You can find 800 Degrees in the east end of the strip mall behind the Starbucks/across Lima from Walmart. It's a large and open restaurant with a small bar area. There is a smaller patio for your outside dining option. They have a similar menu and pricing compared to other places like them. We find their salads to be very tasty and consistent. The team here is always friendly and hustled to serve you. The free warm/soft chocolate chip cookies found at the bar are a nice parting gift. In this occasion we ordered a 12 inch Supremo pizza for $17.85. The flour tasting crust is soft on the inside with crispy wood fired texture on the edges. The bottom is firmer without being crunchy. The toppings are fresh. The mushrooms, green peppers and onions have a slight crunch. The pepperoni and sausage have nice meat flavors and a hit of spiciness. Not much cheese. The tomato sauce definitely has a bolder tomato taste. Though the sauce is not applied very thick or plentiful. Cold Pizza Test - the crust got a little more firm and chewy, but not overbearingly. The meats began to step forward with time to marinate - very nice. The vegetables lost some of their crisp and weren't as tasty. Overall not bad.

The pizzas are literally half the size of their standard Neopolitan pizzas along with a $4.00 up-charge for GF, totaling $51 for carry-out (just two tiny skimpily topped pizzas, nothing else)... This is a joke right? While the pizzas were good (not as good as their Neopolitan), $51 is laughable and frankly insulting. Wow, this is some "bold" customer price gouging and should piss-off anyone that orders their GF pizza... Albeit I wouldn't expect anything less coming from the guy that treats his customers like ill repute. Needless to say, we are officially done with 800 Degrees... From bad customer treatment to getting bent by over like a cheap Vegas hooker via price gouging, 800 Degrees and its pompous owner can get bent. This is such a travesty because 800 Degrees is an outstanding pizzeria, but there are other solid pizzerias in Fort Wayne that deserve our business because they don't do either of the above. Unfortunately, the food was a letdown, big time. The sausage rolls were kind of burnt on top, and the inside was not hot. The carnivore medium pizza was dry and overcooked, and when you grabbed a piece, all of the toppings fell off. The small Thai chicken pizza was overcooked, dry, and hard to eat. It was like eating cardboard. We tried to eat but threw most of our food away in the trash. I really want to go back and try others, but I don't know if I will, unfortunately.

I really liked their red sauce and they load the pizzas up with toppings. Our bill was $60 for two pies (we brought home one of them because those suckers are yuuuuge), a house salad, and two local crafties... That's a win in today's restaurant price gouging world. Head north on 327...about 15 minutes north of Dupont Road. They are located in a strip mall, just as you get into town, on the west side of the road. There is plenty of easy-access parking. The restaurant is smaller as it holds about 50 people. It can be busy. There are ample tables for 4 people and some for parties of 8-10 people. The menu is fairly small with only 8 specialty pizzas. Only two items on the appetizer menu - the beer cheese is a MUST try. The pizzas seem pretty reasonable priced for a 12 inch stone fired pizza - $13.45. Coterie has self serve beverage service. You can choose from one of five local beers - and pay by the ounce. Or you can fill up your cup at the soda/tea center. The team here is very friendly and helpful. They all work hard to make sure you have a good customer experience - which we did! Plenty of kitchen help to keep the food rolling..especially at peak diner time! Here is a run down on the items we ordered: -Caprese salad: smaller dish for $5.99. All cherry tomatoes and basil were very fresh and cool to taste.
