And it is the quietest apartment I have ever lived in- I am on the 3rd floor, so I realize that makes a difference... but never, ever hear my neighbors- except in the hallway sometimes. Has a fireplace- which I have never seen in an apartment. The staff is friendly, but sometimes makes it seem like you are a bother to them. A lot of the services are extra fees and the amenities are hard to use because of their hours open, etc. The rent increase is getting ridiculous. Not sure how much longer I will be able to afford to live here at the rate of increase. Lots of crime entering this area. Do wish background checks and security deposits were a little more strict. But other than that- moving in was a breeze. Low security deposit, pets welcome, low pet deposit, etc. The grounds are lovely, parking is spacious. There are a lot of other cool amenities like garages and storage units to rent. Pool is kept clean and lifeguards are nice. Packages are welcome to the office for safety, if needed. Maintenance is lightning fast. They do a lot of maintenance I havent seen before in other complexes- like annual carpet cleaning, fireplace cleaning, vents and more. Kid-friendly areas available. Good office hours and very easy to work with.

PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE!!! I have never had to deal with such lying scheming people in my life. I…read morelived on the bottom floor and we had a MOLD PROBLEM AND SPIDER INFESTATION. I was never taken out of my apartment because they didn't think that my problem was that bad. So I called the Health Department and the leasing office lied saying there wasnt a problem with my apartment and sent in fake invoices to dismiss my case. My apartment building was supposed to be condemned but I moved out because my health was starting to decline and I wasn't paying another penny to these liars. They never mentioned to me that my apartment affected my neighbors as well and that their entire floor was soaked. My water heater went up and had mold all over it and they still weren't fixing the problem. They keep calling me and and emailing me asking if I was going to pay them and told me that I could stay in the inhabitable apartment. I HAVE EMAILS TO CORROBORATE WITH EVERYTHING!! Not to mention having the leasing manager yelling at me saying they weren't going to fix anything and to call my renters insurance. I did as they said and gave my renters insurance the information. I just received a call from my renters insurance saying that I was apparently lying about my situation and that once again nothing I was stuck in my apartment and getting more sick. I HAD BUGS COMING FROM THE WALLS INTO MY APARTMEN. My renters insurance said that the leasing office had NO RECOLLECTION of my heater problem but I have pictures of water heater equipment left at my house and obviously because they had to go fix my neighbors apartment they were fully aware. They kept emailing me asking if I was still in the apartment and if I had came back yet. They were going in and out of my apartment for days without letting me know and this was after they closed my mold ticket saying they completed the job. I lost everything I owned because it was covered in mold. They just sued my for breaking my lease for 11,000. I have so many voice and video recordings of this. It's so sad how they do there tenants. It's all about money. My rent was 1250 but somehow it was always around 1450 a month. I hired a mold inspector while I was living there and I had a spore count of over 78,000m. I had to go to the hospital and was diagnosed with BRONCHITIS. They never hired real contractors just the maintenance men to take out drywall. I have a voice recording of us all talking when they came to my apartment for their initial walkthrough to inspect the damage and Laquisha or whatever her name is admitted that it wasn't safe to live here and that it was neglect on behalf of the property and that they were supposed to have roofers and mold people come out the following business day. All lies all lies. Matt or Mark the head maintenance man was there as well and knew about the problem which I have on record as well. Y'all played a game that is to only benefit the owner. I couldn't believe that not one of the leasing agents had any empathy or morals to actually try to fix my problem. I would call them and they'd hang up and send me and emails. They didn't even want to talk to me. They had the nerve to say that all I would be refunded was $47 for one day of maintenance. If you think that me losing my place, losing everything I owed, being sued 11,000, medical bills, pain and suffering, depression, and relocation is worth $47 then you must really have no soul and I hope God has more mercy for than the judge.

