Solution is to follow your fave trucks or social media to better know if they'll be there. I usually find TaKo BBQ, Taste Kitchen, Meltdown Bistro, Jitters coffee or Dutch Bros, and SnoCafe in warmer months there. Today there was also E's Sol Food and Kinky Cafe (or Kitchen, not sure) was there which seemed specialize in adding hot cheeetos to their burritos and tacos, etc.
