We paired it with a local Pinot Noir that was equally fabulous and complemented the meal beautifully. We chose to sit outside and soak in the atmosphere, which was wonderful. The setting is cozy, welcoming, and everything you hope for when looking for an authentic Strasbourg winstub experience. The restaurant is located just a few steps from Strasbourg Cathedral and is known for its traditional Alsatian cuisine and warm ambiance. I had the discovery menu (appetizer, fish, entree, dessert), 3-course wine pairing, coffee, and the restaurant's "extras" which included some very tasty amuse bouche at the beginning, small desserts with the coffee, and even a cookie to take a home.