BEWARE DO NOT APPLY. The leasing agents are unprofessional and rude and they do not allow you to…read morespeak with corporate and when you call corporate you are also given the runaround this it what happened to my boyfriend and I. My boyfriend and I went to look at the property after being told that there was a 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom available on February 19th for $1260. We spoke with Sharon, liked the unit and sent the applications to our email. We were told to fill out two separate applications and we did just that on Friday, Jan. 15 we were going to fill  them out on Thursday but the website was having some issues. Later on Friday Sharon called my boyfriend to tell him that he was approved and the security deposit was one month's rent and congratulated him on being approved with 'Tamira.' He let Sharon know that he was not moving with someone named Tamira; he was moving with me (my name is not Tamira).  She then proceeded to say she had to call corporate and she would call him back. She did not call him back, My boyfriend went to the office to pay the $200 deposit Sharon said she couldn't take because he had cash and he needed to go get a money order.  I called to see if I could pay with my card and to see if the issue had been resolved, she said we could not pay because we did not have the apartment yet because she made a "clinical error" and was waiting on her manager and corporate to instruct her on what to do because this was "the first time something like happened" and that "she is human."  Not once did she apologize for the mistake.  I then proceeded to try to get in contact with the property manager and the residential manager which I was told was someone named Bernard then I was told Dianne and now Judy. I called on Saturday, Jan. 16 and talked to Cher and told her the situation and to not run my application.  On Tuesday Jan. 19th a woman called by the name of Angela and said she understood that my fiancé and I were applying to an apartment that was not available. I said no that was not the case and then explained to her what happened. She said ok she would put my boyfriend and I on the application together and then call me back, this was around 11:15 a.m. I said ok please apply us to the correct apartment, the 2bedroom 1.5 bath for $1260, not whatever apartment 'Tamira' was applying to; she said ok.  I called back twice and my boyfriend called back and we were told by Cher that Angela was out of the office and would call back when she got in. She did not call me back. I called back a little after 3:00 p.m. and was told Angela left for the day. I asked that Cher check to see if my application was run and she said it was not and I told her do not run my application before Angela calls me and talks to me. She told me ok and that she would pass the information along. I have this conversation on recording.  Today Jan. 20 Sharon called and said they ran my application and I was approved and she wanted to go over the availability. I told her that I was not happy about that because I asked twice to not have my application run before they called me to sort everything out. She brushed it off and proceeded to tell me what was available. She said the property had a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath for $1405. I told her this was not ok and that she would need to speak with my boyfriend to see if he wanted to proceed and to take my name off the application all together. When he called her, he asked why we needed to pay more for an apartment when it was not our error that caused the apartment to be gone, she said her coworker leased it before we submitted our applications and beat us to the deposit.  Of course this upset me because if that was the case then why not tell us that the apartment is not available before we applied. I do not appreciate how this was handled and I do not appreciate being given the runaround and being lied to.

Door still needs replaced. Have some kind of storage room next door. Painter said something about it being his stuff. Dissed by management. So far not what I expected. Right now making Door has a gap in it letting in bugs and cold air. Told we are investigating it. My back screen would not open. Who ever answered the phone did not say her name and told me that it was not an emergency. Been a week, no one came. Good thing the fire department came and assisted me. People masquerade as friendly. One matenence person commented on me having my heat set where it was. I woke up and the place was cold I had it set to warm the place. I don't think it was his business to comment. Nothing is wrong according to them. A gap in the door wide enough to see out of certainly cannot be contributing to the cold draft. Been here a short time and already feel this was a mistake. Let's see just how much more documentation is needed to get things done here outside meters are wide open and exposed the utility room door is broken and will not stay shut. I watched a squirrel go into it and come out the other day. Maybe if they chew a wire and start a fire something can be done. Hopefully no one will get hurt messing with the meters. Let's see what kind of retribution I get. Maybe another reply saying we care..... we want our tenants to be safe and happy I thought maybe here was some improvement here.....smh. Maryland allows this? Management will spray for bugs over and over again yet not repair holes or entry ways like gaps in doors or holes in walls. You pay rent and get nothing not even a little courtesy.

I asked for a refund and I was told that the price would have been depreciated from my security deposit and probably an extra charge if I didn't pay to get it professionally cleaned. I was never informed of this before I moved here. Also, you'll get two water/sewage bills after you move out as well. This has been the most stressful move out process ever. Regarding my stay here as a resident... Maintenance can be slow sometimes but they always show up eventually and they always do a great job. My biggest issue here are the crazy squirrels. I've had squirrels break into my apartment twice and one actually ripped open my screen protector on my window and I recorded it on my phone. In my building we had a flood from a pipe burst, so I would not recommend living on the bottom floor, but the top floor usually have squirrels running around the attic, so I'd recommend living in the middle. The neighborhood is relatively safe now since the shooting twice in 2020, but it was the same location until the target was taken care of. I had a very drug dealer in my building but the neighbors kept complaining about all of his parties. My Amazon packages kept getting stolen by his clients because they left the packages in front of the mailboxes in the hallway. Management couldn't do anything about it, so that was frustrating. Lastly, when you move out, you have to pay a professional to clean your carpet out they will take it out of your security deposit. That I highly disagree with, no matter how long you've lived here. Mine was $207 for an 690 sq ft 1 bedroom and I was very annoyed about that while trying to move it. The staff is friendly and of course that's how they are going to sell this place to you, however, again I would not recommend living here they can and will change up policies to get more money out of you.
