If you saw my post from yesterday (which was only posted for a hot second), you would have read…read morethat we had a little trouble getting the car that we had spent 1.5 days researching, financing, and working with the dealership. Likely, there was some miscommunication... But, wow, did the people at this dealership bend over backwards to make it right? Yes!!! Not only did they reach out to us (instead of us trying to follow up), they overnighted the paperwork for me to sign (I travel for work) and they drove 2.5 hours to deliver the car to my driveway. But the best part about working with Apple is they that they cared that I felt slighted. They did everything they could to clear up any misunderstanding. Unbelievable. I have a gorgeous car and a business that I would recommend. Thank you, Apple Chevrolet.

As a senior citizen, disabled veteran, and female, I left this purchase experience feeling misled…read moreduring the financing process. I arrived at Apple Sport Chevrolet fully intending to use my own financing through my credit union. Very early in the process, the sales department was quick to tell me that I could not use my own financing and that the dealership required customers to use their financing in order to purchase a vehicle. Shortly after that conversation, the finance manager came in strong behind them to reinforce that message, making it very clear that I would either have to use the dealership's financing or pay cash. The implication was essentially "finance with us or you cannot buy the vehicle." Let me be clear -- I am not naïve and I am not uninformed. I am a retired Colonel from the United States Army and currently a college professor at Baylor University. I fully understand how dealership financing works. Rather than waste additional time starting over at another dealership, I chose to proceed with the purchase and the dealership's financing knowing that I would immediately refinance the loan with my credit union, which I ultimately did. Unfortunately, it took nearly a full month dealing with the small credit union the dealership placed the loan with before I was finally able to refinance it this week. The tactics used in the finance office felt predatory and deceptive, and the coordinated messaging from both the sales staff and finance manager made it clear the goal was to force dealership financing so additional products and warranties could be added to increase profit. To be fair, the sales team themselves were otherwise very friendly, respectful, helpful, and low pressure during the vehicle selection process. However, when it came to financing, the experience changed completely. Apple Sport Chevrolet should be ashamed if this behavior is condoned by management. Customers deserve transparency and honesty, not pressure tactics. I will absolutely warn others about the financing practices at this dealership.

Never once was told that they were running behind, apologized for the long wait, nothing. Why have me schedule an appointment if you're not going to honor the time the customer scheduled the appointment. That was a complete waste of 2 hours of my day. Then when they finally brought my car up to the front, they parked behind a car that was in a line and then parked another car right up to the back of my vehicle where it was completely difficult to get out. I had to back up and move forward twice to get my car out from between the two vehicles. Service & time management deserves one star. Only gave two because the lady at the service desk was friendly, although still no acknowledgement of the time it took for the service. Will not be returning here for an oil change again.

This is a very belated review as my daughter graduated Baylor University last year!…read more It's difficult in many ways to send your daughter out of state to school, but it is especially difficult when you send her in an old truck with more than 200,000 miles (at the time). I set out to search for a mechanic on Yelp and Anglie's List. Then I started calling them. When I talked with Fred, I knew I found the right repair shop. Fred and his team looked after her safety during her years in Waco. There was regular maintenance and some significant repairs, and Fred came through ever time. His estimates were accurate, the repairs were competently done, and I learned I to trust him and his judgement. I spoke with Fred several times over the years but I've never got to thank him personally. The truck made it home now after several thousand mile journeys and I have seen the evidence of Fred's good handy work.

Id recomend a monkey with a wrench before this shop. Obviously you got people who have no knowledge of vehicles working here. The suspension looks like Bugs Bunny did it. 0 out of 100.
