This was the worst experience of my life! We walk in get seated. It took 15 minutes for the waiter to come over. He didn't say hello simply said what drinks would you like. We ordered at the same time to avoid delay. We ordered. Two gatorades, an individual sausage pizza and a ny pastrami sandwich with pickles on the side and upgrade the fries to lemon pepper. After a long wait we were given the fries in a bowl. The sausage pizza and a pastrami pizza with pickles on the side. Our already long wait took longer to have the pastrami remade. At the end of it. I was over it. Everything took forever. The refills the correction of our food. And at the end we were still being charged $35 for the pizza we didn't order or eat! And $12 for the bowl of fries that we didn't order. We had never been to this place and will never be going back. Everyone was so rude and when we explained the mistake to the manager it was an argument to get the items removed. read more

Atomic wings do not play. Compared to WIngstop and BWW, they have the hottest of the "hot" wings. Spicy honey bbq was bomb, lemon pepper, not so much. I might come back to try the other flavors some day. Protip: Atomic wings will give you atomic diarrhea. True story. read more

Mediocre pizza. Mediocre service. Mediocre. At one time, the pizza was decent. The wings were delicious. Sadly, the service was never as good as the pizza. Now, the pizza is as bad or mediocre as the service. I hope they improve, but current reviews say otherwise. Save your money, order from Pizza Hut or dominoes or little Cesar's; at least you'll get what you pay for. End of an era. read more

The wait on a Friday night was about 30 minutes which isn't too bad. This place was highly recommended for its wings. We sat down and the server was really attentive, I ordered the Self titled specialty. Consisting of all the types of rubs and sauces. I also ordered the famous cheese balls, only to be disappointed. The cheese balls were bread covered cheese. (Is that right?). Anyway, she ordered the buffalo strips, and the side of garlic fries. She said that her strips were really dry, but the garlic fries portion was big. My meal wasn't too great, buffalo sauce with vinegar and salt. It reminded me of a bww but not as great as some of there sauces, and definitely not as good as Wing Stop. The place wasn't too expensive either cost me $30 so if you're with a group of people, I recommend it, if there is nothing else around. read more

By far, one of my favorite places for wings and pizza. They're best known for their wings, so their pizza "This Thing of Ours" is one of my personal favorites. It's a buffalo wing pizza with sauce and ranch! (Yum!) The is always excellent and the servers never disappoint. They check in to see how you're doing frequently without being overbearing or annoying. Alondras is hip and I love coming to this place to dine in with my friends and boyfriend. I highly recommend eating here! read more

I had to give it one star as it will not let me leave it blank. I have never ever had a hostesses that "Forgets" about anyone. I specifically informed her I would be waiting in the front of the restaurant as there were too many people in the back lobby area. Was quoted a 15 minute wait. I waited patiently for 30 mins only to have her say "I called your name and you didn't answer". I said "I told you we were waiting in front of the restaurant"... she didn't even apologize and just shrugged. It's understandable if it was "busy" but it wasn't. read more

I went here today for my first time to watch the Packers vs 49ers game. Let me tell you, the service was great from start to finish! The waitress greeted us with a smile and told us the wait time would be about 30 minutes. It was about 40 minutes, but it went by fast because we were watching the ravens game on tv while waiting. I also got a chance to look at the menu while waiting because I asked for it. At last, we got our booth super close to the TV and were attended quickly even though it was crowded. Our server's name was Denise, she greeted us nicely and took our order right away. We waited only 10 minutes and our food was brought to us! It was a good experience. I will be coming back soon. THE CRUST ON THE "THIS THING OF OURS" PIZZA WAS DELICIOUS! crispy, tasty, YUMMMM. The strawberry lemonade was A+++. The Honey BBQ wings were also YUMMY!!! I recommend this place. There's ALWAYS a long wait though :/ but worth it!!! read more

For years my friends have been proclaiming that Alondra's Hot Wings are the best in town but I simply snickered at them and laughed with great ease... but all of my 4 perceptions were altered indefinitely that cold and windy dreary night when I came across thy best wings in town! That 12-hr* wait was 99.9% worth it because when I first took that first bite into them mouth-watering wings, my life was complete. I felt a sudden sense of accomplishment that my soon to be acquired 4-year college degree at California State University Northridge could never compete with or even come close to it! I immediately wanted to jump from my table and kindly harass the chef to be my own personal chef for all eternity but at the thought of being ridiculed, I held back with great discontent; mostly because I did not have a substantial amount of US currency to obtain such a valuable "necessity." In the end, I can only dream of the day when I venture into Alondra's soul... to reinvigorate my lost desire for the best barbeque in town with a delectable touch of supreme nachos and to ultimately quench it down with a jar o' lemonade. I am eternally yours... or until I find another wing joint. *It wasn't that long but geesh, it's pretty long. read more

