He made good on his offer to make me better than whole. He didn't have to. I think it shows the strength of his character to own and to make an effort to remedy the past mistakes. Before and while work was in process Austin's office staff or support crew worked diligently to keep the project moving as quickly as possible. They smoothed communication issues and kept me updated. Austin's crew lead by Luis replaced the composition shingle roof with a new metal one. They were super-friendly and courteous. I love the new color! The same is true for the new exterior color. My greatest concern with the previous job was with the board and bat siding. Those concerns were justified by water-stains. Austin's crew remedied my concerns by replacing boards and bats. The previous scope of work was limited to two walls. Austin's crew weather-proofed the bats on all four sides of the house. And finally they stained those four sides with a new, more modern color. Roy also came out and installed a tarp over our leaking roof and offered a refund of the tarping so we select him as our roofer. None of the other people we contacted despite promising to come and place a tarp on our roof showed up. We signed with Roy. The job was done efficiently. Roy supervised all work. His crew was very polite and always cleaned up the job site everyday. He also installed additional venting holes in the soffits so our ventilation is up to current standard. RMV executed the wrapping perfectly, folding the edges to ensure zero exposed fasteners. A skylight was added. The installation method is robust, ensuring a leak-proof seal. Rudy personally handled the addition of 24-inch overhangs around the perimeter. After one year, which included periods of heavy rain, we have experienced zero issues. We went with white so the shop remains cooler in the summer, and reflected light from the roof now brightens up our kitchen. RMV delivered excellent results and custom work. I highly recommend them! Mold was identified and they knew how to deal with it. Repairs in sheeting were made, ventilation improved, and roofing completed. I was most impressed with two things. First, the professionalism of the team. They were on time, professional, considerate of pets in regards to gates and items dropped, knowledgeable, and cleaned up absolutely every little thing! The second impressive feature was the company's use of the Malarky products. Malarkey shingles are made of Rubberized Asphalt with upcycled rubber and plastics so they don't become brittle over time and help reduce the landfill load. It's the little things that make the biggest differences in customer experience and this company does it all.

Skyline Roofing was right in the middle. When Tony (the owner) gave me his bid I was impressed with his professionalism, this combined with my neighbor's information closed the deal. It took three days to finish the excellent job. I had changed the color of the house to light gray and Tony recommended black shingles with black gutters. I am so happy with the new appearance of our house and am glad I followed Tony's advice.
