Vem Exotic Rentals completely exceeded my expectations in every way imaginable. From the very first interaction, it was clear that I was dealing with a professional and passionate team that truly cares about providing a top-tier luxury car rental experience. I was looking for something stylish, powerful, and head-turning for a special occasion, and they delivered beyond anything I hoped for. The process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free from start to finish. Booking the car was extremely easy -- their staff was quick to respond, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure I was 100% comfortable before finalizing anything. They walked me through the terms in a respectful, professional manner and didn't try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. Everything was explained upfront -- the cost, deposit, mileage, insurance -- no hidden fees, no last-minute surprises. When I arrived to pick up the car, it was spotless and fully detailed, ready to go. I rented the white BMW M440i and let me just say: the car was an absolute dream. Sleek design, powerful engine, top-of-the-line handling, and just the right blend of luxury and performance. Everywhere I went, people turned their heads and asked me about it. The photos I'm including here speak for themselves. But what really sets Vem Exotic Rentals apart is their service. The people running this business genuinely care about their clients. They checked in with me shortly after I drove off to make sure everything was running smoothly. During the rental, they were responsive and available for any questions. And when it came time to return the car, the process was just as seamless as the pickup -- no long waits, no unnecessary inspections, just a clean and honest wrap-up. I've rented exotic cars from other places before, but I've never felt this well taken care of. Vem didn't just give me a car -- they gave me a full experience: confidence, class, and excitement in one package. This is a business that actually delivers what it promises, and it deserves to be recognized. If you're considering renting a luxury or exotic car in the Los Angeles area -- don't even think twice. Go with Vem Exotic Rentals. You'll get stunning cars, fair pricing, and five-star service that makes you feel like royalty. I'll definitely be returning, and I've already recommended them to several friends. Thank you for an unforgettable ride read more

I had to get it out of my system for at least once in my lifetime. Don't think I will ever own one of these babies, unless I win the lottery, or sell my house. It's even expensive to rent these bad boys too, depending how long you want to rent them. Took me and my girl out for a spin joyriding around the city. I wanted to rent one near home out by Newport Beach, but they were closed. So we came here and enjoyed a few hours of renting the car. Gassed her up , and went for a spin. read more

Honestly one of the best experiences I've had for customer service; as a girl I've always had a male figure accompany me whenever dealing with automotive matters, however this time I didn't and I was nervous about what might ensue however the blonde haired girl there was great I can't recall her name I think it was Alley or Ashley anywho she was great! Really put me at ease and sold me on the Lamborghini for which I got a lot of compliments! It was sleek and chic and best of all was the rush of adrenaline when I stepped on the gas! What I loved the most was how the valet guys at the hotel wouldn't stop taking pictures with it! They even nicknamed it Kermit! Will definitely return! read more

The BEST luxury car rental company in L.A. hands down. I booked my reservation super last minute and this company was nothing but helpful, professional & respectful, and got me exactly what I needed when I needed it. We used the rental for a music video shoot and the client could not be happier with the services. Pickup and drop off couldn't have gone smoother, especially with the driver being extremely flexible and understanding of what we were doing. The entire trip was as comfortable as can be. As someone who grew up with a parent in the transportation business, I must say, this company definitely exceeded my expectations and I look forward to booking more with them! read more
