Chris spent a half hour on the phone selling the value of what they were doing. In the end, they beat the other guys by over $1000 on a $12,000 job, I got a better quality pike, and got the work done the very next day. They didn't leave a mess behind and that was important to me. Chris was on site to make sure it went well. There are a lot of fake reviews out there, but this is not one of them. If I need a plumber again (and I'm sure I will) I'm calling Pink Plumbing.

Unfortunately, I've needed them a lot lately with a 30-year-old house I bought almost 6 years ago that has had a lot of old plumbing issues. These guys have been phenomenal from the service on the first phone call all the way through to the confirmation calls, to the pre-call to let me know they're arriving soon, to the service itself, the the immediate follow up to make sure everything met my satisfaction. Cody came out and visited us first and tested our water. He also made sure the leak was fixed very professionally, and of course everything works great now. He recommended a new whole-house filtration system since ours was old and actually doing more damage than good. Jorge and Victor came out yesterday and installed that system, and as usual, they were phenomenal. Ivan, with AZ Desert Plumbing, was the first to respond and I checked out his website and the Better Business Bureau website. No complaints noted so I called them and made a no-cost appointment. Ivan arrived on time, ready to work on an older (20 year old) park model, permanently set on a foundation. He approached the problem from every accessible entrance (3) to the plumbing, to include using a snaked camera when it was determined that it wasn't accessible in person. He found the leak in the wastewater line and documented it on film. He was willing to decline the job, at no cost for the diagnosis, and refer the job to someone who might be a tiny gymnast. But, he also agreed to gain access through the vinyl siding and plywood sheathing, to which I agreed. Ivan methodically removed the siding and cut an access panel through the sheathing to access the waste pipe. The failed section was removed and replaced quickly and tested, with no leaks. Ivan had given me a quote for the job with the caveat that I would reassemble the removed wood and siding. He did quality work as I looked over his shoulder and explained everything he was doing. When his job was done, I had intact plumbing. And, after the agreed upon job, he went the extra mile and put everything back together, to include using his own parts. He was very thorough and explained things to me multiple times as the plumbing world is very foreign to me. I felt he was very honest with what exactly needed to be done in order to fix the pipes that were leaking in the attic. During this time, I also had received other quotes that were astronomically high for the same amount of work that Stephen was going to be doing for me. He sent me the quote promptly the next day and answered additional questions I had before we agreed to the contract.
