My tacos n salsa
Mary T.

Not sure what the hype is. I like that they open late. The tacos were just alright to me. Didn't wow me. I tried to get asada tacos but he told me they ran out, then a lady comes to order asada and she gets it somehow. I thought that was strange... I think I ordered cabeza, Lengua, tripas and don't remember what else. The topping station is self serve. They barely had any more toppings but I think it's cus it was by the end of the night... I do appreciate the fact they had regular diced onions, grilled onions and the onions with the habanero. Three different kinds of onions. The spicy sauce was just OK. And the other sauces I didn't really care for much. The truck is parked in a corner parking lot. The service was alright, I just wasn't feeling the fact he told me no more asada and gave it to the next lady like I didn't hear him...

OMG! I love this taco truck! Can't go wrong with anything on the menu! These guys love what they do and you can taste in their food!

The food was good. They have great service. The set up is nice and clean. They were friendly. Fast service didn't take long.

Quesadilla with chicken

The best tacos, I've had in a long while. A must stop if you're in Fresno!! My brother said "best taco" in California" . The tacos are packed with meat and the salsa bar is excellent!

We ordered nachos, tacos, bacon wrapped hot dog, quesadilla. Very nice taco truck they let u add your extras to your burrito to your liking. Worth the drive and the wait.

Food was good. I was the last customer of the night. I got a torta and 6 tacos for me and my wife. Really flavorful. Great customer service. They did run out of grilled onions but what can you expect at the end of the night. The food was still really good with out them. I would definitely recommend. And I will be back

This is the best taco place, hands down! All of the food Is amazing. When you walk up, you will be warmly greeted with a smile. The service is top notch, and the food is even better. Also, the truck always looks clean inside and out.

This is the best place to get some tacos. I got myself the lengua and cabeza tacos and they are the best. Everything taste fresh and juicy. I like how they have everything organize and that you can add your own toppings. Crew there is the best and friendly. They really care about their customers and price is very fair. Did I tell you they open late.. yes, Friday they close at 1 am and saturdays 2 am well, that is what they said because their flyer says they close at 1 am on saturdays.

This is the truck with some awesome Mexican food!

I was feeling like some Mexican food and found this place online so I decided to go ahead and drive 25 minutes from my house to come check them out. Once I got here they have an extensive menu so I decided to go with a burrito and it definitely did not disappoint. Once you go ahead and order your burrito or food. They go ahead and hand it back to you open so this way, you can put your sides such as salsa, cilantro, onions, and radishes you then hand it back and they wrap it up for you. If you're in Fresno, you definitely wanna check this place out. It will not disappoint.

Their portions are big and very satisfying. We always get the same thing because we love it. Asada tacos, shrimps tacos, quesadillas, and vegan torta. The tacos like I mention before asada meat it's very tender and very tasty, so flavorful. The shrimp tacos come in flour tortilla and they have Mexican rice and cheese. My husband live them. Their asada tacos are with corn tortilla and some beans. Then you add your choice of salsa. I get the torta which they add the refried beans, avocado, and onion and fresh tomato. It is very good. They have Mexican bottled drinks and fountain drinks. Also they have horchata and Jamaica aguas frescas. They salsas are good too. They have red spicy, red mild, green mild and pico de gallo. I don't think I've ever felt betrayed by Yelp reviews...until now…read more During a recent road trip we stopped here to picked up some lunch/dinner because tacos are quick and easy and their Yelp rating is high. Location/services: Upon entering the building I immediately noticed the heat. It was a hot 98 degree day and the restaurant felt like an oven and was maybe 3-5 degree cooler than it was outside. I then quickly noticed this was a very simple operation (almost like a food truck), and not much to the menu, but there were folks sitting and eating and a few others waiting to order, so I assumed the food must be great. We ordered 4 meals (tacos with rice/beans) which was meant to be eaten there but after waiting in line and feeling like we were in a hot box, we decided to make it to go. We sat and waited for our food (about 20 mins), we chatted and observed our surroundings and it became very apparent the restaurant was not maintained with basic cleaning because it was very grimy and just plain dirty. I then used the restroom and it was absolutely disgusting. Our ordered was called and the staff was very nice. The food: As I mentioned, we got 4 orders of tacos (all carne asada) with rice/beans, and we asked for salsa and limes. We got grilled jalapenos, lemons and one sandwhich baggy filled with red salsa. Not a big deal. The meat was fine but the tortillas were inedible. They were tough, flavorless, and greasy. The bean and rice were ok. We ate enough to curb our hunger but none of us finish our food. Upon my best judgement, I had convinced myself that the food was gonna be great because their Yelp rating told me so. I was so wrong! One last note, there was nothing here that resembled a bakery/panaderia. So if you think you could also grab a treat here, you are wrong.

We got 2 of their daily specials, the chorizo bean dip and the bean tostada. We also got a shrimp taco and carnitas quesadilla. Everything was fresh and delicious including the salsas. Today we saw a post for an extra special, 16 ounce pozole verde for $5. I know it's 100°, but couldn't pass trying it. We also got a chile verde burrito. Both were very good and the pozole was an unbelievable deal. And yes, it came with all the fixings for that price. We talked to one of the owners both times. He was very friendly and recognized us immediately when we walked in today. It's a small business I'd recommend giving a try.

The Chips are Casera style so very thick and crunchy. They accompany them with a small bowl of beans which is a nice touch. Their table salsa is mild so I can stomach it. I've tried the pollo ala plancha (grilled chicken plate) fajitas, sopes and Camerones al mojo de ajo ( garlic shrimp). The best for me was the asada sope. The rest were on the bland side. Beans and rice are okay. I think they just need to do better when seasoning and flavoring their dishes.

I ordered the chicken tacos with extra hot sauce. The workers are very kind and welcoming. Happy to give recommendations for drinks. Ordered the Recommended Hibiscus drink. Paid for it at Lisa's Smokehouse station and told to go pick it up in the back corner where Miguel's is located. Headed back there. Greeted by more great workers. She started putting it together. Everything fresh! I also asked if I could have their Hottest hot salsa and she was happy to include it. Appreciated!! Bagged and took it home to enjoy! Lunchtime! It wasn't as nicely set up as the worker did it thanks to it turning over driving home. Put it together on a plate to enjoy! Chicken tacos are WOW, tender and DELICIOUS ! She gave us our correct receipts, but didn't charge the correct cards for each receipt. 4.5/5 service The main eating areas are outdoors and had great ambiance with the festive colors and lighting. Be aware that it gets cold at night and be sure to bring a jacket. The food was just alright. The guacamole was lacking lime (served with lemon juice) and didn't have enough salt. Asked for extra limes and lemons were given. Wish they put some jalapenos as an option. The surf and turf tacos were good, but not great. Some slices of the carne asada was not sliced and had a few big pieces. It was also a bit chewy. The shrimp was large and juicy though, perfectly cooked. The sauce that came with it (orange...maybe chipotle mayo?) was objectively good on its own, but I felt like it didn't combo well with the surf and turf tacos. 3.5/5 Rice and beans were solid. 4/5 My friend ordered a michelada sampler and all four drinks came out tasting the same to me. Maybe one tasted slightly different and lighter, but yeah... I think it would skip it to be honest. Overall, not bad, but not great.
