We had Lewis MacLean Plumbing come out to fix a clogged kitchen drain. They charged us $505.00 for the hour they were here which we thought was very exorbitant. We paid it. They did NOT fix the problem and the water started backing up into the sink again! When I called, I was told there were no guarantees and it would cost another $505 to have someone come out to have a look at it again! This is very poor customer service. We are out a whopping $505 dollars and the problem has NOT been fixed!! I have registered a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and while writing up my complaint, found several other complaints from people who had had the misfortune of dealing with Lewis MacLean Plumbing too. I intend to post my experience on Facebook within the various communities I belong to such as Murrayville, Brookswood and elsewhere and also will be forwarding a letter to the Editor of our local newspapers!
