My son and I are planning to take a road trip to "Hearst Castle". With that being said, knowing…read morethat it's a long 5 and a half hour trip from Studio City to the Castle, we had to be smart about it and go with a rental. We walked into the lot today around 11am, and as we were looking around for few cars, 3 stood out. Prius, a Ford, and couple of SUVs. As we were in the process of looking, 2 employees approached us and wanted to know how can they be some assistance to us? At the moment we said, we need like 7 to 10 more minutes. They said, we will be right here, when you are ready. No rush at all. Which we both loved! After scoping out the place, we approached one of the employees and wanted to see the Prius. The car itself looked very nice and clean. From inside and outside. We moved to the next car and got the same feeling. Unfortunately, prices were a tad expensive. Lot was a decent standard size. Could fit about at least 20-25 cars..easy. The employees were not pushy nor were they forceful to rent us a car. The waiting area looked nice and very clean and so did the lot. We told them we will think a bit more, and will definitely come back to this location. I hope my 5 star review will make a BIG difference next to all the other 1 star negative, bad reviews! Enterprise, YOU ROCK!!! Thank you employees at Enterprise, and management, for your help, dedication and loyalty for all those years...we have rented a car from them twice in the past. They never disappoint.

Vem Exotic Rentals completely exceeded my expectations in every way imaginable. From the very first…read moreinteraction, it was clear that I was dealing with a professional and passionate team that truly cares about providing a top-tier luxury car rental experience. I was looking for something stylish, powerful, and head-turning for a special occasion, and they delivered beyond anything I hoped for. The process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free from start to finish. Booking the car was extremely easy -- their staff was quick to respond, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure I was 100% comfortable before finalizing anything. They walked me through the terms in a respectful, professional manner and didn't try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. Everything was explained upfront -- the cost, deposit, mileage, insurance -- no hidden fees, no last-minute surprises. When I arrived to pick up the car, it was spotless and fully detailed, ready to go. I rented the white BMW M440i and let me just say: the car was an absolute dream. Sleek design, powerful engine, top-of-the-line handling, and just the right blend of luxury and performance. Everywhere I went, people turned their heads and asked me about it. The photos I'm including here speak for themselves. But what really sets Vem Exotic Rentals apart is their service. The people running this business genuinely care about their clients. They checked in with me shortly after I drove off to make sure everything was running smoothly. During the rental, they were responsive and available for any questions. And when it came time to return the car, the process was just as seamless as the pickup -- no long waits, no unnecessary inspections, just a clean and honest wrap-up. I've rented exotic cars from other places before, but I've never felt this well taken care of. Vem didn't just give me a car -- they gave me a full experience: confidence, class, and excitement in one package. This is a business that actually delivers what it promises, and it deserves to be recognized. If you're considering renting a luxury or exotic car in the Los Angeles area -- don't even think twice. Go with Vem Exotic Rentals. You'll get stunning cars, fair pricing, and five-star service that makes you feel like royalty. I'll definitely be returning, and I've already recommended them to several friends. Thank you for an unforgettable ride

I am now learning why--it's a complete sham. I reserved a vehicle and paid the extra fee in order to make sure it was the EXACT make and model as advertised. I got there and was initially pleased as it was the exact model. The reservation was for one month. SIX DAYS IN, I have received instructions that I now need to exchange the car as it's "at the end of its lifespan for the company". I am enraged and confused. And customer service was useless, basically telling me this Studio City branch was at fault for not telling me that the car was only available for 6 days? The buck just keeps getting passed. And to add insult to injury, I am now being told they may not even be able to guarantee me the same make and model. This is not at all acceptable and I sadly think this will escalate before it gets resolved. Stay tuned but also stay away, far away from this place.
