When I first put out feelers for new counter tops through-out my home, Axis was the only company who returned my call within the time frame (3 days) that I had established (Joanna with Axis called me back within an hour). Axis was able to get a estimator out the very next day. When the estimator showed up, Kelly, who turns out to be the owner, spent nearly 2.5 un-rushed hours going over all of my questions, taking measurements and selecting the material. He's a great guy to work with! And, as a 2nd generation company, he's worked every aspect of the business and really knows his stuff. Also, despite me changing the material twice, and a minor design change (which required another visit for measuring and took another 1.25 hours), Axis was with me all the way in meeting my needs! Now, the material change did cause a delay, but when the installers, Joe and Louis, showed up, they were professional and courteous in their dealings. They too answered any questions that I had during the installation. When I get new cabinets and drawers, Axis is the only company that I'll consider using. Great job Axis Interiors! The workmanship, the knowledge and the timeliness of these guys were great! When they said they would be there, they were there! I have had so many people fall in love with our counters...and in turn, our kitchen. Our counters had to be redone due to a water leak. Along with the counters, the cabinet box and back wall of our island had to be rebuilt. They did an amazing job fixing all of this as well as correcting the "issues" caused by the sloppiness of the original builders (Fulton Homes) who left parts out and did an awful job that couldn't be seen until the countertop was removed. Kelly and his team fixed these problems. He helped us deal with the insurance company who were giving us a hard time, and, with a crew that had a sense of humor, helped us upgrade our kitchen with minimal dust. They even cleaned up after themselves! Joanne would call us within a day or two of my request and when the insurance company said they wanted more information regarding what would have been equal, Joanne was kind enough to help resend the papers in a way that the insurance company would accept. Axis Interiors came through and did a wonderful job! I deal with a lot of property and when I was on a time crunch Axis came through! I have dealt with other countertop companies, but not Axis before. The time frame I was given by the other companies could not meet the deadline I needed so I had to look around for another company. I called and left a message with Axis Interiors. Joanna returned my call quickly and they came out to give an estimate the next day, they said they would do their best to meet the deadline needed. I couldn't recommend a better place for your countertop needs. After our kitchen flooded and we had to renovate, we had been without countertops in our kitchen for 2 months before starting our order with Lee's Countertops here in town. We had the WORST experience ever with them and after about 5 weeks of waiting around for them to stop screwing up, we cancelled our order. Now, it's been a little over 4 months and still no countertops. No countertop also meant no kitchen sink. We had to use plastic utensils, styrofoam plates and cups and could only make make meals that you could buy and put in the microwave or oven. We had take out...A LOT, which became very expensive. I was dying to have our kitchen finished. I found Axis interiors on home advisor and decided to give them a try. I couldn't be more happy with my decision. My husband called and spoke with Kelly, to set up an estimate to start the process all over and we were able to get scheduled quickly. I was the one that would be home for the estimate, so I called the day of to confirm the time spoke with Joanna who was A-MAZING. I explained to her about all the mishaps and bad customer service we had with Lee's and she was genuinely empathetic. She said that they would make sure they would try their best and do what they could to fill our order as soon as possible and 2 weeks later, we had beautiful countertops installed and we even paid LESS than what the other guy quoted us. Same material. Same measurements. Tyler and Joe came out for the install and they were also great. There were even a couple of "nit picky" tweaks I asked to be made and they came back with no problem at all, even though I felt bad asking. They made sure I knew that my satisfaction was their priority and it really was a completely different experience than dealing with the other place. These people are great! If you want awesome people that are going to deliver great workmanship and quality customer service, this is the place. I will definitely use them the next time I remodel and highly recommend you do too! read more

I have been undergoing renovations for the last 6 months and I can say without a doubt that this was by far the worst experience I have encountered. On Friday July 24th I had an installer from Axis who was subcontracted by Lowe's start an install of my laminate countertops. He seemed friendly, personable, and discussed his renovations on his own home with me including a new appliance install he had recently had. He finished up in about 4 hours and when I reviewed his work we discussed the backsplash that I wasn't satisfied with. He went out to his truck, returned to attempt to fix it and it still didn't look great. He told he'd schedule a follow up after it set and I was satisfied with that answer. After he left, I reviewed the kitchen and realized that there were several problems. I instantly sent photos to Lowe's, who then contacted Axis. I got a phone call back that he was still outside and would come right back in. According to the owner, AFTER the installer reviewed my pictures of his mistakes, he suddenly "overheard" me say I had COVID and couldn't return to fix it. I got a call from Lowe's after calling all weekend and got questioned about my health. So insulting for someone who takes this all very seriously! I have not, do not, and never have had Covid. Let me note that he was in and out of my house all day with no issue (with and without a mask) and stood right next to me as I signed the paperwork at the end of his project. The company did not notify me or address the false accusations or any issues until I called several times. The following Monday they sent out a new crew after several calls to Lowe's. His own co-workers made comments on his job and couldn't believe he left my house like that. Two workers worked 4 hours on Monday to correct his mistakes. The owner emailed me a generic apology and told me I had to go through Lowe's for any other questions. Please save yourself the stress and don't use Axis Interiors. If you start a project with Lowe's (lake pleasant location), which I don't recommend, make sure they are not subcontracting your work to this company. I'm still waiting for a follow up to make sure my countertops are correct. Terrible customer service from both parties involved. read more
