Jesse does excellent work ... clean, thorough, professional. Very knowledgeable. He set-up our entire house including home theater, outside speakers and TVs in every room. He worked with our cable provider, even made a trip to their facility to switch out a box that wasn't working properly. You won't be disappointed with their work and service! read more

Jessie was really great in communication and scheduling. His team was professional and experts on what they do. They installed me a Directv dish, mounted 3 TVs, and terminated all my data CAT6 cables for a whole house wired network. They also installed a complete Ring security system. We had no major problems whatsoever and would gladly recommend them to anyone! They were really great! read more

Jesse and his brother did a great job mounting up my television in our apartment . He definitely knows what he's doing. He provided such friendly service and was on time. He called beforehand to confirm our appointment and before he left connected our television to the WiFi. To avoid wall damage, since I rent, he hid the cables nicely. It looks so good and I am so happy. Overall, I highly recommend and will be a returning customer. Top notch company and the customer service is five star quality. read more

Jesse from AVI came out and gave a comprehensive quote for a RING security system and to add a Netgear Nighthawk WiFi mesh extender. Communication was clear and prompt, scheduling to meet our needs and installation was neat and clean. Not unexpectedly, a few things needed to be adjusted after installation but Jesse came out quickly to make sure everything was working properly. Highly recommend! read more

I had AVI tech install a new Sony tv and ATMOS sound system. Jesse and his team were fantastic. They are extremely knowledgeable and gave me a lot of input on speaker and equipment placement. I could tell that the business is well run by the attitude and energy of the employees. I can't say enough about how pleased I was by the experience read more

No job is to difficult for AVI TECH!!!! We have just moved into a new home and have selected Jessie and his brother Sid of AVI TECH to install and mount 3 televisions today in our home. The installation was extremely difficult because they had to mount the televisions on brick walls. In order to do so, they also had to create and install electricity, drill through brick walls and mount the large screen televisions. Their work was impeccable and the mountings were perfect. These gentlemen worked extremely hard and were very diligent. They even cleaned up all the debris caused by the drilling. Jessie and his team were very professional and accommodating. We highly recommend there services for anyone who wants real professional craftsmanship. read more

Trust me when I say this....AVI TECH earned this 5-STAR RATING. I don't normally give out high ratings, but rest assure the AVI TECH Team is by far one of the best audio-visual tech installers I have ever worked with for my home entertainment systems. I highly recommend that you stop searching and give Jesse and Sid Sanchez a call to take care of your installation. My situation, the AVI TECH Team installed my 65 inch TV with a rotating bracket and a Visio sound bar and Yamaha woofer. We were experiencing problems with the sound fading out. Every time I called Jesse, he immediately answered the phone and I explained the problem and he responded the same day to see what is causing the problem. We finally traced problem to a bad Visio sound bar and he also changed the HDMI and Optical cables to be sure the signal was pure. Jesse Sanchez and the AVI TECH Team never relented and solve the problem. That's who you want to do your installation, an installer that stands by his work to provide the highest client satisfaction possible. read more

Jesse is AMAZING!!! I contacted him today and he was at my house this afternoon. He tolerated my two little dogs jumping all over him and got to work right away. We hired The Geek Squad several months ago to install and configure our home network and home theater system which has never worked properly. He immediately diagnosed the situation with our WiFi (we had a problem with our modem / router from Spectrum), and he took our equipment over to the Time Warner store and swapped it out (YES - he handled it himself). Jesse came back and set everything up properly while visiting with my family the entire time. He is coming back to install a surround sound speaker system and universal remote (we have 6 different remotes) and didn't over-sell us on equipment we didn't need. Jesse is responsive, knowledgeable (he told us about ongoing classes he takes), service-oriented, and charges a fair price. He also partners with his brother for IT solutions. I am so impressed with Jesse and I hope to refer him more business. Thank you!!! read more

I moved to town four years ago and had a highly recommended professional AV company install my system including Spectrum Internet, DirectTV, a universal remote, Roku, Netflix, stereo and security cameras, all wired through a media closet. We have had ongoing problems for the entire time. DirectTV features would stop working, the TV would lose internet connectivity, the remote would periodically stop, etc, etc..... Recently, I spent dozens of hours with visits from DTV, Spectrum and my professional guy, all to no avail. No one was able to fix the services, and each essentially blamed the others. I went on Yelp to find a new AV professional. I noticed that Jesse had worked for DirectTV, and I hoped that this might give him insights toward diagnosing and fixing the problems. Jesse came out for two hours and was sure the main problem was the remote. He picked up a Logitech remote and ordered a new (free) DTV box to be safe. He came back with his brother, installed the new equipment and cleaned up the media closet wiring and connections. SINCE THAT TIME, OVER A WEEK AGO, EVERYTHING HAS WORKED PERFECTLY FOR THE FIRST TIME IN FOUR YEARS!! Throughout the process, he was polite, determined, and knowledgable. He only charged for the install appointment and his rates are very reasonable. I can't recommend Jesse and AVI highly enough! If you are frustrated by endless service problems and vendors pointing fingers at each other without fixing the problem, call Jesse immediately!!! read more

Jesse and Sid were very professional and did a wonderful job. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars was the estimate procedure. Jesse quoted me $350 for the job and charged me $450. The job done was so great that I didn't mention the original quote. Their work is definitely 5 stars read more
