I was immediately greeted by the hostess. I explained that it was my first time and she was kind enough to make some menu recommendations. Since it was early we were promptly seating. We took the stairs to our table upstairs. We were seated near a wall and the bar. I waiter promptly came over to greet us. I wanted to try a few things but the brunch menu was sort of limited. I opted for crispy Mac & cheese bites, french toast, and breakfast croissant sandwich. The mac & cheese bites were crispy but could have used a little more seasoning and a little more cheese filling. The French toast was 2 pieces of toast with maple syrup and fruit. I opted to leave the fruit off with the current health concerns with raw food. It would have been nice to have been offered a substitute but I wasn't so I paid $18 for 2 pieces of French toast. I feel like the French toast would have been a better choice if it was accompanied with choice of, chicken sausage or regular sausage and eggs. That would have made a more complete brunch. The French toast was ok but could have used a little more flavor (ie cinnamon, vanilla, etc). The syrup was a very good grade of maple syrup and tasted so good. I did add 2 eggs for $6. Lastly had the breakfast croissant sandwich with grits. The sandwich was good I did substitute the regular sausage for chicken sausage. The chicken sausage was delicious. I was very pleased with the grits they were so good. Overall, the portions are small especially for the price. The restaurant is in a prime location, right in the center of Disney Springs and offers both indoor and outdoor seating. I would like to return for lunch or dinner in the cooler months so I may dine on the second floor patio over looking Disney Springs.

I ordered the Milk Punch which was delicious and a good balance of sweetness. My friend got the Margarita and also enjoyed it. To eat, we shared the Say Cheese Board which perfectly fit the vibe of the lounge and had a good mix of cheese, fruit, and bread (which they will bring you more of if you'd like). Definitely shareable and a great start. We then had the Gambas A La Ajillo which may have been my favorite of the night. They have a tableside presentation for it where they cut up the egg and shrimp, mix it all together, and then crush salty chips on top. The chips get a little chewy in the sauce and it's incredible! Lastly, we had the Risotto A La Amatriciana which was a fun take on a "traditional" risotto that most of us are used to. The risotto was in little fried balls, like arancini, and broken apart and tossed in the sauce tableside. Every bite had that crispy texture and was another great dish. 3/3! The ambiance was very laid back and I would love to come back on a night that they are spinning records. Service was great without being too overpowering, and the decor was beautiful. We sat in these huge comfortable leather chairs that I wanted to take home with me! Parking was also easy as there is a garage next door. Absolutely would revisit Sparrow and totally recommend it to others!

It was nice being able to actually relax and enjoy the space without dealing with a packed bar or loud crowds. I do wish they carried Sancerre since that's my personal preference, but there were still plenty of great wine options to choose from. The food was phenomenal, and the trout sandwich was definitely the highlight for me. It was flavorful, well prepared, and honestly exceeded my expectations. Between the food, wine selection, and overall vibe, I had a really enjoyable experience here. I'd definitely come back, especially on a weekday when it's less busy, and would recommend checking it out if you're looking for a laid-back spot with great food and drinks.

I could not believe how many people were coming and going in the hour or so that we were there. I'd like to pop back in after a work day and see how the week day vibes are.

My friend treated me to a birthday lunch this week and when we got to the table, the staff had a birthday card waiting for me! How thoughtful! We came during happy hour and decided to try a few small plates and drinks. The Egg Rolls are a must! They were packed with flavor and a variety of ingredients. My friend especially loved the shrimp. We also tried the quesadillas and sliders on the happy hour menu. Both dishes tasted incredible! Sadly, though the happy hour has half priced apps, the plates are also half sized. They were absolutely delicious, but the dishes felt overpriced for the portion size. As for drinks, I tried the sangria flight. I wasn't expecting such a full portion size and was pleasantly surprised with that. I did, however, only find 2 of the 4 drinks to be especially tasty. I wouldn't order that flight again, but would be interested in their wine offerings. I loved the low lighting in the space as it set such a calm and laid back mood. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and especially loved the food! Totally recommend.

For the main dish I ordered the Pretzel-Crusted Pork Chops. I give dish the lowest score. The pork chops were dry. This can be a nice venue to get together with friends and family. It's a low light calming atmosphere. Our waiter seemed frustrated maybe just having a bad day. Not as attentive as other staff in my past experiences. The parking can be limited near the restaurant. If you don't mind walking a little, there is plenty of parking in the shopping plaza area.

Expanding the number of guests from the original reservation was not an issue at all. Contemporary decor, airy dining space and an open kitchen create a trendy, upscale setting. It's a popular place, so the noise level gets up there. Our server, Shenica, was a pro, flawlessly meeting our needs with vibrancy. She made sure our long table was never overloaded with unnecessary clutter. Her knowledge and guidance were precise and valuable. Not everyone in our party went with the MD menu. A downside was late pizza delivery for those who ordered it. The rest of us were well into our meals by the time pizzas finally arrived. Apologies and updates were provided, though. Another fail was the MD meatball appetizer (Albondigas). Disappointment rolled into a ball. Bland, dry meat. Nuts and sauce provided only mediocre flavor. First bite of Pork Pappardelle was a bit salty, but more savory balanced as I continued on. Finished the entire dish. Sticky Toffee Cake was warm, spongey goodness. Thinking about it takes me to a happy place. Really enjoyed my glass of Ferrari-Carano Fume Blanc. Right up my alley as a regular pinot grigio enthusiast. I know I'll return. The brunch menu is very enticing.