Drove out to Alondra's for some of our favorites: ranch blasted fries, wings, cheese balls, and more! Service: Immediately we were greeted by a smile. All of the hostesses were extremely friendly and welcoming. Our wait time was accurate and we were seated at our table. We were greeted by our server Ernie. He was very helpful in answering our questions about the menu! He was really friendly and brought out our food fast, and never left our glasses empty. Wonderful service! He even ran our food that we boxed up out to us. Overall, my girlfriend and I felt a huge sense of teamwork through the whole restaurant, and I think that's why it works so well, and so many customers leave happy. Food: Ranch blasted fries were amazing as always! Our wings were extra wet, and yummmmy. All of our food came out really hot, it was perfect! My only concern would be my Siliciano Pasta (I think that's the name of it). It was decent, a bit bland, but I honestly didn't expect much since this is a wing establishment and not a fine Italian restaurant! Atmosphere: Restaurant was clean and well kept. All the tables were bussed really quickly, and servers and hostesses worked together to clear plates and bring out food. Thanks Alondra's, for an amazing dinner! read more

This place is not like it use to be. It's very sad to see this place go down hill. Starting from the outside of the business there was graffiti on the business front. I sat down and ordered the same as a few years back. 16 piece wings with 2 sides. When I got the wings I noticed they where over cooked and looked like beef jerky. I also noticed how small the wings actually are for the price. The waiter was advised of the over cooked wings and he corrected the problem. I ordered a shock-top beer and it tasted old, menus are old and out dated and falling apart. The bathrooms are disgusting filthy of graffiti all over that looked gang related. Geez Alondras where is the management. (Word of advise look at your food when it comes out because if you don't say anything as a customer your not getting quality food). read more

Stopped in for lunch with an old buddy. We ordered the 25 piece platter of wings with half original buffalo flavor and the other half "Arlene" style (a blend of their lemon pepper and buffalo sauce - recommendation from our cute petite waitress). Also added an order of garlic fries. I chose a tall 22oz glass of Shock Top - White Belgian and my buddy went with some Modelo to wash down our food. Good selection of beers on tap and a variety of wines too! Their famous wings did not disappoint. Crispy skin on the outside and juicy on the inside with just the right amount of sauce! The garlic fries were flavorful with freshly grated parmesan cheese on top of the hot fries melting it all with the garlic spices. But the portion was a bit too small for the $5.25 price tag. =( Great place for wing lovers and will definitely go back to try all the other flavors and their NY style pizzas! read more

Ok this is my go to place now on Sundays, when a Steelers game is not on local tv. The service was awesome, the pizza was good, the wings were pretty good. Far better than my previous review. This place is full of football fans who just love to watch football. They also got the Ultimate Sports package, so they have NFL Sunday Ticket along with the NBA games. See you in 2 weeks Alondra. 3 22 oz Fat Tire beers = 18 dollars. Scarface pizza =20 dollars 50 wings = 50 dollars. Watching the Steelers crush the Patriots = priceless! read more

The worst way to experience a restaurant for the first time. Friends having lunch there ask if they can bring you something back. This a cool place with an interesting atmosphere, the walls are lined with some of America's most infamous organized crime figures: Al Capone, Lucky Lucciano, John Gotti, et. al. The food itself is also pretty good, burgers are a great, the wings are even better. But that's where the good ends. This place is horribly run!! To call it a rudderless ship would be too kind. There's no one that works at this place that appears to know what the hell they're doing. I had take out when I was there recently and I might still be there if I had not asked someone about where to order. The staff was also arguing with themselves, the guy who took my order who looked like the manager based on his dress, seemed to knoiw less than the actual wait staff. When I went back to get my food, no one was at the cash register, the "manager" was nowhere to be found, and I had to ask for my food from someone who was waiting tables. If you decide to go here, you'll like the food and the atmosphere, but be prepared to enter a world of absolute chaos!! read more

Melody is a great server despite it being busy she kept up with us at all times! The food was great and came out super quick!

Shockingly bad/egregious service! Newcomers seated before others waiting for much longer (keep in mind, it was not busy!). Horrible demeanor and no manners from the hostess when asked of such. Upon ordering drinks, we waited 20 minutes for DRINKS to arrive. This establishment WAS fine. Now, it requires major, and possible NEW management. read more

Best wings ive ever had. Quality of food is A+ and service is excellent as well. Have literally had everyhting on the menu and to be honest everything there is GOOD! If you have never been you must get the pizza and wings and fried twinky. Only side of caution i have is that since this place is sooooo freaking good, there is usualy a long line during the evenings and on weekends. Lunch there is always reasonable wait during the week. I am so disappointed in the staff service here at Alondras. My family and i decided to have lunch here today, and for the most part, the food was good. After we were done eating, we had some pizza, wings, and Cheeseballs left over, so we asked for some boxes to pack up our food. As we left and got to our car, i noticed i had left one of the boxes at the restaurant. It was maybe only about 3 min before i realized i forgot the food and went back to get it. Unfortunately, they had already cleared the table when i got back. I asked the server about the box, and she said she just took it to the front. When i asked the girl in the front, she said that she had just thrown it into the trash. Mind you, this was half a pizza and 8 wings. When you look at what they charge, it adds up to about 25 dollars in the trash. Then the server says it in the trash on top if i still wanted it. Not that they can refund me what they git rid of or let me make it up to you, but its in the trash if you want it.. read more

