My family and I are fans of Aviator Nation clothing, and we have visited three of their stores to purchase their merchandise. This store is located in a very trendy area of San Francisco and is very colorful, fun, well-organized, and fully stocked. The male employee who assisted us was EXTREMELY friendly, helpful, and happy. Thank you for the GREAT customer service, and so sorry that we did not get your name :( Though my wife was unable to find and purchase a green hoodie because it was sold out, she did purchase a tan hoodie and walked out of the store happy and satisfied. Aviator Nation is always the coolest, most colorful store. But wow was this store packed! Every color, every style available. SO neat and organized. And, the back of the store? So fun and picturesque. Their sweats, hoodies, etc. are definitely an investment but are always so comfortable, durable and worth the splurge. While I did not interact with any one while in the store, the store was quiet and clean. So aesthetically pleasing!! read more

Wow! An entire store of all aviator nation sweats with pants, hoodies, and shorts. So many styles and color options. Definitely need to try on, as the styles are not always consistent in sizing. This particular store in San Fran has its own logo on an array of cute items. Great friendly staff. High pricing but worth it for the amazing buttery feel with all the fabrics. read more

While I've spent more than I want to know on my 13 year old's wardrobe at Aviator Nation, this is the first time I've been in one of their stores. We were headed home from a fun ski trip in Sun Valley when we got bumped and ended up spending a night in SF. My daughter and her friend (as usual) requested some shopping for our night in SF and I suggested they find a store that we don't have in Chicago. Aviator Nation was on the top of our list! After a delicious sushi dinner at Rocket Sushi less than 1/2 a mile away we walked on over. The decor of the store is so well done and allows for many photo opportunities. The girls posed for some photos and then started shopping. It was our *lucky* day because the entire store was 20% off. Still crazy expensive by teen standards, but a little better to swallow. The sales associates were very helpful and the girls sent them downstairs a few times to find other sizes. My daughter was bummed that they didn't have a hot pink sweatshirt she wanted in her size, but they called over to the other SF location and I was able to get it shipped to us. And she walked out with another SF AN branded sweatshirt, SF AN branded tee and a matching AN bracelet to her friend. She also walked out with the smile as bright as the rainbow on all of their clothing, which made the shopping trip well worth it! read more

Super excited to visit my first AV store. Great location, great retro vibe and fantastic service from both people working. We arrived right at 10am and got greeted by both employees. The selection was good, they offer a lot online. Definitely the time to buy!! Up to 50% for Memorial Day. The clothing is expensive, but quality and that fun nostalgic feeling from the late 70's and early 80's. I highly recommend the clothes, the store and the fantastic people working there. read more

Super cute, cool, colorful store on Hayes St. Loved the decor. Lots of t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, hats & pants to choose from. Highly recommend for kids, teens & adults. No one could be bothered to look at me or even say hi...I walked about a foot away from a blonde girl folding shirts and nothing...not even eye contact or a friendly hello. Fuck this place. I had no idea what I was looking for, but fortunately Ian and Stephanie were incredibly friendly and worked with me to pick out a great jacket and sweats. They were super helpful and asked me questions about what she liked until we found the perfect pair. When we needed different sizes, colors, etc, they were always available. While I have yet to have the pleasure of actually going into the store (secondary to COVID), I did call the store twice in the last two days inquiring about inventory availability. Now, I realize that handmade leisure wear and a trucker hat are not exactly emergent purchases, but the staff at this store were a tremendous help. Yesterday, I called regarding a particular hat which I wanted and was not available online. Stella helped out immensely, calling around to different vendors and coordinating with me throughout the day to get the product from one store to my home. Earlier today after looking at their awesome sweatshirts and sweatpants only, Jessica helped find both and have them shipped to my home. In fact, I was actually going to order a different pair of sweatpants which would coordinate and Jessica suggested the matching pants for the sweatshirt of interest. After some calling around, again, the items were found and will be shipped with ease. This was a great experience and exceptional customer service. I will DEFINITELY be purchasing more inventory in the future (after seeing how I like these items) and can't wait to visit the store in person. read more

Let's talk unicorns and rainbows! Tucked away on Hayes Street in San Francisco is the BEST store EVER! Aviator Nation. Of coarse the clothing is AMAZING. Made here in the United States, it fun and fashionable. The brand is Founded by a women. I must say, another plus for me. This location it is ran by Jessica and her over the top staff. I've had the pleasure of working with her team over the phone several times. Talk about helpful. Wow!! Every time I've called it was as if I had my own personal shopper. The staff are definitely wearing gloves, and maintaining social distance, the store seems clean and I feel comfortable going inside. The clothes are adorable. I just wanted to give a shout out to the new store manager Jessica, I found her to be very helpful, and went the extra mile while assisting me in figuring out the different sizing of different garments. Went to the store early in the morning and was trying to get the hole repaired in my sweatpants. I was helped I guess you could say by an employee named Paige who was so incredibly rude and wasn't helpful. I had just bought the sweats 3 weeks before and after washing once they had a hole so I tried to see if I could get them repaired or replaced. She said I couldn't do either and she offered me 20% off. I ended up contacting costumer support online and they gave me a full refund so the 20% was not a great gesture. She wasn't understanding and not helpful at all in trying to help me solve my problem. I felt as though I was being attacked for having a hole in my sweats when I was just tying to find a solution. There was another girl who seemed to be getting trained and she was super nice but the other lady wow. I had one more encounter with this Paige employee on the phone and she started screaming at me. Not a way to speak to a costumer.... But overall aviator nation had great costumer service online so I would recommend not going into the store and dealing w rude Paige when you can just get great support online. read more

A great friend surprised me with a hat and loved it! I never heard of the brand and wanted to find out more; therefore I went online. I didn't realize there were two stores in SF. I called the Hayes store and had a welcoming conversation with Sophie and inquired about sizing on sweatpants. She suggested to come into the store. My girlfriend and I came from the Peninsula to the Hayes store for the first time on a Saturday. Our experience from when we entered and left was beyond exceptional, but it didn't end there. I realized when I got home the sweatpants were the wrong size. I called on Mon., 3/15 and Jessica the Manager answered the phone. She was quick to fixing the problem. She would send the correct size with a return label together. The staff is wonderful, kind, helpful, and full of patience. I want to send Kudos out to Jessica and Sophie.
