One of the friendliest staff ever! The shop is a little hidden, but it was well worth the find. Trinity helped me decided on which earrings to choose (there was so many!). She was also very informative and went through every step in the aftercare. The store is exceptionally clean and so is the equipment. Best place to get piercings! Thanks again!! read more

I came to Ava to get a second look at how my helix was healing, because it had been irritated for a few weeks. I got my helix pierced on my right ear and my conch on my left ear at a different location. I told myself it was because myold  piercer was moving locations, and it would be better to find a new piercer anyway, but really I had been seeing some red flags for a bit. Turns out, the jewelry I was pierced with was questionable quality (which was causing my helix to be irrtated and get a bump), and my conch was pierced at an angle that ultimately wouldn't heal. Trinity was so upfront and informative, and while I was upset about having to remove my conch piercing, I'm pretty sure she saved my helix!! She was super understanding and wasn't shame-y about things I didn't know (like how it was ill advised to have 2 piercings healing on opposite ears ). She was also very accommodating about being able to do digital checkups since I live pretty far out. A switch to higher quality jewelry, a few checkups, and a down size later, and my helix is doing so much better! I'm going back this weekend to get my daith pierced! I highly recommend Ava (and Trinity, she's  AMAZING). If you dont choose here, PLEASE be sure to do your research and at least find yourself an APP Member!! read more

I am autistic and this is one of the most autism-friendly experiences I've ever had! Trinity is amazing, very attentive, accepting, and kind, and the space is exceptionally clean and peaceful. Trinity explains everything before it happens and is happy to answer any question. There is plenty of parking, and booking online was super easy! The jewelry is beautiful, the experience was so easy, and the care and accommodation I received was incredible. I highly recommend this shop to everyone; autistic, disabled, or otherwise!! read more

I cannot recommend Ava Piercing Company enough! Suffice to say, they have a customer for life! Seriously, this place is gorgeous and everyone is so nice. Every time I go, I just want to curl up on their couches and chat! I went in initially for a piercing that just wasn't healing right (it was not a piercing that they did, it was one that I had done out-of-state) and Trinity was honest with me that it would take a year or more to heal if I chose to keep it. I ultimately decided to take it out and have no regrets. We did a follow up appointment last week and downsized some other piercings that I have as well as changed out a couple that have given me trouble for years and they are already doing better after just a couple of days! Trinity is incredibly knowledgable about piercings and jewelry and I've learned so much in a short period of time. I'll never go anywhere else! :) read more

What an awesome place. Trinity was amazing and made my daughter and myself feel very comfortable. She was extremely knowledgeable in piercing. She was patient, kind and caring. The business was clean and the staff was also extremely professional. I wish I had known about this place earlier! Only go here for your piercings! read more

I don't normally do reviews but she was just the sweetest piercer! She was very empathetic and understanding and really worked with my price range. Will definitely return for more after the covid restrictions have lifted. (I already asked for gift cards to get more piercings with her). So excited to work on this new project with her and reach some of my piercing goals that I have been wanting to do for a long while now. read more

Trinity was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable with everything from high quality jewelry and aftercare. I had a few piercings that weren't healing properly, Trinity suggested new jewelry that was better for me anatomically and new aftercare instructions. I noticed a huge improvement within days!!! So happy I made an appointment with her, couldn't be more impressed with the professionalism and knowledge that this studio offers. Thanks again!! read more

One of the best places I've been to! I was referred here by friends in Palm Springs and was super grateful. Clean, safe, friendly and easy.

Trinity is seriously the best and so nice! So far I've gotten one piercing from her and I've had her change out the jewelry from 2 previous piercings (neither done by her) and honestly couldn't be more happy! My recent piercing I was a little nervous but she talked me through everything and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Not to mention took the time to answer questions I had after the fact. So glad to have found her and highly recommend her for ANY of your piercings. read more

Trinity is the best! The jewelry is high quality, shop is clean and open, service is exceptional! You get what you pay for!

