I hired Valley's Best to do some urgent plumbing work on a leaking toilet and a clogged drain and they were great. The owner Chase was super professional communicating with me and his plumber John was top notch. The work was done very timely and everything was fixed perfectly. They will for sure be my go to for anything that comes up with my plumbing and I will absolutely use them for any AC issues that come up in the future just because of the professionalism they showed. We paid them over $400 for a one-year "maintenance plan". For the entire year, no work was performed. Most unethical company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Owner refuses to take responsibility and evaded questions. He said he had documentation of the work, but the only "documentation" was their invoice. He said he had "screenshot" of a "phone record" of them reaching out to us to schedule a "maintenance" call, but provided no proof. Then he said it's "up" to us to "schedule" "maintenance" calls. I'm a layman, not familiar with the trade; I wouldn't have paid them for "maintenance" if I'm the one to know when to "schedule" maintenance. If you want to save some headaches and time, and not lose money, go elsewhere. Update: After leaving the review, the owner contacted me for half of the refund, claiming that he already issued me a "refund". I was actually charged $136 for their "service" call + $431.30 for their "maintenance" plan. in total $567.89. The "service" call resulted in +$1700 of repairs they said needed to get my HVAC working again, when in actuality all that was needed was changing AC filter, which they said they did but didn't do. The sham "service" call wasn't refunded, and now they're offering $285. Really?! For poor, dishonest, unprofessional work to rob you of your money. Maybe back then they were ok, but now, you'll be sorry if you hire them. read more

These guys have been maintaining my HVAC for 15 years, they are always courteous and always professional, and even though they're running around like crazy in this heat, they take the time to tell you what is going on and what you can expect. Had an issue when I got home last night, Jon was here first thing this morning and had me fixed in 20 minutes. Including the time he spent checking to make sure there were no other issues! I saw another review mentioning the maintenance plan, let me assure you it is not a rip off. I have had the maintenance plan since they've offered it, and while I haven't always had to use it, when I've needed it, it has certainly come in handy. This is a great company to do business with and I can't recommend them enough. read more

These people are incredible: competent, honest, efficient and reliable. I am so thankful for the word-of mouth referral. My service person, Henny, was absolutely wonderful. He arrived on-time as promised and inspected every aspect of my system. He questioned me on my use and gave me valuable suggestions on upkeep. This company sent me a great employee for my first check-up service. Henny and Valley's Best HAC are real keepers. read more

Jon did a great job fixing the disposal and plumbing throughout the house. Super knowledgeable and worked diligently.

Being in a rental property can be frustrating at times. My A/C went out over the weekend and they had someone out that day they fit me in. Couldn't give me a time just said we will be there. A young man named John came out and was amazing. Found out what was wrong, but because I go through a property management company he had to get approval before he could fix it. He waited as long as he could before he left because he had other calls. He called me and informed me of what was going on because I was at another job and all he did was apologize. I understand that it wasn't him or the company. Policy is policy. Today Monday 6/27 they finally received the approval and they gave me a window from 10-2 they came out sooner than they thought and fixed it. John then came back because when I got home it didn't feel like it was working but he came back to make sure. He was great. Then to top it off the owner called me just to make sure everything was ok and running good. You do not get this kind of customer service these days. Thank you John and Chase. read more

I have an older, remodeled home in North Phoenix. My A/C unit is a bit older as well so it needs a bit of TLC. I don't have to tell you about the heat of Phoenix summers so when I realized the unit wasn't cooling my house very well in mid-July I called these guys and they had a tech (John) at my home within one day. After the coil cleaning, re-sealing the duct entry on the roof and re-filling my Freon, we were good to go. John was super knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and communicated well. A few days later the same issue occurred & they sent the same tech out again on the same day and he discovered an additional issue with the duct work in the attic. It had separated over time and he quickly sealed it up. A week later the issue occurred again as we were approaching the hottest day of the year so far - 116 degrees. I called the after hours line on a Saturday evening and John was at my door within an hour. A different part of the duct work had separated and also needed to be sealed. He was done in about 10 minutes. Then, he committed to come back the next day (Sunday) and make sure the seal held as an extra level of service. As a bonus, they were also connected as a provider to my Home Warranty. We loved the quality of service we received and have already recommended them to some friends. Very glad they responded so quick so our family wasn't sweating it out in mid-summer! They're definitely worth consideration if you need A/C work done. read more

Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning - Separated duct work issue they discovered in our attic. - Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

