She was professional, easy-going and not shaken by my call back a few days later when I asked for an increased appointment time because my TV was delivered much earlier than originally scheduled. Charlene was able to get Sid and Matias out in a couple of days. Both Sid and Matias knew just how to install the wall mount unit and gave my wife and I suggestions on best placement of the TV that were perfect for both of us.