Manny has done my nose piercings , and 3 ear piercings for me ! He is truly amazing and talented !! I recommend everyone to go see him

Trinity is the sweetest and most knowledgeable when it comes to her profession. She help me picked out a few pieces for my down sizing and explained to be the difference between the types of metals and what would work/look best on me. Then we went to the back to the procedure room and it was beautiful and clean! After we were all done she gave me some after care tips and if I had any further questions regarding my piercings to reach out. Trinity is such a beautiful person I highly recommended her for your next piercing, she's amazing! I went to trinity when she was open, just finally getting around to leaving a review. read more

I had an amazing experience picking out new jewelry with Trinity's help. The shop is immaculately clean and Trinity herself is extremely welcoming, professional and accommodating. I had originally reached out to her when I saw a piece of jewelry she had posted on Instagram that I liked. I wanted it in white gold which she did not have in stock but she was kind enough to order one and ship it to me. After receiving the jewelry I reached out again about her selection of charms and chains. She offered to send pictures of her inventory but I decided it would be easier to just make the drive to pick them out in person. I drove all the way from LA to shop for chains/charms to add to my existing piercings and I did not leave disappointed. Trinity has a huge selection of jewelry and was super helpful with picking out pieces that would match with my existing jewelry. I'm extremely happy with the pieces we picked out and the placements she suggested. I will definitely be making the drive back for my other ear! read more

Just got nipple piercings today & holy cow Trinity is so awesome!! I came in extremely nervous and she talked me threw & talked about care/cleaning. Trinity made me feel so comfortable, she also made my husband feel comfortable! She also said if I have any questions/concerns to I'm able to ask at anytime!! Cute clean shop! I would highly recommend this place. I did a lot of research of where to go and I read many reviews on yelp/google and I'm so glad I came here. Such a beautiful nice soul!! I could go on and on about how this was a great experience. Thank you so much Trinity!! read more

Best place to get a piercing! The atmosphere inside is very nice which helps you feel more relaxed and comfortable. Yesterday I went into Ava Piercing and got my helix pierced. Trinity made me feel so comfortable and took all my pre piercing nerves away. My sister and i both went to get our septum's done! wouldnt go anywhere else. will definitely be back!

This is my new favorite piercing place. It's extremely clean and I can trust everything she uses is sanitized properly. I got my nipple piercings done and I was extremely nervous but Trinity walked me through it and was so nice and understanding of all my really dumb questions. I'm so happy with the result. This place is LIGHT YEARS more professional than any other place my friends or I have been for a piercing and it shows. The jewelry she uses is high quality and won't rip the piercings like literally every single other piercing place I've been to and she's so sweet. I'm genuinely shocked that her prices aren't higher considering the quality of jewelry and the length of her training. 1000% the only place I'm ever getting pierced at again . read more

Trinity is absolutely great at what she does. Everything is clear and informed of the process and what is happening. The studio has a great ambiance to it very quite, usually only one client in at a time, and clean. Having the peace and quiet I feel makes such a difference in making decisions about piercings and jewelry choices in which they have a great variety to choose from not to mention what they can order as well. Having an appointment even a downsizing feels very non transactional a you aren't rushed at all. Highly recommend. read more

Love Ava Piercing Company!!! I couldn't recommend this place more to anyone. The environment is super friendly and you'll feel so comfortable the second you step in the door. Manny is the absolute BEST! I came in for a ear curation because I had no idea what I wanted to do, I left feeling so confident. The sweetest guy ever and there's no one else I would trust with my ears now!! Plus his ear curations are the best ;) read more

It's always a great experience coming here, whether it'd be with Trinity or Manny. They both work very well and make it a pleasure getting pierced. I can always rest assured that my piercings are well taken care of and the quality is the best. A big plus is also their quick replies whether it'd be a phone call, Instagram message, email, anything! And don't even get me started on the selection of jewelry. There are so many options so rest assured there will be something you like and won't walk out empty-handed. I've never been to a single piercing studio so many times and I'm glad it's this one read more

I thought I was going to need to get my ears pierced again as it had been a while since I have worn them and I could only slide them through partially but thankfully I did not have to. Trinity suggested that I may not have to do any unnecessary piercing especially if the piercings are still open, they just needed to be stretched. She helped me in the process of piercing stretching- it does not hurt as much as one would think. Btw they do not charge for that service. Overall I only paid for the earrings. Trinity was very gentle, knowledgeable about what she was doing and explained everything very clearly before proceeding with anything. I felt welcomed and comfortable. I am really glad I went through with this. Thank you so much for making it such a quick and easy process! Highly recommend. Wonderful hospitality. btw! The location of the business is on the second floor of the pub and grub. read more

Trinity is amaaaaaazing!!! We ended up getting 2 piercings, 3 pieces of jewelry and she removed a dermal piercing. She knows what she's doing, she's knowledgeable, and customer service is amazing. I'll refer anyone to her. read more