A man named Val came out and got our faulty A/C up and running within 10mins of arriving. We were worried we would have to sweat through the night before our problem would be fixed but this guy fixed it and had our house cooling back down in no time. We were surprised someone would come out so late too, we knew it was a stretch to get someone out so quickly and late at night on a weekend but these guys pulled through. True customer service. Thanks Val! read more

My review is overdue. Air conditioning not working properly on 8/18/20 and was referred to this company. Arrived same day and John began troubleshooting the problem. I'm in a complex and multiple units on the roof are not well identified. But he figured it out, took pictures and properly marked the unit. Replaced condenser fan motor and solved the problem. John was well trained and did a very good explaining the issue. Had them back to replace old thermostat with a new Nest. Valley Best did a great job for me and system has worked great in these crazy temperatures. Thank you. read more

I rated Valley's Best Air Conditioning in 2018...and have watched them grow, while providing the same excellent services. Now, Valley's Best Air Conditioning is VALLEY'S BEST AIR CONDITIONING AND PLUMBING...and thankfully they're run by CHASE SEXTON who's a talent!! I tested their "PLUMBING" capabilities this past Sunday when our water heater gave up the ghost!! PROMPT SERVICE (thankfully). Chase had Jon come out promptly and the ball got rolling quickly to have the old removed and new installed. Thankfully, the water heater was still under warranty and Chase and Jon handled the process from soup to nuts...and all is now as it should be. What's very interesting...and I won't name names, but the company that originally installed the water heater had an emergency service number listed. Yup... it worked... I called, left a message, and by the time they returned the call, Chase Sexton with VALLEY'S BEST AIR CONDITIONING AND PLUMBING was fully in motion to make us whole again.... RELIABLE beyond comparison IMHO! Highly Recommended...and once again... thanks Jon for your efforts, eagerness and love of plumbing!! Quite a talent... CHEERS read more

Our experience with Valley's Best was phenomenal - one of the most honest and trustworthy experiences I've had with any company. Our heater broke and they came out the same day. When we realized the issue was only occurring at night/early morning (when it was cold), Chase was in constant contact with us to plan for him to come out to be able to diagnose the issue super early the following day. He quickly figure out what was wrong, and got the parts and did the repair within 24 hours all under the warranty of our manufacturer. I was 100% that we were getting honest services at a completely reasonable and affordable cost. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, he helped us brainstorm how we could address multiple other issues that were identified in our home inspection that we had been neglecting for a while. I will be using this company again. read more

I used them through a home warranty company and these guys were TERRIFIC! They came out within hours, diagnosed the problem immediately, contacted our warranty company and got approval on the very same day they came out. Then, they got the part the very next day (which was a Friday) and came and replaced it on Saturday!!!! I am so impressed with these guys and how responsive they were. We received phone calls alerting us of arrivals and expected work time, and Chase was absolutely first class. Do not hesitate to use them for your air-conditioning needs! Very friendly, very responsive and very professional. Nothing more you can say! read more

These were the most amazing people I have ever seen. Our A/C had been out for 1 week.. but we survived.. I have to tell you that hands down people, this company is the best.. Chase came to our home evaluated the situation and was straight up honest , he told us it might take 3 days to get everything needed to replace the unit.. He was here on Tuesday 9/1 and today,9/4.. this morning some of the most hardest working young men came to our home and worked from early morning till after 3 in the afternoon. I wanted to buy them some lunch but they declined very graciously and told me I was one of the nicest customers they had ever met..I sure hope there are more caring customers out there.. Anyway .. Thank you everyone at Valley's Best A/C company for everything.. Lillian read more

Just had my first experience using Valleys Best thru a home warranty referral for problems with my A/C. In June, in AZ, A/C problems are serious matters but I've heard that contractors referred by home warranty companies can sometimes take days or weeks to respond. That was not the case with Valley's Best. They responded the very next morning after I submitted my request for service. The technician came the very same morning, parts came in the next day and were installed within 2 days. The technicians Adam and Chase were professional, responsive, arrived on time and communicated exactly what was being done and why. I am very impressed with their level of service and commitment and highly recommend Valley's Best!! read more

Our old AC- Furnace died. There were some problems with the correct tonnage ordered by our home warranty company. People can praise great service when everything goes without a hitch. The real proof is how they respond to problems. Chase managed to get the correct unit for installation the next day! And brought us a great heater to keep our house warm yesterday and last night. They are indeed the Best! read more
