One drained my battery and I had to replace it and then the alternator I bought and had put on started acting faulty within a month. I should have had it tested then and there, but guess what? There machine was down. So next step was to call all the other stores and guess what? Every single machine was down. After going in to get another one, it was instantly faulty. Again tried to test it, but you know darn well what the response was. I had no choice but to drive home to wait on another part and my car broke down on the side of the road as the supposed "new" alternator completely warped my electrical system and my wheel locked while on the highway. Not ok and highly negligent as it placed my life in extreme danger. I had to go to O'Reilly's to get it tested and every staff member was knowledgeable. I'm a new customer at O'reilly's now. Auto Zone was good in the 90's but they have lost their way. Hired sub par employees that are apathetic and have zero knowledge about parts or automotive. Really sad. Go to O'Reilly's and speak with someone reliable and knowledgeable.

Scared shit-less, I pulled over 20 miles outside Waco in the middle of nowhere. Initially thought I had somehow popped my tire, but it turned out to be my partially ripped splash guard scraping its way down the highway. Decided to hedge my bets, drove into Waco, called ahead, and he kindly met me at his shop. He looked under, cut off the splash guard, and assured me the dripping fluid was AC condensation. I was so happy I could cry, and even after I insisted on paying, he wouldn't even let me!! Multiple times. WHAT?? Wow, what an embodiment of a good Samaritan. Totally recommend 100%.
