RMV executed the wrapping perfectly, folding the edges to ensure zero exposed fasteners. A skylight was added. The installation method is robust, ensuring a leak-proof seal. Rudy personally handled the addition of 24-inch overhangs around the perimeter. After one year, which included periods of heavy rain, we have experienced zero issues. We went with white so the shop remains cooler in the summer, and reflected light from the roof now brightens up our kitchen. RMV delivered excellent results and custom work. I highly recommend them! Right around the beginning of December Aaron paid Fidel Ortiz or Miguel Perez, we are not sure what his actual name is... Half down to put a new roof on our house we have a signed contract and a receipt for the money that he gave him. The materials were supposed to be delivered in 7 to 10 business days. After week three we had heard nothing from him and no materials were delivered. Aaron begin calling, texting, emailing no word. We called a mutual friend that recommended him. She reached out to him and he called us immediately. December 28 and 29th he and his crew came and tore off half of our roof. They left their truck parked out front of our house for a week, then came last Friday and remove the other half of our roof. Still, no materials were delivered here as they were supposed to be. As you all know, we had a storm this week. I've attached one video that absolutely does not do the amount of water coming into our house justice. So of course, we begin to call, text, email him with no response. So once again, I reach out to our mutual friend she gives him a call, he calls Aaron back left a voicemail saying he's been out of town. He didn't have his phone. What's the problem why are you calling our friend? As the water pours into our home. He shows up yesterday does a few things on the roof. Aaron leaves work because he sees him on our cameras, they talk and Aaron voice records what he says. He says that the materials came, but were the wrong color (where did they come? They were supposed to come here) that's why they aren't on the roof. Aaron says at this point I don't care what color they are, just put our roof on, he said OK let me go check on that. He has not returned. Left one voice message saying he had a flat tire. Aaron called the company that he ordered the materials through and there is no order for our address. We texted him last night and let him know that we would be moving forward if we didn't hear from him by the morning he has been warned. We have not heard from him. Please do not use this company let every single contractor real estate agent family, member anyone you know not to use this company. It's the middle of winter, and we are ready to go into the coldest spell we've had and we have no roof on our house! He made good on his offer to make me better than whole. He didn't have to. I think it shows the strength of his character to own and to make an effort to remedy the past mistakes. Before and while work was in process Austin's office staff or support crew worked diligently to keep the project moving as quickly as possible. They smoothed communication issues and kept me updated. Austin's crew lead by Luis replaced the composition shingle roof with a new metal one. They were super-friendly and courteous. I love the new color! The same is true for the new exterior color. My greatest concern with the previous job was with the board and bat siding. Those concerns were justified by water-stains. Austin's crew remedied my concerns by replacing boards and bats. The previous scope of work was limited to two walls. Austin's crew weather-proofed the bats on all four sides of the house. And finally they stained those four sides with a new, more modern color. All of this was done at no financial cost to me. So thank you again to Austin and the Fly Guys.

Terrible communication; their "mailbox is full", and they rarely returned phone calls. After a couple of months, and canceling the job, they did not return the funds, and we had to file a Summons & Complaint with Superior Court to recover our money. After a default judgment, we finally got our material deposit paid back by their Bond Company after 7 months. Check with Dept of Labor & Industry. They've been deleted from the Orcas Island Chamber of Commerce website for good reason. Stay Away!!
