Good thing I had the presence of mind to pack a suitcase of stuff we'd need (there was one night between the pack and the move) because these dudes came through my house like a very organized hurricane that just blew everything that wasn't nailed down into boxes. They wrapped every piece of china in layers of packing paper and arranged it in some magical way so that not one dish broke. They wrapped my unbreakable Corelle dishes from Target the EXACT SAME WAY. My entire four-bedroom house was packed in 4.5 hours. The move itself took place the next day and again the team was extremely punctual and professional. They took amazing care in bringing everything in and making sure it was placed in the right room. And once again, they got the job done in less time (and for less money) than I was originally quoted. And yes, side note, if you work with Bobby on the initial estimate, he is almost certainly going to tell you that the job is going to take longer, be more difficult, and cost more than it will actually end up being in reality. Don't worry about it, the guys who actually show up to do the job will do better than that! Even after they finish loading, they linger next to their truck and in their vehicle, slowly counting cash or chatting, refusing to move until they're good and ready. Then, when you finally ask them to pull out, they shoot you a dirty look like you're the one inconveniencing them.

Special shout out to Herisha who was incredible at their job and made renting a new space easy and quick. Remember, as a general rule, storage rental facilities are largely unregulated which means they can raise your rent with 30 days notice to pretty much any amount they want and they know they have you on the hook because you won't want to relocate your stuff. If you get a quoted price online, lock it in for six month or a year by pre-paying if you can. ALSO remember - you can get your own rental unit insurance from any number of companies for half what the rental unit companies will charge you and bring in proof of insurance at the time you rent (but you MUST do it in person). ALSO ALSO remember - you can also bring your own secure lock and not pay $20 for one of their locks. Do all of the above and any smart reasonable manager or employee is going to make your rental process smooth and painless.

They sent it to my credit card that I had paid the initial $200 deposit on.
