after we got it home to make sure we weren't having any problems and that we were satisfied. 10/10 would recommend PC ParaMedix to everyone. From now on I will always bring my computer to Jeff. Do not take you computer anywhere else but Jeff (especially flux they don't care about there work or customers). His work is worth every penny and the time we had to wait was worth it.

Most people had no clue and some suggested Best Buy and/or HHGregg. Ummmm...those places want you to BUY new electronics and would most likely give you an estimate too outrageous to even consider repairing. I was determined to find out if my TV could be fixed since it was less than 5 years old. I went onto Yelp with little success (sorry!) and then to Angie's List. THAT is how I found ITR. I spent some time talking to the owner on Saturday when I was dropping off my 37" Polaroid TV for repair. He has been at this location for over 30 years. BTW...if you are a member of Angie's List, there is a $10 coupon to use towards repairs. Unfortunately, we live in an era of everything being disposable. TV broken? Just throw it out and buy a new one. Yes, I admit, sometimes that is more cost effective, but look what that is doing to our environment! Landfills are full of non-biodegradable junk. Yes, there are electronic recyclers, but again, some people don't want to go to the trouble of finding them and just dump dump dump! It turns out that ITR Electronics has been seeing a great number of flat screen TVs lately for repair. They overheat and the power source burns out. That is what was wrong with my TV. It cost $189.95 (minus the $10 Angie's List coupon) to repair and now my TV is working like new. A similar TV would cost between $500-$1000 to replace...believe me, I looked. The owner suggested running a small oscillating fan behind the TV to keep it cool so I don't experience the same issues down the road. I will take his advice and hopefully the TV will be with me for years to come. I highly recommend this electronic repair shop in Indianapolis! It is located on the east side of downtown. Not the best area in town, so they close early (4:30 p.m. week nights; 9:00-2:00 on Saturdays).

I live in Anderson, about 25 miles from their shop and the TV was to heavy for me to take in so I set up an appointment for Tue. at 9:15 and Rick was here at 9:15. He was very professional and had my TV fixed in about 30 minutes. The price charged was reasonable and has a 90 day warranty. I would/will recommend ITR. Very prompt and fair priced.