I love this place but their wings aren't hot (spicy) at all, an infant child could handle the X-hot wings no problem. Make those wings spicy! I get stuck watching "Hot Ones" on YouTube wanting spicy wings so I ordered X-hot wings and boy was I disappointed. #makewingsspicyagain read more

This has been such an amazing experience! To start, the place is clean and comfortable and service was so nice! We got the cheese balls for the appetizers and man, these were AMAZING! It was as if a garlic knot had a baby with a little cheese. The pizza was also fantastic, the dough amazing and crunchy and soft. The wings are also perfectly crunchy with great sauce! I recommend the Alondra gold sauce. Finally, they even have BEIGNETS! Too full to try today, but I will be back. Totally coming back, can't wait to eat here again!! read more

2nd visit here. Last time was last year. I like to park towards the back alley, easier to drive out of there. Came here on a Sunday right when they opened. This probably helped with the speed of our food. Our group of 4 ordered the 50 piece wings with 3 different flavors. Started off with the rat pack nachos topped with pork. Those were so good, I could've eaten an entire plate myself. Wings were delicious. This place location has never failed to disappoint so far. Only wished our waitress checked up on us more (we were seated right there by the front) as I needed more napkins and water refills. Super friendly and upbeat though. I will return here sometime in the future. Oh yeah, and the restroom has audio from the TV so you can still listen to the game. read more

I've noticed lots of bad reviews here about the service. I call bullshit, because everyone is going to be in a foul mood after waiting such a long time to be seated. And believe me, on the weekends, you WILL wait a long time. That aside, I think the service is good, but the food is even better. The sandwiches are anywhere between good and ok, but their specialty is obviously wings. Their pizzas are amazing too. All you need are lime chile wings with a Gotti pizza and an order of cheeseballs and you're all set. read more

We have been coming here for years. Always had a great experience. Yesterday was the exception. We ordered a 8 slice pizza a order of 12 piece wings and 1 beer. The food tasted " commercialized" The pizza had no flavor at all. It was a Hawaiian with jalapenos & It was completely flavorless and soggy. What was good and is the reason for the 3 stars ( 1 star each) was the Cajun wings, the Hot wings and their ranch. Our order totaled to 50 bucks. Way too expensive for the amount and quality of food we got. I noticed that their name had changed to Alondra's American Eatery. Their menu also changed, maybe under new management. But we don't know if we will be back. Maybe. CS; read more

I'm giving them a full five stars because of their reliability, quick & consistent service, prices, and taste/quality of ingredients. We've been coming to Alondra's for years now since its convenient for our lunch breaks and its always a great experience. Today Fernando was our server. Super friendly and made sure everything was just right with our orders. Our favorite is the Godfather Pizza and the Wings with the Arlene sauce. Highly recommend this place to everyone. the food was beyond bom! i literally can not wait to come back! the service was dope! the owner even talked to us for a min!

Ordered 30 minutes ago and been sitting here 15 minutes for a simple order. The 2 girls behind the counter seem lost, have NO customer handling skills at all. They are handling food and touching money and wearing NO gloves. They had such long nails that they couldn't even operate the POS screen. The one cook in the back wasn't wearing a mask at all. The manager was also hiding in the back, guessing to avoid angry customers. There were only 2 tables occupied in the restaurant so they servers weren't slammed. They were a hot mess today, won't be visiting this place again anytime soon. read more

The food is great, this is actually my favorite place to eat. The cheese balls are a must if you go, the Southwest Chicken salad is too. WIngs, wings wings! I always get the BBQ and half Hot, the hot are hot enough any more than that is a challenge (BTW they only have traditional wings, not boneless). The dry sauces, in my opinion are not all that. The pizza, OMG, the pizza! it is so good, they infuse it with like oregano indefinitely... this is really good pizza, and I've had many. The strawberry lemonade is good here. The one thing I don't like is that it is quite small in there so wait times are long, especially when there are games on TV. Prepare to wait over an hour if this is the case, otherwise go before 5pm and you should be okay. The service has improved, they usually check on you to make sure you're doing alright. As far as price it is mid range not too expensive but not that cheap either. For two, probably about $25 to $30 average I would say. I have some pictures of their food on my instagram if that would be helpful... @villaahaus_ read more

The hot wings are definitely one of the best. However, I prefer the lemon pepper wings from Wings Stop more (must be all the butter wing stop uses). I'll need to try the lime chili wings when I go back. Pizza was great. Pastrami on pizza? Genius. Fried twinkie was okay, but it'd be better if the twinkie was battered then fried. Good deal at $1.50 though. Cool decor and very friendly wait staff. Highly recommended. read more
