I love this nail salon, I've never felt more appreciated at a nail salon! I'm not from the area but I needed a quick full set for plans the next day. They were closing in an hour but were still nice enough to take me. The woman doing my set asked each time she filed my nails if I liked them and throughout the entire process (when she cut them, after using the nail drill, when polishing, and even after glueing the nails on). She made me feel like my input on how I wanted my nails to look was very important to her and she'd make sure I got them the way I wanted. Normally love getting waxes here, but only because the lady who normally does my brows never double dips. Today I went in (sweaty from the walk over) and got my eyebrows waxed by someone else. I got a pedicure and the lady cut my toe open and I got an infection that turned red and yellow and lasted for weeks! they clearly don't clean the tools well enough. my polish chipped and got divots in it that same day I got my nails done and it looked awful. they didn't even paint the entirety of my sister's nails, she complained, and they "fixed" it by poking the polish it so it would spread out. the only good part about this place is the massage chairs and the kind workers. don't understand why everyone else gives it good reviews. read more

The staff was nice, but do NOT get dip powder done here. My dip powder set was not done well at all. Again, great staff and customer service. I saw them do a great job with regular polish, gel, and acrylic on other customers. Dip powder is a newer technique, so I understand why some aren't able to do it properly. This was my first time here. It's a brand new salon and has only been open for a little over a month. The prices are very affordable and even more now with their 10% discount on all services due to their grand opening. My technician was named Chuong and he did a great job. He did both my pedicure and gel manicure. The massage chairs were nice as they are brand new and massage all around including your actual seat. I would recommend giving this place a try. I did not give it a 5 as the massage chairs were very far apart from each other. Therefore, I couldn't speak to my friend the entire time unless I chose to be very loud. Just coming here for the first time today, both my daughter and I. I have no complaints! I don't know either nail techs name but it looked as though everyone there was doing a great job. They all were nice, the tools were clean and they took their time. Both of our nails turned out really good. No polish on my skin and my feet are soft. Prices are reasonable and they don't push service on you. I would definitely go back again. I change my mind. I had an appointment at 6 but I've been sitting here since 5. A person walk in and is seen immediately!! I walked out! Never again! And I tip well, I guarantee she won't tip. It's a guy that work he that's very apologetic but I'm just too mad right now.