If I could give 100 stars I would! In July, I got my nose pierced at a studio in Temecula ( not here!) ... they pierced it with a hoop & needless to say it got terribly infected & I had the awful "bump" no one likes!! I happened to be in old town late one Sunday & saw the lights for AVA piercing company. In hopes they could give me some help, i walked up but they were closing. She took a look at my nose & said she'd stay open to fix my botched piercing. She was SO knowledgeable, friendly, helpful & professional! Within 2 days of switching, cleaning & correcting my piercing, I'm happy to say I'm pain free & bump free!! Definitely recommend this studio! read more

AMAZING! Let me start by saying that I was super hesitant to get my nipples re-pierced. I had them around 4 years ago and took them out due to the fact that they would not heal. I searched up piercing shops near me and Ava Piercing Company popped up. Let me just take a minute to thank Trinity, she is by far the most amazing piercer I have ever gone to and I have 3 different piercing done by 3 different piercers, nothing compares to her. She takes her time to make sure she gives her opinion and what she thinks would suit your body best and let me just say that she made me fall in love with my body even more and I thank you for that. Not only is she super caring through out your appointment, but she makes sure to check up on you even after you leave. I read the bad reviews and honestly I disagree 100% with all of those comments. You pay for what you get and I was extremely satisfied and continue to be. Trinity made me feel comfortable throughout my whole appointment and took her TIME! Which is very important especially when you're piercing someone's body. Writing down my experience isn't enough to proof that she really is AMAZING. If you're thinking about getting a piercing with her just do it! Trust me she will not disappoint! read more

i came here with a friend so she could get her septum pierced. Trinity was so nice and made the process really easy for her. i had some issues with pervious piercings and she helped me remove my previous ear piercings and changed out my belly piercing. i have had problems with my belly button since i got it done in june of 2020, after she changed my piercing it's perfectly healed and it doesn't give me any trouble anymore. read more

I've scheduled a couple appointments with Ava for my various piercing needs, such as getting my septum stretched/jewelry replaced and my lobes pierced at a large gauge. Every time, the studio has been extremely friendly and professional, making me feel welcome and safe for the entire process. They're also easily reachable by Instagram DMs, and reply pretty promptly with whatever advice or answers you're looking for! This is a top quality place, with top quality jewelry, and the BEST quality employees read more

The team at AVA Piercing has created a safe and welcoming place. From the sterile environment to the friendly team members, it was a great experience.  I went in to upgrade to higher quality earrings, and I'm so glad I did. Their jewelry is beautiful and well-made. It has been many years since I initially had my ears pierced and I had not worn earrings in my uppers for several years, so they were partially closed. I was a bit apprehensive about what to do, but Trinity's approach to reopening them reduced my anxiety and made the process virtually painless.  She explained every step and made sure I felt comfortable through the entire process. I highly recommend AVA Piercing. read more

Okay I had already written a review for this shop on google but I felt like I needed to review on here too because this place is JUST THAT GOOD. You will NEVER want to go anywhere else after coming here. Skip the tattoo parlors immediately and come here instead! I have received my nose piercings and third lobe piercing here and I am so happy with my piercings! Trinity is by far the best piercer I have ever been to and she is also the sweetest human and so easy to talk to. You'll end up wanting to stay there longer because she's so fun to talk to! My favorite part is that she will tell you if it's in your best interest to get the piercing you were originally wanting and if she thinks it won't work due to anatomy or if you're taking any trips, she'll tell you and let you pick a different piercing to go with instead. If my friends ever ask to go get piercings anywhere else I'll even say no, we HAVE to go to my piercer. Look no farther for the best piercer in riverside county, because she is right here in Temecula waiting for you with exceptional costumer service and a happy smiling face! (Behind the COVID safe mask of course) come here and you won't be disappointed. read more

I completely recommend getting a piercing here! Trinity is super friendly, very knowledgable, and very willing to answer any questions you have! I always feel welcome when I come in, I drive about 1.5 hours to get here, and I can say it is definitely worth the drive. On my first time here, Trinity and her team did a great job in helping me come to a decision on which jewelry to get, and they were very patient and friendly. I got my first helix and daith piercing with Trinity, and the piercing process went smoothly, and she is very helpful in guiding you through the healing process. Thank you to Trinity and her team for being amazing!!! read more
