If you look up the term, "hidden gem" I guarantee there's a picture of Constas Tacos. This taco spot is hidden in an orchard near my house. It's a non-mobile food truck that serves up tortas, tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and burgers as well. My brother and I ordered enough food to feed our family; 24 tacos, 1 burrito, and two massive carne asada quesadillas. Everything was delicious! The street tacos were my fave with the adobada and carnitas tied for my fave. The carne asada burrito was massive and loaded with fresh guac, cheese, and pico. By the way, all of the food was made by one women, Constas?, and she had our entire order cooked and wrapped within about 10-minutes. While we waited for our order I chatted with another couple who is waiting patiently to place their order. They said they've been coming here for over a year and they claim it's the best torta and tacos they've had since they left LA about 15 years ago. That says something! I've driven past their hand painted sign multiple times and I'm glad I finally stopped in! Yes to a walkable and no frills taco shop!

Delicious food!! Great Customer service and a cute patio area to enjoy the summer evenings!

Food was amazing. Was driving by and decided to give it a try and was great. Nice and friendly atmosphere and great price on food. Would recommend if you're hungry for some tacos.

Three carne asada tacos

We had asada, Chile Verde, and carnitas tacos. They were all very tasty and loaded with meat. The owner was very friendly and a great place to sit outside to eat. The red and green salsas were flavorful but not spicy. The address on Yelp is incorrect but it is correct on Google. It is on the south side of Shaw West of Leonard. Parking is on the dirt driveway and cash or Venmo only. I will definitely go back.

A friend recommended we come here for lunch. Its a little bit of a drive for us, but we agreed. Boy…read moreare we glad we did! The waitress was super friendly and helpful. The shop was tidy and clean. The hubs ordered a burrito and I got the chili relleno with beans and rice. They offer complimentary chips and salsa. I'm a wuss about heat and ut was perfrct for me. Our friend is 3/4 lava monseter asked for a hotter salsa and they were happy to do so. This is where I mentioned that I live life with a service doggo. This place gets 4 paws up! No issues, the floor is clean and there is room for my girl under the tables. The food came out after a short wait. Oh, my! The burrito was huge! And looked so good! My plate came out and was also very delicious looking. We dug in and the table got real quiet. The kind of quiet that settles in when people are busy feeding their pie holes with good food. The hubs really enjoyed his burrito and while tge relleno was good, it wasnt my thing. But the beast and rice were lit! Some of the best I've ever had! We have been back and we can add taco salad and tacos to the list of yum. We will be back!!

Meh. I am being generous here with a 3rd star. I think this place means well, but this restaurant…read moreseems to be missing leadership and execution in their dishes. To be fair, my wife and I didn't stray too far off the menu as we were only mildly hungry and wanted to give this place a shot. To start , they offer you a basket of tortilla chips dusted with seasoning and a pretty good red salsa. These chips and salsa were exactly what you can find at Toledo's up the street. I was in the mood for breakfast so I opted for the chorizo and eggs with beans and their homemade corn tortillas. Not great, but edible. The service was spotty as we had to order a side of corn tortillas from 3 different people with no success. I might come back to try more menu items , but from what I experienced on my first visit- it may be a while before I do.

Machaca breakfast burrito for the win!…read more I've been to Miguel's many times and I love literally everything on the menu and could drink their homemade salsas. With all my visits, I have never tried one of their breakfast burritos. I ordered a Machaca breakfast burrito and this baddie was huge. Fully loaded with eggs, cheese, and tons of machaca. Machaca is fried shredded beef mixed with onions and peppers and one of my favorite mexican breakfast dishes. Pair this burrito with their Taco Truck verde salsa or their Sunset Salsa, a medium salsa, and you'll be in beefy heaven. Order via DoorDash for pick up and it was ready at the exact time it was stated!

We went about 6 PM so not sure if going to a different time would've made a difference. The service was pretty good. There was only two people working. The gal that helped us didn't know how to add my points to their point system and had some issues with the register, she was OK. My wife has the chicken tacos I had the asada. We both left Mexican food, and we both feel that we are very fair when it comes to the food value and the taste. As far as the taste, the meat tacos were a little rough and gum like, probably from sitting out too long. The chicken tacos actually fell apart as my wife was eating them, and the chicken was very, very overcooked so again, probably sitting too long inside the burner. They do not have the right ABC license so you can't drink alcohol and eat hair even though you're sitting inside a liquor store. Overall an okay place, there's so many selections of Mexican food in Clovis, this one was so so.
